Opis:: The development of IT and its rising usage in economy have influence on changes in enterprises. They influence the functioning of company and make its management easier. IT tools are inevitable in cost, communication, knowledge or human resources management. However, not every company decides to invest in individually designed systems not only because of the excessive financial outlays, but also the cost of service. This paper shows the use of Visual Basic, high level programming language in the process of recruitment and selection of employees at IEG LLC.

Opis:: W artykule zwrócono uwagę na problematykę luki pokoleniowej w przedsiębiorstwie hutniczym. Luka pokoleniowa jest traktowana jako nadmiar pracowników w wieku dojrzałym nad pracownikami młodymi. Pojęcie „zarządzania luką pokoleniową” jest formą zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi (ZZL) w kierunku ograniczania negatywnych skutków luki pokoleniowej dla funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa. W artykule analizie poddano zmiany w strukturze wiekowej zasobów ludzkich oraz podejmowane działania w obszarze fluktuacji kadr. Na danych empirycznych dotyczących sytuacji kadrowej w przemyśle hutniczym wskazano na kierunki zmian w polityce kadrowej hutnictwa.
Some problems connected with the generation gap in manufacturing enterprises were presented in the article. Generation gap is surplus of old workers in relation to young workers. The term „generation gap” is a form of Human Resources Management (HRM) to limit negative results of the gap for enterprise activity. The changes in age staff structure were analyzed and the best practices as applied in the companies in the field of generation gap management were characterized in the article. This analysis was performed in construction of the changes in personal policy. In the case study was used steel industry in Poland.

Opis:: In the age of an increasing popularity of social networks, the issue of safety and the protection of shared personal data is constantly taking on significance. Facebook is a good example of a medium which grants the administrators of the service but also its advertising providers full access to a database of key information on its users. At the same time, the users of Facebook violate the right to the protection of personal data by sharing content that is the property of their friends. In 2012, Facebook’s privacy policy was made available in the Polish language. That, however, did not change the fact that the users’ data is still unprotected and there are numerous cases when data is stolen or misused.

Opis:: The article aims to provide a comprehensive account of the legal regulations and mechanisms for the protection of personal data in Poland. In the last few years, considerable attention has been paid to this subject, which results in the wide-ranging character of the issues examined. The author classifies, based on sectors, the protection of personal data as a public policy and justifies such classification through the use of, among other tools, an institutional and legal method and factor analysis. The conclusions of the article are based on the analysis of the Polish legislation on the protection of personal data as well as on the analysis of the practical implementation of the solutions in companies, government and self-government institutions. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the protection of personal data falls within the scope of the public policy. However, it is necessary to take into account that some of its elements must be assigned to the policy of a party.

Opis:: The number of families is waning; and what is more, they are smaller and smaller, less stable and diversified. Nevertheless, desire for family in young people is extremely high. Politicians and people of the Church emphasize the importance of the family for the future of the society. But, does the family itself have the future? Demographic data seem to speak against it. They prove (1) declining and biographically held off propensity to marry, (2) increasing number of divorce and (3) decreasing number of births. In consequence, they speak about pluralisation of life forms, in addition, family life forms are constantly decreasing compared to non-family forms. From the point of view of the sociology of the family, multidimensional modernization processes of the past dozens of years constitute a basic attempt to explain these family turning points. Changed courses of women’s biographies, who are not focused only on families anymore, completely changed living standards of today’s families, and also ways to start a family. The question is whether structural, cultural and individual processes of pluralisation expressed in social transformations in their immediate consequence mean that in future an ordinary family, that is married parents who with their own children live in the same household, will become a borderline case and will be replaced by an unexpected mixture of family and non-family life forms. Some sociologists interpret it in this way and they cannot see that from the individual perspective an ordinary family isn’t treated as a borderline case in any way, but it is considered to be a regular case. In this way contemporary family transformations should be treated as a symptom of difficulties that allow to live the family life in the context of contemporary society. It is a challenge for the integral family policy which in the best manner possible would counteract the “structural ruthlessness” of fashionable social systems so as to find suitable conditions for craving for a family. First of all, there is a need for a new assessment of family benefits and a new division of family functions according to gender. The economic burden for people who undertake the parental responsibility should be also taken into consideration as a hindrance to a new family and should be overcome. Success of the family is determined by the external and internal general conditions. Specifically family logic of self-love, which allows both marriage partners and children to discover unempirically a form of humanity, should be shaped and deepened in a responsible way. It is there that the matrimonial and family form of life is deeply rooted, it is what makes the family united and what determines its success. The family is never a system which is shaped by external conditions, but it is shaped from the inside as well.

Opis:: Artykuł przedstawia koncepcję budowy polityki bezpieczeństwa danych osobowych w placówce medycznej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem przetwarzanych danych osobowych, w świetle zmian, które obowiązywać będą od 25 maja 2018 r. po wprowadzeniu Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych. W jego ramach została opracowana koncepcja w postaci spisów treści dokumentów dostosowanych do istniejących regulacji oraz przyszłych wymogów prawnych.
The article presents the concept of building a personal data security policy in a medical facility, with particular emphasis on personal data being processed, in the light of changes that will apply from 25 May 2018 after the introduction of the European Parliament Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement such data. A concept, specific tables of contents of documents adapted to existing regulations and future legal requirements were developed.

Opis:: The main goal of this article is to discuss the mutual economic relations between personal and corporate income taxes. The article consists of three parts. The first is an introduction to these taxes and taxation. The second is the analysis in which the objective of the taxation is discussed. This part represents the trends in research on taxation and clarifies the aspects of taxes that should be considered in an optimal tax system construction. These include solutions which stimulate taxpayer behavior, the economically and socially oriented objectives of taxation, and guides needed for tax equalization. The conclusions are focused on the tax rates in personal and corporate income tax and their influence on economic behavior of firms and individuals. The authors show different points of view on tax rate equalization and discuss its consequences.

Opis:: The main goal of this article is to find the relationship between public fiscal policy and economic growth. The article consist of a few parts. The first is an introduction, which creates the background for the analysis in the following sections. It shows the main point of view on public fiscal policy especially in the case of personal income tax and creates a framework for the analysis of the relationship between taxation and economic growth. The second part focuses on the relations between central government decisions on taxation and its influence on savings, investments and economic growth. In this part we will find selected analyses of the impact of taxes on economic growth based on the examples of OECD countries. Finally, the last part of the work is a study on fiscal level and tax system structures and economic growth. In this part the authors checks two points of view on taxation. The first is that a low level tax burden is conducive to economic growth, and the second emphasizes negative consequences of decreasing budget tax revenues. The article shows both theoretical and empirical points of view on taxation and influence of government taxation decisions on the economy.

Pozostawienie skomputeryzowanych baz danych poza prawną regulacją sprzyjałoby ingerowaniu w wolność osobistą jednostki i jej prywatność . Celem pracy jest przedstawienie tematu ochrony danych osobowych w instytucji administracyjnej jaką jest urząd miasta. Po zaprezentowaniu terminologii zagadnienia profilaktyki bezpieczeństwa urzędu, przedstawione zostaną badania, które zostały przeprowadzone za pomocą ankiety weryfikującej stan i poziom bezpieczeństwa danych osobowych, oraz analiza przeprowadzonych badań.
In times of rapid development in information technology, the modern computerized methods replace traditional methods of collecting and fusing of information. Collected the electronic data are easier to process and make available. Thus increases the risk of infringement of rights of persons whose data stored in different databases, so we require that our data are adequately protected. Leaving computerized data bases outside legal regulation would facilitate interference with personal liberty of the individual their privacy. The aim of this article is to present the subject of personal data in administrative institutions such as the office of the city. After introducing terminology, office security policy, we present studies conducted using a survey verifying the status and security personal data, and analysis of the study.

Opis:: Unijne rozporządzenie RODO wprowadziło zasady i przepisy dotyczące ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem ich danych osobowych niezależnie od obywatelstwa czy miejsca zamieszkania. Artykuł skupia się na zagadnieniach związanych bezpośrednio z rozporządzeniem o ochronie danych osobowych oraz związanych z dokumentami normującymi ochronę danych osobowych i ich przetwarzanie w instytucjach publicznych w Polsce. Autor przedstawia podstawowe zmiany po wejściu rozporządzenia RODO, wskazuje znaczenie poszczególnych organów i podmiotów odgrywających kluczową rolę w ochronie danych na terytorium Polski. Opisuje dokumenty ustanawiające minimalne standardy dla systemów ochrony danych osobowych, które należy opracować w instytucjach publicznych w celu zagwarantowania bezpieczeństwa. W artykule autor podjął się próby wskazania zakresu i charakteru zmian w systemach danych osobowych w świetle wprowadzonych przepisów RODO.
The EU GDPR Regulation introduced rules and regulations on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data regardless of their citizenship or place of residence. The article focuses on issues related directly to the regulation on the protection of personal data and related to documents that regulate the protection of personal data and their processing in public institutions in Poland. The author presents basic estimates about the entry of the GDPR Regulation, indicates the importance of individual Dobies/organisations and entities playing a key role in the protection of personal data on the territory of Poland. It describes the documents that establish minimum standards for personal data protection systems to be developed in public institutions to guarantee security. In this article, the author attempted to indicate the scope and nature of changes in personal data systems in the light of the provisions of the GDPR Regulation.
