Opis:: In this work is developed method of evaluation safety level, which decreases with floating intensity functioning during technical object. Factors, condition such changes were reviewed. Basing on proposed methodic of detection of various types of risks exists possibility to form constructive algorithms of evaluation of safety level, which allows forming adequate danger counteraction means. One of basic factors, representing dangers, is malfunctions, appearing on technical object.

Opis:: The article presents a determination method of transport means service ability in a real city transport system. The considerations have been demonstrated on the basis of a real city bus transport system in a chosen agglomeration. The executive subsystem consisting of elementary subsystems of the type human - technical object (operator - transport means) whose service ability and reliability have a direct influence on capability to perform the transport task is directly responsible for accomplishment of the city transport system tasks. In order to develop a model of means of transport serviceability there were determined significant states of the operational use process and there was made a division and reduction of the number of states in terms of the availability criterion. On this basis, an event model of the process of transport means operational use, and then a mathematical model of this process, were built with the assumption that its model is a homogenous Markov 's process X(t). Next, boundary values of availability coefficient for the distinguished availability levels of transport means used in the city transport system were determined for operational data obtained from a real city bus transport system. The discussed model for determination of transport means availability is an initial one, developed on the basis of a nine-state model of operational use. In further part of the paper, there will be developed a resultant model of transport means availability determination (semi-Markov 's sixteen-state model), being a component of a wider, decision model for creation and assessment of transport means availability.

Opis:: It was introduced suggestions and results concerning some of control miniUAV problems in this article. They were formulated on base of theoretical and experimental investigations. Now the own construction miniature system avionics is being investigated. This system is designed to stabilisation of miniUAV and to control of navigation with GPS signal. Now system is used also as flight control recorder. The avionics control system which lets for very good and saved navigation miniUAV should be created. more over this system should use GPS signal and miniature sensors. Especially, a block Junction diagram of a miniature avionics unit - miniBSP MSOP. = 3 accelerometers, 3 rate gyroscopes, static pressure sensor, dynamic pressure sensor, control path in the autopilot channel of pitch and roll during the Start and Steady Flight stage, Control path in the draught control channel during Start and Steady Flight stage, general scheme of a ground-based flight control to pilot miniBSP unmanned aircrafts, visualization of the ground-based flight control station operation, airframe for testing during flight, positions of equipment items in the miniBSP airframe are presented in the paper.

Opis:: In the paper usefulness of semi-Markovian processes for modelling real processes which occur in the operational phase of various technical objects, is considered. The usefulness of this theory was proved by presenting specific features of the semi-Markovian processes and physical aspects of their use as models of the processes occurring in the operational phase of the objects in question. The specific features were described with taking into account the process of changing the technical states of such objects. The physical aspects of models in the form of semi-Markovian processes were justified by postulating a hypoŹthesis by which wear process of tribological units of crucial sub-assemblies of machines, can be explained. Also, the consequences logically resulting from the hypothesis and necessary to its verification, are discusŹsed. A method for its verification is also attached. It was proved possible to model the real processes in question by means of the continuous semi-Markovian processes of finite set of states.

Opis:: W artykule przedstawiono koncepcję szacowania kosztów cyklu życia LCC jako sposób na ocenę efektów ekonomicznych procesu projektowania nowego lub doskonalonego obiektu technicznego. Scharakteryzowano jedną z metod LCC oraz opisano szczegółowe modele analizy. W pracy posłużono się przykładem badań wybranego modelu chłodziarko-zamrażarki, które stanowiły część procesu ekoprojektowania. Takie zastosowanie koncepcji LCC stanowi nowość w kategorii obiektów technicznych.
A concept of Life Cycle Costing as a method for the evaluation of desi; ing process economical results of a new or improved technical objęci presented in the paper. One of LCC method is characterized and detai models of analysis are described. A selected type of refrigerator was u: as an example in the research which was originally a part of ecodesign process. Such application of LCC concept is a novelty in the category technical objects.

Opis:: This paper presents research of different classes of attacks against complex technical objects. Attacks are differentiated into different classes on the basis of analysis of attack features which reflect the possible methods of attack interaction with the security system. The developed methods of formal description of attacks and defense methods on the level of their logical approximation allow describing tasks of withstanding attacks for defense tools with enough certainty. Thanks to the proposed interpretation of attack interaction with a defense object and defense tools, it has become possible to determine approaches to the extension of the defense system by adding new tools oriented towards withstanding new attacks.

Opis:: The most important problem of operation of all technical objects (devices) is the problem of rational (optimum) decision control of the process of technical state changes of the objects. Such control can be realized when a model of the process of technical stale chanŹges is applied. In view of this, a formal description of the operational process of technical objects was presented in this paper, as well as it was justified that the model of the process may be a semi-Markovian process of finite set of states. Examples of 4-and 3-state semiŹ-Markovian process were given as a model of the above mentioned process of state chanŹges of any device. Difficulties associated with forming such model, which arise from application of the theory of semi-Markovian processes, were indicated. Therefore the proposed model is the semi-Markovian process whose values are technical states occurring in the phase of operation of many technical objects of practical importance (e.g. combustion piston engines, turbines, displacement and rotary compressors, impeller pumps etc).

Opis:: W pracy zaprezentowano model procesu diagnozowania obiektów technicznych. Podstawą w opisie tego modelu jest system diagnostyczny elementami, którego są: wyróżnione wektory sygnałów diagnostycznych oraz ich wektory wzorcowych sygnałów. Wektory sygnałów diagnostycznych wyznaczają w czasie użytkowania (diagnozowania) obiektu jego przestrzeń cech bieżącego użytkowania obiektu. Natomiast wektorów wzorcowych sygnałów wyznaczają przestrzeń nominalnych cech użytkowania obiektu. Poznanie procesu wyznaczania tych przestrzeni jest podstawą diagnostyki obiektu technicznego. Ważnym aspektem w tej pracy jest przedstawienie problematyki wyznaczania macierzy własności cech diagnostycznych obiektu [A].
The paper presents a model of the process of diagnosing technical objects. The basis for the description of this model is the diagnostic system components which are highlighted vectors of the diagnostic signals and the vectors of reference signals. Vectors diagnostic signals designate during use (diagnosing) the object of his space features the current use of the building. In contrast, the standard signal vectors define a space in nominal characteristics of the works. Understanding the process of setting up these spaces is the basis of diagnosis of a technical object. An important aspect of this work is to present the issue of determining the properties of the matrix object diagnostic features [A].

Opis:: In this paper possibility to assess safety of floating docks as a result of application of the theory of semi-Markov processes both in the phase of their designing and operating, is outlined. Formal description of the situations which may occur during service of floating docks both those intended for building and repairing the ships, was presented. The following situations were distinguished : normal, complicated, hazardous, emergency and disastrous. A model of changing the distinguished situations was proposed in the form of a semi - Markov process with discrete set of states, and continuous with time. The mentioned situations are values of the process. An operational safety measure for dock was formulated in the form of the probability of the event consisting in occurrence of normal or complicated situation. It was proved that assessment of probability of occurrence of particular situations is possible.
