Opis:
The paper has outlined a broad perspective of references for the (particular and general) theory of relativity to various domains of human knowledge and to technique. These references are presented both in their current and historical dimension. The following issues are discussed: 1) the place of the theory of relativity in the development of physics and cosmology, 2) its contribution to the development of mathematics, 3) the significance of the theory of relativity in the development of technique, and 4) the role of the theory of relativity in the development of philosophy. The theory of relativity is – aside to quantum mechanics – one of the two basic paradigms (relativistic paradigm) of contemporary physics. Likewise it plays a fundamental role in further development of physics, astronomy and cosmology, contributing at the same time to the development of mathematics and philosophy. The author indicates that it is groundless to refer to the theory of relativity in the efforts to relativise and subjectivise cognitive and axiological questions. The theory of relativity does not relativise all its concepts of magnitudes, but it even confers the absolute status on certain magnitudes, which have been deemed relative before.

Opis:
This paper attempts to provide a critical review of individuality theory as proposed by Polish sociologist Jan Szczepanski. It draws attention to the theoretical and methodological assumptions for showing their incompleteness and the need for further additions. A key thread following text are searching for theoretical roots of individuality within the classical and contemporary sociological theory that could fill some of the gaps and give a chance for more thorough understanding of the issues analyzed, which is individuality. The article highlights the importance taken by Szczepanski attempt to go beyond antinomian description of social reality and the distance the relational model, by emphasizing the role of loneliness in a person’s life.

Naruszenie pracowniczego obowiązku trzeźwości i konsekwencje z nim związane
The violation on the employee’s sobriety obligation and the legal consequences that may be associated with such violation

The following thesis relates to the issue of infringement of the staff sobriety obligation as a cause whose occurrence allows the employer to apply adequate legal consequences. Violation of this obligation was presented as the employee's remaining either intoxicated by alcohol or under the influence of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances while at work. Above all it was defined what exactly is the staff sobriety obligation as well as the time and place where it is binding for the employees. Moreover, there were described both the specific procedure of the employees' sobriety checks and the employer's duties and powers upon the ascertained sobriety infringements. There was also an analysis carried out concerning the examples of punishments and discipline measures which the employer may use in case the employee neglects the elementary requirement of sobriety.The main purpose of this thesis is an overall insight into the employer-employee interaction upon the employee's violation of the sobriety obligation, with special focus on the powers and duties of the parties of the considered employment relationship, while showing the actual legal consequences which may be associated with such violation. Although the following thesis is, to a large extent, based on the doctrine policies and positions of the Supreme Court, it is not free from the author's personal views and opinions.
Niniejsza praca magisterska przedstawia problem naruszenia pracowniczego obowiązku trzeźwości jako przyczyny, której zaistnienie umożliwia pracodawcy zastosowanie odpowiednich konsekwencji prawnych wobec pracownika. Kwestia naruszenia powyższego obowiązku zaprezentowana została nie tylko jako pozostawanie pracownika w środowisku pracy pod wpływem alkoholu, ale także jako pozostawanie pod wpływem środków odurzających lub substancji psychotropowych. Ukazane przede wszystkim zostało, czym jest pracowniczy obowiązek trzeźwości oraz czas i miejsce, w których wiąże on pracownika. Ponadto, zaprezentowana została szczegółowa procedura kontroli stanu trzeźwości pracownika oraz obowiązki i uprawnienia pracodawcy w momencie stwierdzenia naruszeń trzeźwości. Przeprowadzona została również analiza przykładowych kar oraz środków dyscyplinujących, z których może korzystać pracodawca w momencie lekceważenia przez pracownika jego podstawowego obowiązku- trzeźwości pracowniczej. Naczelnym celem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej jest całościowe spojrzenie na relację pracodawca - pracownik w momencie pogwałcenia przez pracownika obowiązku trzeźwości. Szczególnej analizie poddane zostały uprawnienia i obowiązki stron danego stosunku pracy w chwili wystąpienia naruszenia obowiązku trzeźwości, a także realne konsekwencje prawne, które owo naruszenie może pociągać za sobą. Niniejsza praca magisterska w znacznej mierze oparta została na poglądach doktryny oraz stanowiskach Sądu Najwyższego, jednakże, nie jest wolna od poglądów własnych autora.

Stworzenie aplikacji wspomagającej zarządzanie pensjonatem w kontekście rejestrowania i ewidencjonowania klientów wraz z modułem analitycznym z wykorzystaniem takich narzędzi jak: Java, MySql i PHP

Praca zawiera opis tworzenia aplikacji wspomagającej działanie pensjonatu w kontekście ewidencjonowania i rejestrowania klientów. Kolejne rozdziały ukazują etapy związane z cyklem życia aplikacji - począwszy od wyboru narzędzi, poprzez analizę oraz projektowaniu systemu, aż po ukazanie gotowej aplikacji. W opisie narzędzi zwrócono uwagę na te cechy, które umożliwiają wykonanie aplikacji. Opisując fazę analizy i projektu, korzystano z narzędzi UML. Opis aplikacji zawiera charakterystykę: bazy danych zaimplementowanej w MySQL, aplikacji internetowej stworzonej w PHP, oraz aplikacji typu „gruby klient ” stworzoną w Javie. W opisie stworzonego oprogramowania zwrócono uwagę na współpracę poszczególnych jego elementów.
The thesis contains a description of the development of an application which supports the functioning of a bed and breakfast in the context of registering guests. The following chapters demonstrate the stages of the life cycle of an application- beginning with the selection of tools, continuing with the analysis and design of the system, and finishing with the final application product. In the description of the tools, there was an emphasis on the characteristics which enable the creation of the application. To detail the stage of the analysis and design, UML tools were used. The description of the application includes: database management implemented in MySQL, internet application created in PHP and an application "fat client" created in Java. In the description of the programming there was a particular concentrated on the cooperation of its specific elements.
