Opis:: The ways of approaching the logistic problems need the use of some varied techniques and means, and the elaboration of a logistic project - which would aim the entire company - mobilises multiple personnel for a period of a few months and claims the intervention of logisticians within the logistic consultancy office, whom shall also act after putting the logistic project into practice. The accomplishment of any logistic wide change within the company needs an array of activities that may be grouped into: activities aiming for the improvement of complying with the contractual terms for an immediately subsequent month; activities having as aim the introduction of a logistic wide progress; activities having as result the accomplishment and application of some company logistic projects. (JEL: D61, D30, L22).
Sposoby podejścia do problemów logistycznych wymagają wykorzystania różnorodnych technik i metod, a opracowanie projektu logistycznego - który bedzie dotyczył cal ego przedsiębiorstwa - mobilizuje pracowników do działania w kilkumiesięcznym okresie i wymaga interwencji logistycznej pracowników biura doradztwa logistycznego, którzy powinni działać także po wdrożeniu projektu. Realizacja wszelkich i szerokich zmian logistycznych w firmie wymusza szereg działań , które mogą być podzielone na: działania zmierzające do poprawy przestrzegania warunków umownych bezzwłocznie dla kolejnego miesiąca; działania mające na celu wprowadzenie postępu całej logistyki; działania mające efekty w postaci realizacji i stosowania niektórych projektów logistycznych w firmie.

Opis:: The main objective of the hereby article is to present the concept, conditions of implementation and preferred directions of action of city logistics projects in the context of improving the quality of inhabitants life, and taking into account the processes of social responsibility in the management of the city. The first part of the article presents the concept and types of city logistics projects as one of the symptoms of actions aimed at implementing the objectives and functions of city logistics in the area. Then presents the conditions and stages of implementation of the effective project solutions in city logistics. The second part presents research results of surveys conducted among inhabitants of three medium-sized cities in Poland: Gorzów Wielkopolski, Jelenia Góra and Zielona Góra. The presented analysis and data focus on solutions, which may affect on the improvement of inhabitants quality of life in the area of city logistics.

Opis:: A constant growth of interest in GSCM on the part of business practitioners creates a need to develop research within this field. One of the basic questions is why, despite numerous evidence of benefits resulting from the use of pro-environmental practices in supply chains, the level of GSCM implementations is low. Therefore, the aim of the paper is determining which barriers constitute the greatest obstacles on the way of GSCM implementation. The studies were conducted among Polish market entities. Therefore, they were prepared in the part of Europe in which there are not many studies regarding this topic. As a result of the conducted studies, it was determined that the greatest barriers for pro-environmental practices are included in the field which concerns knowledge and cost. What is more, the importance of particular barriers was specified in the paper.

Opis:: A logistics centre is a spacious area with appropriate organization and infrastructure allowing various independent entrepreneurs to perform actions on the cargo flow, related to its storage and movement between senders and receivers, including support services for intermodal transport and performing tasks with the resources used for these purposes. Any model of cooperation between enterprises involved in the design and implementation of set goals and the investment in a logistics centre includes a number of common stages, with the exception of the initial phases of cooperation. The stages of the implementation of cooperation include planning the scope of work, negotiation and the signing of the agreement, implementation and its associated supervision, continuation and finally modification or termination of cooperation. In this article, the various stages of cooperation of companies participating in this project are analysed individually. General scheme of the planning area and equipment, a model of the design, the planning phase of the logistics centre; the stage of implementation and control and stage of summarizing cooperation; the location of logistics centres from a micro-spatial aspects are presented in the paper.

Opis:: Przedmiotem artykułu jest prezentacja możliwości oprogramowań typu GIS w transporcie na przykładzie zaopatrywania aptek w leki i produkty farmaceutyczne w mieście Olsztyn. Narzędzia GIS użyto do planowania miejsca lokalizacji dla nowego magazynu hurtowni farmaceutycznej, jak również do obsługiwania zamówień aptek. W artykule poruszono tematykę logistyki i transportu ich główne cechy i założenia oraz aktualnego rynku oprogramowań geoinformacyjnych. Opisane również zostały modele danych jako informacje wejściowe, które są odzwierciedleniem świata rzeczywistego. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki analiz przy użyciu rozszerzenia Network Analyst, a dokładniej narzędzi do badania obszarów obsługi, lokowania siedzib oraz wyznaczania tras. Tego rodzaju analizy są pomocne do badania wydolności firm, jak również mogą być przydatne do projektowania nowych łańcuchów dostaw.
Subject of the article is presentation of GIS software usage in transport, based on supplying pharmacies in Olsztyn. GIS tools are used to plan new place of warehouse and also execution of the orders. The article discusses subjects of logistics and transport, their main characteristics and also current geoinformation software. The text describes data models as input information for expressing real world. The article shows results of analyses made with Network Analyst extension, more accurately service area tools, locating facility and routing. These kind of analyses are useful in making researches about capacity of companies and also may be useful for designing new supply chains.

Opis:: The subject of the article is the implementation of the Green Deal strategy in Poland as the next step in reducing pollution in the European Union. Membership in the European Union brings challenges which Poland, as a member, has to realize. Modern level of industrialization causes complication that ecologically aware countries must cope with. Caring for the environment is becoming synonymous with conscious humanity. The consequences of the ever-developing industries of countries create a threat to the cleanliness of the air people breathe. Therefore, a need is born to create a strategy that will set the goal of upgrading technology to achieve zero emissions by 2050. The implementation of the Green Deal strategy comes with legal constraints that should guide every member of the European Union community. The research objective of the article is determining the role of the implementation of the newly adopted Green Deal strategy in the European Union. The research hypothesis of the article is that the European Union as a united community of states strives to unify the level of pollution emission reduction and the Green Deal strategy combines legal conditions of coexistence of the states in Europe. The authors applied research methods in the form of desk research (the analysis of the existing data), the analysis of individual cases, the analysis of legal documents and the analysis of scientific literature. The research concluded that the implementation of the New Green Deal by the member states is a necessary step to reduce emissions of pollutants as a plan of action of countries until 2050.
Głównym celem napisania artykułu jest implementacja strategii Nowego Zielonego Ładu jako kolejny etap redukcji emisji zanieczyszczeń we Wspólnocie Europejskiej. Przynależność do Wspólnoty Europejskiej niesie ze sobą wyzwania, które Polska jako członek musi realizować. Współczesny poziom uprzemysłowienia Państw niesie ze sobą komplikacje, z którymi świadome ekologicznie kraje muszą sobie poradzić. Dbanie o środowisko staje się synonimem świadomego człowieczeństwa. Konsekwencje idące z wciąż rozwijającej się gospodarki państw stwarzają zagrożenie dla czystości powietrza, którym oddychają ludzie. Stąd rodzi się potrzeba utworzenia strategii, która postawi za cel unowocześnienie technologii mającej na celu spowodowanie zerowej emisji zanieczyszczeń do 2050 roku. Implementacja strategii Nowego Zielonego Ładu wiąże się z prawnymi restrykcjami, które dla każdego członka Wspólnoty Unii Europejskiej powinno stwarzać wzór godzien naśladownictwa. W artykule przyjęto cel badawczy w postaci określenia roli implementacji nowo przyjętej Strategii Nowego Zielonego Ładu we wspólnocie Państw Unii Europejskiej. W artykule postawiono hipotezę, że Unia Europejska jako zjednoczona wspólnota Państw dąży do ujednolicania poziomu redukcji emisji zanieczyszczeń, a strategia Nowego Zielonego Ładu łączy prawnie uwarunkowania koegzystencji Państw w Europie. Autorzy zastosowali metody badawcze w postaci desk reasearch (analiza danych zastanych), analiza indywidualnych przypadków, analizy dokumentów prawnych oraz analizę piśmiennictwa naukowego. W artykule udowodniono, że implementacja Nowego Zielonego Ładu przez kraje członkowskie jest niezbędnym krokiem redukcji emisji zanieczyszczeń jako plan działania państw do 2050 roku.
