The questions of design of dynamic processes, flowings in the difficult gidro-mechanical subsystem of mechanism for block-portion out loading carte separator of the canned forage are examined. The princip of operation of loading device for block-portion out loading of canned forage out of pit storage is described. The hydraulic drive of mechanism for block-portion out loading carte separator which allows to coordinate work of drive of knife mechanism with his serve is described. The mathematical model of gidroprivoda of separator and results of his research is resulted.

In the optimization process, changes in the construction parameters value influence the behaviour of functions depending on time. Weighting logical coefficients for the stabilisation time are taken into consideration here, i.e., a shorter (better) stabilisation time has a more important (bigger) value of the weighting coefficient. An example of applying weighting logical functions in the analysis of a degree of importance of construction parameters of a hydraulic valve is presented in the paper.

At present peristaltic pumps are widely used in many branches of industry and national economy. Simplicity of construction, processability and possibility of pumping liquids with big quantity of solid particles are the main advantages while using peristaltic pumps. Therefore development of methods of rational choice of parameters at designing of peristaltic pumps is the actual problem. To develop universal mathematical models of dynamic processes in peristaltic pumps for definition of rational technical parameters. In dynamic processes we propose to use differential equations of motion in the Lagrange form, where the angle of rotation of the pump rotor is taken as a universal coordinate. Mathematical model of dynamic processes in peristaltic pump with hydraulic drive has been created on the base of differential equation. The function of resistance forces caused by gravity forces of mixture particles in the hose reel has been determined. On the basis of the non-linear model of the resistance forces to the flow of the fluid Bingham method of constructing the dependence of the pressure drop on the angular velocity of the rotor to determine the resistance forces to the flow of the fluid has been proposed. The result of dynamic processes simulation is the determination of interrelationship of technological parameters of the device functioning: the velocity of the medium and pump performance is increasing at reducing the length of the diverting hose and reducing the height of its rise; a significant influence on the average speed has plastic viscosity of the environment; a significant change in the yield strength has an insignificant impact on the speed.

Worldwide, the transfer from the level of knowledge to operation at full scale is often difficult due to the expectation of some problems associated with new technologies that usually cannot be identified and solved on a full scale. Therefore, aspects of start-up times and methodologies become even more relevant when starting to implement any (or any project) processing system in wastewater treatment. Thus, this work aimed to develop and validate a concept for starting up a laboratory-scale lagoon system. This system typically contains a series of three continuous-flow lagoons to treat 50 Liters in the day from a municipal sewage facility in Al Rumaitha City, located north of Al Muthanaa Province in Iraq. Further, the influence of hydraulic detention time (HRT) on the hydraulic lagoon performance depending on site-specific conditions and determining factors influencing actual hydraulic residence time was evaluated by investigating the start-up of three different HRTs: 7 days, 14 days, and 21 days, as changing it altered the depth and, thus, the effective volume. The start-up experiment involved two different phases of experiments, and they were conducted for four months, distributed in two different periods: the first period of start-up experiments was characterized to develop a proper microbial floc as quickly as possible and also to select the appropriate HRT of the lagoon. The results from these experiments led to the selection of the best three-cell lagoons design, which had an HRT of 7 days because it remained more stable concerning COD removal. After that, the second period of the experiments began, devoted to helping performance assessment of these facilities in continuous mode via providing basic information about the treatment processes occurring in a lagoon and summarizing performance expectations until a steady state was reached. Throughout the period of this experiment, average removal efficiencies were found to be 73.34% for COD, 76.54% for NH4+-N, 36.06% for TN, and 38.30% for TP.

Calculations of water distribution systems are most often performed many times because the correct solution from a technical point of view is rarely obtained after the first calculation run; hence, we can talk about a multistage calculation process. In connection with this, the calculation process of computer water distribution systems can be additionally supplemented with elements of process diagnostics. Diagnostic activities should be carried out using numerical algorithms, which can be a complement to classical hydraulic calculations of water distribution systems. The condition for reliable functioning of the diagnostic system formulated in this way is the efficient detection of computational irregularities. For this purpose, diagnostic problems were defined for the water pipes and the connection nodes in the water distribution system. The proposed diagnostic tests analyze the calculation results and indicate whether the solution is correct or, if irregularities are detected, suggest a way to solve the problem. Diagnostic tests are carried out using artificial neural networks.

The paper presents the problem of ageing processes of hydraulic oils when used in single-bucket excavators in mining of rock raw materials. Working parameters of these excavators are specific, particularly when a hydraulic hammer is mounted in place of the working bucket, therefore the course of the oil degradation process and the change times should be precisely determined as full functionality of hydraulic systems of excavators must be maintained and the wear of individual components of these systems should be reduced. Research on oil ageing processes has been carried out for excavators from various manufacturers that have operated in mines of rock raw materials of various raw material extraction quantities. The methodology adopted for testing the ageing processes of oils in excavators allowed to obtain a number of results that question the hitherto applied criteria for quality assessment of used oils in relation to the time of their actual use in hydraulic systems of excavators, as well as the time of change of such oils.
