Opis:: In this publication there are the description of logistic product and its system's elements presented. There are also logistic subsystems and their elements separated which are presented in the table. On the basis of the conception of logistic product and logistic elements there is the definition of the logistic system created. Relating to the definitions presented there is shown, that the logistic system operates on three levels (in three structures): spatial, organisational and informational, and there is the sparial structure described.

Opis:: The logistics system of armed forces is a military organization consisting of management units as well as logistic sections and facilities which are interrelated. It has infrastructure which is adequate to the conducted processes and possessed resources, it conditions the transformation of logistic resources into logistic processes. It allows particular logistic resources to efficiently use time and space and hence perform functions related to logistic support by a given system1. The article titled “Logistic support of Polish Military Contingents – selected issues” focuses on general rules of logistic support, possible implementations, planning and coordination. The article gives a definition of logistics and its message. It also encompasses information related to inventory stocks philosophy and ways of keeping stocks. It also presents the characteristics of principles used in logistics in foreign operations.

The article presents an analysis of the concept for evaluation of the logistics systems’ efficiency. It includes mainly theoretical considerations based on a literature review of the scope of praxeology in relation to systems theory. Identifying classic and modern criteria for evaluation of the organizations’ logistics systems was done as an important element of theoretical research. The concept of an effectiveness as a measure of the system’s efficiency was also presented.

The article discusses the issues related to the logistic audit, which is morę and morę rreąuently used as a tool which allows for development of the logistic system through understanding the causes of disruptions in the system and settling the direction of possible improvements. The score of a logistic audit becomes a source of improvement, as far as cost reduction and increased level of logistic services arę concerned. The article presents the notion and essence of the logistic audit. It also lists the potential areas of application. The summary is an example of logistic audit procedurę for an industrial enterprise.

Opis:: Węzły transportowe są elementami strukturalnymi łańcuchów logistycznych i służą jako elementy systemów technologicznych dostawy ładunków. Logistyczne zarządzanie procesami funkcjonowania węzłów transportowych wymaga stosowania podejścia systemowego jako podstawowego narzędzia do zarządzania systemami logistycznymi. Modele funkcjonowania węzłów transportowych są podstawowym narzędziem do uzasadnienia decyzji przy zarządzaniu procesami obsługi przepływów materiałowych. W artykule wyodrębnione zostały trzy warianty organizacji procesu technologicznego funkcjonowania węzłów transportowych: obsługa z przeładowaniem przez magazyn, obsługa z bezpośrednim przeładowaniem oraz mieszany wariant obsługi przepływów materiałowych. Zgodnie z zastosowanym podejściem do formalizacji procesów w węźle transportowym, opracowanie modelu symulacyjnego zrealizowano na podstawie zasad programowania zorientowanego obiektowo. Jako podstawowe narzędzie do symulacji została zastosowana biblioteka klas TransportNode.dll. Opracowany na podstawie biblioteki model pozwala na uwzględnienie stochastycznej przyrody popytu, a również probabilistycznej przyrody procesów technologicznych w węzłach transportowych. W artykule zostały opisane niektóre wyniki numerycznych symulacji dla przestrzeni ładunkowej „Amur- Hawań” Dniepropetrowskiego Portu Rzecznego.
Transport nodes are structural elements of logistics chains. They are the elements of cargo supply technological systems. Logistics management of transport nodes functioning processes requires the use systemic approach as a basic tool of logistics systems management. Transport nodes functioning models are the basic tool for decisions justification while managing the material flows service. In the paper three variants for organization of the transport nodes functioning processes have been emphasized: servicing with the load through the warehouse, servicing with the direct load, and mixed variant of material flow servicing. According to the used approach for formalization of the transport node inner processes, development of the simulation model was implemented on the base of ob-ject-oriented programming principles. TransportNode.dll class library has been used as basic tool for simulations. The model implemented on the base of the library allows to take into account stochastic nature of demand and probabilistic nature of technological processes in transport nodes. Some results of numeric simulations for the load area “Amur-Gavan” of Dnepropetrovsk River Port have been described in the paper.

Opis:: The research is focused on developing design theory towards efficient multifunctional facilities for logistics supply chains in the contemporary urban city structures. The development of modern systems based on autonomous transport creates new conditions for their management and generates an emerging need to define dedicated functional service structures. An important element of consideration also taken into account is the scenario for large-size unmanned facilities operation in the multifunctional port facility and its connections to power supply from renewable energy sources. Despite the high degree of complexity, modern transport solutions should be focused on optimizing the distribution time and trans-shipment time within the intermodal supply chain as well as provide ecological logistic solutions. Due to the large number of system components, the study presents a simplified database structure allowing for a comprehensive technological overview within the entire system.

Opis:: The modeling of logistic systems is a complex task. Specitic goals to be attained by the systems (mainly cargo stream form transformations) and the diversity of resources used within the systems are the main reasons. Therefore various models useful for the partial analyses of logistic systems have been devised. The author's approach to the formaI notation of a logistic system model proposed in this paper may be used as a basis to work out various classes of detailed (integrated) models. In addition to cargo stream time, form and location transformations, transformations of material and human resources used within logistic systems have also been taken into account in the proposed model.
Modelowanie systemów logistycznych stanowi złożone zagadnienie. Przyczyną tego jest specyfika zadań stawianych przed tymi systemami (głównie chodzi tu o transformacje strumieni ładunków ze względu na postać) oraz różnorodność zasobów, jakie mogą być w tych systemach wykorzystywane. Sprawia to, że konstruowane są różnorodne modele systemów logistycznych, które umożliwiają ich cząstkowe analizy. W artykule zaproponowano autorskie podejście do formalizacji zapisu modelu systemu logistycznego, który może być podstawą do opracowywania modeli szczegółowych (scalonych) różnych klas. W proponowanym modelu poza odwzorowaniem przekształceń strumieni ładunków ze względu na czas, postać oraz przestrzeń, w sposób szczegółowy przedstawiono odwzorowanie rzeczowych i ludzkich zasobów wykorzystywanych w systemach logistycznych.
