- Opis:
- To stay profitable in a competitive market, a company increasingly needs to utilize digitalization tools to optimize its operations. One of the key tools is the recently popularized AI, which, if applied effectively, can enhance, digitally manage, and improve our existing systems, aligning with the principles of Industry 4.0. The shown case study examines the impact of Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and Machine Learning (ML) on inventory management, emphasizing AI's role in enhancing efficiency and adaptability. It focuses on how these technologies help manage stock levels more accurately and respond dynamically to market changes. This study is a continuation of a previous work with an additional study addresses the human factor, exploring the balance between technology and workforce skills to ensure that AI supports rather than replaces human decision-making. Through a practical example, this research highlights the benefits and challenges of leveraging AI in modern inventory systems.
