Opis:: This report summarizes the results of mixed model research on the professional values of primary student teachers. The aim of this project was to: 1. Analyse the work values of primary student teachers in terms of intrinsic and extrinsic values, 2. Learn the student opinions about the most important features of the teaching profession. A standardized questionnaire, Work Values Inventory (Super, 1970), was used in the quantitative part of the research. The results showed that the most important work values stated by the students were: achievement, altruism and way of life. The qualitative analysis data were gathered with the use of the CREDO MEM method. This method was supplemented with in-depth interviews. The aspects from which the importance of the teaching profession stems are: meaning, love and attitude towards children, moral values, education and teaching, professional competence. This research provides data concerning the values, motives and needs of student teachers.

Opis:: The text focuses on the subject of family and values. It aims to show where in the hierarchy of values of the studied youth, second class of high school is a family. The text contains a theoretical description of the family and its transformations, as well as an empirical part concerning research on family values in the opinions of secondary school students. In recent years, it has been observed that the family is losing value because the values related to the good of the individual become more important. This was also confirmed in the conducted studies, because the family was located by the youth on the distant 7th position in the group of 10 values.

Opis:: This paper shall present the synthesis of the results of research carried out in Poland in 2014 by a team of five researchers from three academic centres from Poland with relation to management by respecting and promoting values.These referred to data surveys (N=512) and case studies (five multinational and national corporations operating in Poland). With regard to the research, this related to groups of economic and managerial values, as well as competence and developmental ones, while also ethical and cultural, civic and social ones in terms of their perception and utilization in organizations for the purposes of management itself. The relations of values with that of staffing policies have been analysed, such as decisions on recruitment and redundancies, promotions and demotions, while also appraisal of work and employees, remuneration and intangible rewards. Likewise, the ties betweenthe concept of MBV and the legislative and organizational forms have been placed under analysis.The research at hand was the basis for the formulation of an array of interesting conclusions.

Opis:: A proposal is presented in the article of integrating Schwartz's circular model of values (1992, 1994, 2006) with Scheler's concept of values (Brzozowski, 1995). The main research goals were: 1) empirical verification of the attempt to include the values of Scheler into the circle of Schwartz’s values; 2) use of the concept and measurement of Scheler’s values to describe the development of the value structure during adolescence. Two studies were conducted in a group of 988 persons aged from 15 to 20 years. The Scheler Value Scale of Brzozowski (1995) was used along with the new version of the Schwartz’s Portrait Value Questionnaire (Schwartz et al., 2011). In the first study, multidimensional scaling of multitrait-multimathod (MTMM) matrix was carried out, into which were introduced the indexes of Scheler's values and the indexes of Schwartz's value types. In this way, it was demonstrated that it is possible to include Scheler's values in the four higher order values within Schwartz's circle of values. In the second study, it was shown that by using the Schelerian values to analyse the development of the value structure, similar results were obtained to those that were acquired with the aid of instruments intended to measure values in Schwartz's approach. The structure becomes differentiated with age and takes on the shape of a circle.

Opis:: This article presents the preferred values of young people with symptoms of social maladjustment. We examined a group of 35 pupils aged 15–16 attending probation centres. A comparison group of 38 people were their peers: second and third grade students of lower secondary school. The Rokeach Value Survey (RVS) was used. The results indicate that both girls and boys with symptoms of social maladjustment appreciate most such terminal values as: family security, freedom, and self-respect. By contrast, among instrumental values they prefer cleanliness, helpfulness, politeness. Comparing the obtained results, it can be concluded that maladjusted young people prefer slightly different instrumental values than their peers from the comparison group. The most important terminal values for the adolescents from both groups examined are: family security and self-respect.

Opis:: Upbringing towards values, as the most important task of school education, meets many difficulties and barriers. Many of the causes and determinants of this phenomenon are complex. We can include axiological varieties in social environment and axiological chaos which leads to axiological blindness to the most important determinants. One of the key issues of upbringing towards values is introception of values. In this article, the essence of moral values and outline of theoretical basis of introception of values will be presented in summary form. The author will analyse Core Curriculum of early school education paying special attention to possibilities of introception of moral values. It seems to be necessary to delineate the task for early school education teacher.
Wychowanie ku wartościom, mimo że jest ważnym, a może najważniejszym, zadaniem szkolnej edukacji, wiąże się z wieloma trudnościami. Przyczyny i uwarunkowania tego stanu są złożone. Ważnym uwarunkowaniem są ,,oscylacje” aksjologiczne w szeroko rozumianym środowisku społecznym, chaos aksjologiczny prowadzący do aksjologicznej ,,ślepoty”. Jednym z kluczowych zagadnień wychowania ku wartościom, w tym wartościom moralnym, jest introcepcja wartości.W poniższym opracowaniu ukazane zostaną w skrótowej formie: istota wartości moralnych oraz zarys teoretycznych podstaw introcepcji wartości. Dokonana zostanie również analiza podstawy programowej edukacji wczesnoszkolnej pod kątem możliwości introcepcji wartości moralnych. Podjęta zostanie próba nakreślenia zadań dla nauczyciela edukacji wczesnoszkolnej.

In our own research, we have tried to discover similarities and differences of individual systems of values.
