Quality can be perceived in accordance with requirements, costumer needs. It, in returns, implicates necessity of verification of this accordance, i.e. quality inspection. And that means how, on the ground of this inspection, to improve quality of articles and services. To speak about possible usage of repairing methods in firm, it is necessary to mention exact qualifications of criterions usage of quality improvement tools. Separations of quality criterions takes place to investigate all spheres of formation and usage of products: preproduction, production and after production phase. Casting defects can negatively impact the bottom line of a foundry. At the simples’ level, they manifest as rework costs or casting scrap costs. However, in many cases, the casting defects may be discovered at the machining stage, at the assembly stage or during use of the component. The resultant value added costs and warranty costs may sometimes be passed on to the foundry by their customer. In this chapter the most common foundry defects in three kinds of castings are analysis. It was observed quantity of defected castings and kinds of defects in the castings during the year. The attention was paid to sand inclusions and factors that can influence the sand inclusions origin.

The subject of the article are the considerations regarding the involvement of the education system in the implementation of the social cohesion policy on the example of Polish experiences. An example of a such involvement is the activity in the process of implementing the Supported Employment project, an important element of which is the preparation of job trainers to perform professional tasks. Against the background of the conducted research, the methods of determining the content of education in the process of preparing job trainers and the instruments needed for the professional organization of the work environment for the mentees of the trainer were presented. Attention has been paid to the principle of departing from direct social transfers for the benefit of social and professional activation of the people at risk of social exclusion due to disability, adopted in the modern social policy, for example in supported employment. Also, there was emphasized the importance of education for shaping attitudes conducive to social inclusion of marginalized people.

Celem rozważań jest analiza zjawiska inkluzji uczniów z specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi (SPE) na lekcjach wychowania fizycznego w szkole ogólnodostępnej. W artykule skoncentrowano się na przedstawieniu idei edukacji inkluzyjnej oraz różnych form inkluzji w obszarze wychowania fizycznego. Artykuł jest przeglądem polskiej i zagranicznej literatury psychologicznej i pedagogicznej, wskazano w nim na kompleksowość rozwiązań inkluzyjnych w obszarze wychowania fizycznego, zawiera także implikacje praktyczne dla rodziców, nauczycieli i decydentów. W artykule przedstawione zostały przykłady „dobrych praktyk” w tym zakresie w wybranych krajach.
The aim of this paper is to explore the idea of inclusive education of disabled students in physical education in the school. The paper focuses on inclusive education idea’ presentation and methods of inclusion in physical education. This is the review of Polish and international psychological and pedagogical literature and indicated the complexity of inclusive education in physical education and their implications for parents, teachers and policy makers. The paper concludes by summarising some of the good practices discussed in this area in different countries.

We present the design, tailoring, and physicochemical properties of a multicomponent polyethylene glycol (PEG)-based polymer doped with spherical nanoparticles modified with a lipoic acid derivative of cyclodextrin and its application for the electrochemical sensing of a ferrocene derivative and ibuprofen at low concentrations. Each of the components of this hybrid material has specific properties that can be useful for the preparation of sensors characterized by high selectivity and a low detection limit. Electrochemical studies have previously shown that the cyclodextrin derivative with an aromatic triazole linker in the structure enhances binding of the analyte, ensuring its preconcentration on the electrode and, therefore, enabling improvement of the sensor detection limit. On the other hand, the introduction of evenly dispersed spherical gold nanoparticles in the polymer matrix increases the conductivity of the film and enhances the analytical signal. The third component─a biocompatible and easily wettable cross-linker, PEG─allows for uninterrupted diffusion within the polymer film. This significantly increases the analytical performance of the sensor, supports further improvement of the detection limit, and enables the determination of the analyte after saturation of cyclodextrin cavities (high concentration of analyte) based on its diffusion response. The designed hybrid material was used for the direct and indirect determination of aromatic analytes─ferrocene derivative and ibuprofen─with a very low detection limit.

Wprowadzenie. Angielski jako język globalnej komunikacji stał się elementem statusu społecznego, tym kojarzonym z problematyką włączenia i wykluczenia. W uprzywilejowanych grupach społecznych jego pozycja zmieniła się z języka obcego na język „drugi”, co wskazuje na zmianę językową o długofalowych konsekwencjach. Cel. Celem artykułu jest uchwycenie kulturowych i indywidualnych implikacji obserwowanego zjawiska zauważonych w Polsce i Portugalii. Materiały i metody. Ramy metodologiczne oparto na etnografii instytucjonalnej. Metodzie tej towarzyszą koncepcje teoretyczne „miękkiej władzy” i „teorii pozycjonowania”. Wyniki. Rezultaty badań wskazują na to, że język angielski może być widziany jako nowe narzędzie stratyfikacji społecznej, mające wpływ na politykę językową, codzienne życie ludzi i ich możliwości. Krytykując neoliberalny, neokolonialny i imperialistyczny wymiar hegemonii języka angielskiego, zastosowano oryginalną perspektywę związaną z płcią, gdzie to angielski staje się językiem możliwości, integracji i upodmiotowienia
Introduction. English, as a language of global communication, has become an element ofsocial status and therefore connected to the issues of inclusion and exclusion. Within privileged social groups, its position has changed from a foreign language to a second language, which demonstrates a linguistic shift with long-term consequences. Aim. The aim is to capture the cultural and individual implications of the observed phenomenon reported in Poland and Portugal. Materials and methods. The methodological framework is based on institutional ethnography. It is accompanied by the concept of “soft power” and “positioning theory”. Results. The research results indicate that English can be seen as a new tool for social stratification with an effect on language policies, impacting people’s lives and their opportunities. Whilst critical of the neoliberal, neo-colonial and imperialistic dimensions of English language hegemony, the author captures an original gender perspective on English as a language of opportunity, inclusion, and empowerment

An investigation of social affiliation among researchers is particularly promising in the case of pedagogy. This is facilitated by its interdisciplinary nature, diversity in terms of theoretical perspectives and research areas. This makes it a convenient laboratory to allow observation of social processes of inclusion and exclusion in the research community focused on the education. The application of self-categorization theory provides an opportunity to perceive the factors determining the formation and maintenance of environmental factions and individual involvement of individual representatives. Thus creating a clearer perspective to measurement of inclusion and exclusion in the social environment of science, especially using solutions based on idea of distance, like visual scale.
Badania nad problematyką społecznej afiliacji wśród badaczy są szczególnie obiecująca w przypadku pedagogiki. Dzieje się tak za sprawą jej interdyscyplinarnego charakteru oraz różnorodności perspektyw teoretycznych i obszarów badawczych. To czyni z niej wygodne laboratorium umożliwiające obserwację procesów społecznej inkluzji i ekskluzji w społeczności naukowej skupionej wokół zagadnień edukacji. Zastosowanie teorii autokategoryzacji stanowi okazję do przyglądania się czynnikom decydującym o powstawaniu i utrzymywaniu się środowiskowych frakcji i indywidualnego zaangażowania ich poszczególnych przedstawicieli. Teoria ta tworzy dogodną perspektywę w zakresie pomiaru włączenia i wykluczenia społecznego w środowisku nauki umożliwiając sięganie po ugruntowane rozwiązania oparte na idei dystansu. Do takich należą skale wizualne.
