    Opis:
    W artykule przedstawiono analizę procesu wytwórczego na przykładzie wybranego przedsiębiorstwa. W rozpatrywanym zakładzie, w którym wdrożony został system Lean Management, realizowane są równolegle dwa procesy. Powstają więc dwa strumienie materiałów, które łączą się na jednym, ostatnim stanowisku. Analiza procesu pokazała, że krótszy i teoretycznie mniej skomplikowany proces powoduje zakłócenie całego przepływu materiałów. Zastosowanie prostych metod analizy pozwoliło na identyfikację problemów oraz określenie celów logistyki produkcji, zarówno nadrzędnych, jak i szczegółowych. Na tym etapie ujawniony został także problem dylematu planowania produkcji.
    The article describes the analysis of the production process in a manufacturing enterprise in which the lean manufacturing system was implemented. There are two parallel processes conducted in the company. This raises the two streams of materials, which combine at the last production station. Analysis of the process showed that shorter and theoretically less complicated process causes disruption of the entire flow of materials. The use of simple methods of analysis allowed to identify problems and determine the objectives of production logistics, both overarching and specific. At this stage the dilemma of production planning was revealed.

    Opis:
    Business management according to the Lean Management concept is a constant and comprehensive process of implementing changes in process and organizational structure. Some of the key elements in production management according to the Lean concept include: correcting mistakes (e.g. TQM), eliminating the existing Muda (e.g. Kaizen, 5S) increasing effectiveness of value adding processes (e.g. TPM) and reducing duration of activities that are essential, but do not generate added value (e.g. SMED). The article involves examples of using tools of the Lean toolbox (i.e. VSM, Spaghetti plot) at the stage of identifying losses in a chosen production process.

    Opis:
    In the systemic approach, a production company is a complex system of objects and the relations between the objects as well as between the system and its surroundings. The large number of variables and company performance assessment indicators results in the constant search for the methods of formalising the mutual dependencies. The discipline which, through the integration of multiple processes, enables the discovery of practical solutions is logistics engineering. In Poland, the term is not very common, while in the USA (for example), logistics engineering – taking advantage of mathematical methods and cutting edge science is a widely used tool supporting the everyday business activities of companies. The article describes primary tasks of logistics engineering in relation to production companies. Furthermore, original algorithms for the improvements of company productivity are presented.

    Opis:
    Integration of production planning and logistics is currently becoming more and more widespread in many companies. The role and tasks of production logistics in a company are dependent on many factors as well as on an appropriate definition of logistics. The development of the concept of the supply chain has resulted in a broader view of logistics. The primary goal of production logistics can be formulated as expansion of the capabilities for the implementation and reliability of deliveries with the lowest logistical and production costs. In such an approach production systems are those in which input quantities are temporally and spatially transformed into products. With logistical supply networks at the input and distribution networks at the output of the system, production and logistics are closely linked. The approach proposed within the framework of Lean enterprises is interesting. It requires first defining a stream of values, then mapping and improving it. The methods appearing in the literature under the name Lean toolbox can be used to improve a company"s productivity indices.

    Opis:
    The continuity of the flow of materials needed for correct operation of manufacturing systems can be achieved using different means and control methods. From the perspective of the technical infrastructure, it is important to ensure high reliability of machines, devices, and whole manufacturing lines. These objectives can be achieved through the use of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Specific effects can also be achieved by using additional capacitive elements in device systems (manufacturing lines). The focus of this study is limited mainly to continuous flow systems such as complex material flow systems in power plants or mineral pre-processing plants.

    Opis:
    The primary objective of production logistics, in accordance with the laws of 7R, is the supply of the right product, in the right quantity and condition, in the right place, at the right time, to the right customer, at the right price. Specific objectives may, however, be different: they may include improvement of flow continuity (e.g. Womack, Rother) or increased reliability and volume of deliveries (Nyhuis & Wiendhal). In his work, nyhuis, in order to analyse and formalise ongoing flow dependencies, suggests the application of nine laws of production logistics. The article includes a description of these nine critical laws of production logistics and the proposal of the author’s own algorithms for use in the quest to improve the continuity of flow.

    Opis:
    Most of modern companies implement to the management principles known as "lean". One of the methods proposed by Lean Management is a TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). There are applications of this method in relation to production systems. TPM can also be used to improve the quality of internal transport systems. The article presents the basic principles of TPM used in the method, as well as its use in stock products ready for distribution and in division of the car wipers.
    Większość nowoczesnych przedsiębiorstw wprowadza do zarządzania zasady znane jako chude, wyszczuplone (lean). Jedną z metod proponowanych przez Lean Management jest Kompleksowe Utrzymanie Maszyn - TPM. Znane są aplikacje tej metody w odniesieniu do systemów produkcyjnych. TPM można także wykorzystać do poprawy jakości działania systemów transportu wewnętrznego. W artykule przedstawiono podejście stosowane w metodzie TPM. Wskazano możliwości jej wykorzystania w magazynie wyrobów FMCG przygotowanych do dystrybucji i w dziale produkcji wycieraczek samochodowych.
