The following article underlines the importance of restructuring as an organisational change. The author determined the prerequisites and the notion of restructuring, and put an emphasis on the significance of restructuring as a change of radical character. On the basis of his own experiences, the author devised and executed restructuring processes in companies. An emphasis was put on the importance of time management for corporate management.
W artykule przedstawiono znaczenie restrukturyzacji jako zmiany organizacyjnej. Omówiono przesłanki i jej istotę, a także podkreślono znaczenie restrukturyzacji jako zmiany o charakterze radykalnym.
