Opis:
The article describes the problems of software process improvement. In the first part it presents five models for software process improvement: PDCA, SIX SIGMA, ISO, CMMI and IDEAL. The article points out the important role of reference models and process maturity assessment models in software process improvement. Next, it presents the draft of the concept for software process improvement, where the starting point is the strategy of improving the information system, taking into account issues of strategic management, enhanced with the use of methods and techniques of software engineering. The draft of the concept for software process improvement identifies five stages: identification problems, strategic research and situational analysis of the system, preparation strategy for improvement, preparation project and its execution.

Opis:
Celem artykułu jest prezentacja modelu systemu oceny jakości cyklu życia oprogramowania oraz sposobu sterowania tym modelem. Językiem modelowania jest aparat matematyczny z zakresu logiki rozmytej. W ramach modelowanego systemu zidentyfikowano najistotniejsze podsystemy, zgodnie z tradycyjnym podziałem cyklu życia produktu na etapy, wytyczonym przez teoretyków inżynierii oprogramowania (podsystem analizy wymagań, modelowania, kodowania, testowania, wdrożenia oraz serwisowania). W każdym podsystemie wyróżniono kluczowe obszary poprawy jakości i stowarzyszone z nimi wskaźniki jakości, podane w formie rozmytej. Pokazano również, jak za pośrednictwem rozmytych operatorów agregacji wyznaczyć globalny wskaźnik jakości całego systemu. W dalszej części artykułu podano sposób sterowania utworzonym modelem w warunkach narzuconych ograniczeń i celów sterowania, pochodzących ze świata rzeczywistego. Na koniec pokazano, jak wyznaczyć globalny wskaźnik jakości sterowania modelowanym systemem.
The aim of the paper is to present a software life cycle quality measurement system and a method of system control process. The language of the modelling process is fuzzy logic. The suggestion of major subsystems identification is given. These subsystems are equal to the traditional phases of software life cycle, defined by the theorists of software engineering (i.e. requirements analysis, modelling, coding, testing, deployment and maintenance). In each subsystem there are some major quality improvement areas that have been chosen for the definition of subsystem quality fuzzy indicators. It is also shown how to construct a global system quality indicator using some fuzzy aggregation operators. Further in this paper, the way model control process works in real conditions (i.e. with constraints and decision goals) is described. Finally, a global system control quality indicator is constructed and discussed.

Opis:
Creation of network structures in contemporary organizations becomes the norm of the functioning. The creation of multidimensional structures in evolutionary relations, where it is difficult to determine now the organization's boundaries no longer makes business process integration is becoming one of the most important problems. In addition, the development of information technology has enabled to contribute and share information resources. The above phenomenon indicative of the pursuit of the integration of business processes and technologies used in the activity. So in the article, the authors presented the main attributes of the network structures, which, on the one hand, affect the efficiency of the network agreement and, on the other hand, determine the shape of the business processes supported by the technology used. Indicated on the correlation between what the implementation of technological solutions and the need to integrate processes for example of the application of solutions SOA (Service Oriented Architecture).
