Opis:: W artykule podjęto kwestię dotyczącą tożsamości filozofii przyrody w kontekście trzech współcześnie wymienianych charakterystycznych cech tej dyscypliny, a mianowicie jej różnorodności metodologicznej, interdyscyplinarności oraz swoistej dynamiki rozwojowej. Analizowane są zagrożenia dla tożsamości filozofii przyrody, wynikające z takiego zestawu cech, w szczególności z różnorodności metodologicznej filozofii przyrody. Jednocześnie podjęto próbę obrony wymienionych cech jako powodujących nie tylko zagrożenia, ale również (paradoksalnie) wzmacniających tożsamość filozofii przyrody. This article addresses the issue of the identity of the philosophy of nature in the context of three features characteristic of this philosophical discipline, namely its methodological diversity, interdisciplinarity and specific developmental dynamics. This paper examines the threats to the identity of the philosophy of nature resulting from this set of features, particularly from its methodological diversity. It will also attempt to consider these features as (paradoxically) strengthening the identity of the philosophy of nature. Lastly, the entire discussion will be considered in relation to the metaphilosophical dimension of philosophy as an area of knowledge. --------------- Received: 13/08/2021. Reviewed: 06/09/2021. Opis:: Celem artykułu jest rekonstrukcja krytyki koncepcji „integracji zewnętrznej nauk prawnych”, która to koncepcja w ostatnich dekadach była szeroko dyskutowana w polskim prawoznawstwie. Opieram moją krytykę na analizie koncepcji przedstawianych w polskiej literaturze przez Jerzego Wróblewskiego i Kazimierza Opałka. Rozważam też postmodernistyczną krytykę poglądów tradycyjnej jurysprudencji dotyczących interdyscyplinarności. Pierwsza część artykułu składa się z: a) ogólnych uwag dotyczących wątpliwości i niejasności w zakresie rozumienia „postmodernizmu” i typowych nieporozumień związanych z tym terminem i (b) pewnych uwag dotyczących relacji między prawem a postmodernizmem. W drugiej części artykułu przedstawiam zarys rekonstrukcji podstawowych cech postmodernizmu, zwłaszcza tych charakterystyk, które determinują postmodernistyczną postawę wobec interdyscyplinarności. W trzeciej, głównej części artykułu pokazuję jak pozytywistyczny, współczesny koncept „integracji zewnętrznej nauk prawnych” jest niekompatybilny z postmodernistycznym spojrzeniem na naukę, badania, wiedzę, epistemologię i dyscyplinarość. Przedstawiam pogłębioną krytykę założeń i presupozycji leżących u podstaw tego konceptu. Wreszcie pytam „Quo vadis, interdyscyplinarniości”? Co z przyszłością badań interdyscyplinarnych w polu nauk prawnych, gdzie postmodernistyczna metodologiczna burza zmiotła stare narzędzia badawcze? W tym miejscu przedstawiam koncepcję „postdyscyplinarności”.
The aim of the paper is to reconstruct the critique of the concept of “external integration of jurisprudence”, which has been widely discussed in polish jurisprudence in the past decades. I base my critique on an analysis of the concept put forward in Polish literature by Jerzy Wróblewski and Kazimierz Opałek. I also consider the postmodern critique of the views on interdisciplinarity held by classical jurisprudence. The first part of the article consists of: a) general remarks on some doubts and ambiguites concerning understanding of “postmodernism” and common misunderstandings of this term and b) some remarks on the relations between law and postmodernism. In the second part of the article, I provide a sketch reconstruction of the basic traits of postmodernism, especially those characteristics, which determine the postmodern attitude towards interdisciplinarity. In the third, main part of my article I show how the positivist, modern concept of “external integration of jurisprudence” is incompatibile with postmodern views on science, research, knowledge, epistemology and disciplinarity. I provide an in-depth critique of the presumptions and presuppositions underlying this concept. Finally, I ask: “Quo vadis, interdisciplinarity’’? What about the future of interdisciplinary research in the field of law, when the postmodern methodological storm has swept away the old instruments? Here I introduce the concept of “postdisciplinarity”.

Opis:: The reason for this article was the 90th birthday of Professor Stanisław Tabaczyński (born on April 1, 1930). However, at the last stage of editorial work, the sad news of his death reached us (November 28, 2020). All the more we would like to commemorate the Professor, recalling his achievements and merits, which place him among the most outstanding Polish archaeologists, including actual members of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He made a great contribution to the development of Polish and world archaeology in the area of theoretical and field archaeological research. Many of his scientific initiatives concerned the theory and anthropology of culture as well as the methodology of archaeological research and the syntheses of prehistory and the early Middle Ages. His achievements and influence on shaping the minds of archaeologists of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century cannot be overestimated.

Opis:: In the article, I discuss the title opposition nature–culture in the perspective of is-sues presented by the interdisciplinarity of science. I attempt to elucidate the definition of interdisciplinarity utilising certain ways in which the notion of science is construed, and indicating three levels of potential integration of interdisciplinary research: on-tological, methodological and theoretical. Apart from that, the article addresses the standpoints of reductionism and anti-reductionism as well as the questions of classify-ing scientific disciplines. The final parts of the text outline the possibility of conduct-ing interdisciplinary studies in the light of the language of action theory, which may become a concept which integrates various domains of scientific knowledge.

Opis:: Celem niniejszego artykułu jest porównawcze omówienie dwóch obszarów nauki: dziedziny i dyscypliny nauk teologicznych oraz dyscypliny nauk o mediach. Autorzy przeanalizują metodologiczne aspekty nauk teologicznych i nauk o mediach. Ich zdaniem, mimo istnienia pozornych przeszkód, można mówić o wspólnym obszarze zainteresowań tych dwóch dyscyplin, jakim są media i komunikacja. Płaszczyzną naukowego dialogu teologii z medioznawstwem jest dobrze rozumiana interdyscyplinarność, która jest cechą zarówno nauk teologicznych, jak i nauk o mediach.
The purpose of this article is to gather discussions on two areas of science: theology and media studies in comparative perspective. The authors analyze the methodological aspects of both areas of science and further argue there is a common area of interest which includes research on media and communications. The scientifi c dialogue between theology and media studies is possible due to interdisciplinarity.
