The results of an economic analysis, comprising approximately 350 types of shells made for tanks of nominal capacity ranging from 50 - , 80-, 100.000 m3 in view of the sort of constructional steel and overall dimensions of metal sheets used, are given. The analysis was carried out with respect to a wide variety of steel types from carbon steel St3S to low-alloy steel 18G2AV taking advantage of variable overall dimensions of width from 1.50 to 3.00 m and length of 6.0 - 12.0 m.

Przedstawiono wyniki analizy ekonomicznej około 350 zbiorników o pojemności nominalnej 50, 80 i 100 tyś. m3. Analizę przeprowadzono uwzględniając różne gatunki stali - od niestopowych St3S do niskostopowych 18G2AV oraz blachy szerokości 1,5 - 3,0 i długości 6,0-12,0m.
