Opis:: Today market conditions and clients requirements turn enterprises’ attention to implementing concepts of business which underline the workers opinions importance. Workers play the role of internal clients who have the direct contact with production process and the knowledge about processes. Evaluation of the production process and its results in the certification process can help with identifying value sources both in the process and the product. Workers opinion about factors that create the future value for the companies was identified and interpreted in the chapter with BOST method applying. Opis:: This paper aims to explore the challenges of the Ukrainian system of translators training caused by modern technology advancement. The paper applies established ideas in practical approaches to the improvement of translators training system with respect to new technological requirements for the professionals. The relevant data were obtained by the analysis of questionnaire results. The problems of education of translators in Ukraine under the conditions of dramatic social and political changes are considered. The lack of training in the sphere of technology application for professional development is pointed out on the basis of the research results analysis. The research has also shown the contradictions between the needed level of technological skills of the students of the translation department and modern professional standards. The changes of certification standards for translators in terms of information literacy skills, ethics, and management as related to technological advancement are shown. The paper discusses the results of the original survey involving high school graduates, students, and faculty staff. The recommendations proposed are based on the critical study of the peculiarities of the system of translators training in Ukraine.

Opis:: The European Union is committed to European integration. Poland has been a member of the EU since 2004 under the Treaty of Accession, which was signed in 2003 in Athens. Joining the European Union is associated with developing a modern legal system. Each product is subject to certification, the process by which a notified legal body provides a written report about the results of the studies of a product. The legal body that provided a uniform framework for the use of marine equipment testing standards is the European Council Directive 96/98 EC of 20 December 1996. The Directive MED was established for the safety of marine transport. The compliance of navigation devices with the Directive MED was confirmed by the “Wheelmark” (“Steering Wheel”). In Poland, the requirements for certification of marine equipment under Directive MED, were implemented after the act regulating the provisions of EU law; these requirements are not widely known among practitioners. This certification system of marine equipment is a coherent system executory throughout the European Union.
Unia Europejska dąży do integracji europejskiej. Polska jest członkiem UE od 2004 roku na mocy tzw. Traktatu akcesyjnego, który został podpisany w 2003 roku w Atenach. Wejście do Unii Europejskiej wiąże się z przygotowaniem nowoczesnego systemu prawa. Każdy wyrób podlega certyfikacji, czyli procesowi, w wyniku którego jednostka notyfikowana udziela pisemnego sprawozdania sporządzonego na temat wyników przeprowadzonych badań produktu. Prawnym instrumentem, która tworzy jednolite ramy stosowania norm badania wyposażenia morskiego jest Dyrektywa Rady 96/98WE z dnia 20 grudnia 1996 r. Dyrektywa MED została ustanowiona dla bezpieczeństwa transportu morskiego. Zgodność urządzeń nawigacyjnych z Dyrektywą MED jest potwierdzana znakiem „Wheelmark” – „koło sterowe”. W Polsce wymagania dotyczące certyfikacji wyposażenia morskiego zgodnie z Dyrektywą MED, zostały wdrożone po przez ustawę, jako akt regulujący postanowienia prawa UE, należy mieć na uwadze, że wymagania te nie są powszechnie znane wśród praktyków. System certyfikacji wyposażenia morskiego jest spójnym systemem obowiązującym w całej Unii Europejskiej.

Opis:: This publication presents a case study of responsible environmental management on the example of a Polish organization having the objective of municipal waste management. The results of the conducted analyses allow to conclude that the organization is well prepared to implement an environmental management system compliant with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 standard. This publication presents and characterises environmental programmes which are implemented by the organization. The purpose of this publication is to present, on the example of a selected organization, the adaptation to the implementation of the environmental management system compliant with ISO 14001:2015 standard and to analyse the benefits obtained by the organization as a result of implementing the environmental management system. The carried-out surveys suggest that pro-environmental activities undertaken by the organization will bring numerous benefits. The benefits can include, inter alia, increased customer confidence, improved image of the organization and thus an increase in the number of services provided by the company. Environmental performance indicators will be carried out for the assessment of the functioning of the implemented environmental management system. This will allow an effective identification of the areas that require improvement.
W publikacji przedstawiono analizę przypadku odpowiedzialnego zarządzania środowiskowego na przykładzie polskiej organizacji zajmującej się gospodarką odpadami komunalnymi. Wyniki przeprowadzonych analiz pozwalają na stwierdzenie, że organizacja jest dobrze przygotowana do implementacji systemu zarządzania środowiskowego zgodnego z wymaganiami ISO 14001:2015. W publikacji przedstawiono i scharakteryzowano programy środowiskowe jakie są realizowane przez organizację. Celem niniejszej publikacji jest przedstawienie na przykładzie wybranej organizacji dostosowania do wdrożenia systemu zarządzania środowiskowego ISO 14001:2015 oraz analiza korzyści uzyskiwanych przez organizację w wyniku wdrożenia systemu zarządzania środowiskowego. Przeprowadzone badania ankietowe sugerują, że działania proekologiczne realizowane przez organizację pozwolą na uzyskanie licznych korzyści. Między innymi mogą one przyczynić się do zwiększenia zaufania klientów, poprawić wizerunek organizacji jak również w efekcie spowodować wzrost ilości usług wykonywanych przez przedsiębiorstwo. W celu analizy funkcjonowania wdrożonego systemu zarządzania środowiskowego będzie się prowadzić analizę wskaźników efektywności środowiskowej, które pozwolą na efektywne wskazywanie obszarów możliwej poprawy i ich udoskonalanie.

Opis:: In the article the modern scientific approaches to the definition of agricultural tourism is presented. Article deals with meaning and prospects of development of agro-tourism activities as a component of sustainable development of rural areas of Ukraine. The normative concepts of rural and agrotourism, the necessity and actuality of ecological certification of touristic objects and rural farmstead are examined in this article. Thus we have determined that promotion on the market of rural tourism (green) and agro-tourism is impossible without complying with relevant standards, norms and ecological passportization and certification of tourist objects and rural (agro) estates. The environmental certification issues have to play leading role in governmental and regional target programs and to provide the sustainable development of rural residential territories and certain touristic regions.

Opis:: Automatic Differentiation (AD) is concerned with the semantics augmentation of an input program representing a function to form a transformed program that computes the function’s derivatives. To ensure the correctness of the AD transformed code (particularly for safety-critical applications), we aim at certifying the algebraic manipulations at the heart of the AD process. We have considered a WHILE-language, and have shown how such proofs can be constructed by using appropriate relational Hoare logic. In particular, we have shown how such inference rules can be constructed for both the forward- and reverse-mode AD by using an abductive logical reasoning.

Opis:: The presented study examined Indonesia’s licensure program commenced in 2006 and its effect on teacher competence and student learning. This cross-sectional survey selected schools randomly from a West Java sampling frame, in which all six-grade students were chosen from a randomly selected schools. Based on the data from student, teacher and had teacher questionnaires this production function analysis used an average student academic test score as a criterion, while the selected student, teacher and school variables as predictors defined in models. This found that teaching licensure insignificantly affected student achievement; the teaching license has become a symbol of credentials rather than the real competences of teachers. Students’ academic achievement, too, was determined by their socio-economic background more strongly than that by competences of certified teachers. This urges the Ministry to review the nationwide certification program and redevelop it so that it creates sustained improvement in teacher quality and student learning.
