Opis:
W pracy przedstawiono tematykę związaną z wykonywaniem przeglądów i diagnostyki balkonów o konstrukcji żelbetowej. W sposób zwięzły przypomniano wybrane warunki stawiane tego typu konstrukcjom. Następnie omówiono, co należy ocenić w czasie przeglądu. W sytuacjach wymagających przeprowadzania diagnostyki zostały omówione typowe badania oraz stosowana aparatura. Na podstawie doświadczeń własnych autorzy przedstawili przykłady typowych stanów technicznych od mających naturę estetyczno-użytkową aż po zagrażające bezpieczeństwu konstrukcji nośnej.
The paper presents the subjects related to inspections and diagnostics of balconies with a reinforced concrete structure. Selected conditions for this type of construction are briefly mentioned. Then the paper discusses what should be assessed during the review. Typical tests and equipment used are discussed for situations requiring diagnostic procedures. Based on their own experience, the authors present examples of typical technical states, from those of an aesthetic and functional nature to those that threaten the safety of the load-bearing structure.

Opis:
W artykule przedstawiono prace dotyczące modernizacji tzw. płyty wielkich sił stanowiska badawczego znajdującego się w hali laboratoryjnej wykonanej w systemie P-70. Rozszerzenie możliwości prowadzenia badań elementów żelbetowych i sprężonych wymagało powiększenia wymiarów istniejącego fundamentu o nową część. Opisano prace prowadzące do ustalenia podstawowych danych technicznych istniejącego fundamentu, a także podano podstawowe dane nowej części płyty wielkich sił oraz opisano zagadnienia związane z wykonaniem robót.
The paper describes the retrofit upgrade of the force plate system located in the laboratory constructed as a P-70 structural assembly hall. The existing foundation was enlarged in order to enhance the capability of testing reinforced and pre-stressed members. The works performed to determine the basic parameters of the existing foundation are discussed along with the specification and work done on the new section of the force plate system.

Opis:
The choice of the operator involves taking risks, especially when changing the way logistics is handled (e.g. from your own warehouse and distribution network to external – outsourced). The aim of the article is to present the most important factors that directly and indirectly influence purchasing decisions made by customers of logistics operators. In order to correctly determine the parameters of the selection of a logistics service provider in terms of quality, it is necessary to define quality requirements criteria that allow to meet specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure the satisfaction of the final recipient of the goods. The main goal of the article is to answer the question of how to define criteria to be relevant to customer expectations and how they affect final purchasing decisions in the context of choosing the operator to provide logistics services. In order to illustrate the full picture of the studied environment, as well as to maximally facilitate and encourage respondents to participate in the study, surveys were used mainly in the form of Internet, mostly containing closed and several open questions. The research was based on three research groups: logistics operators, customers of logistics operators and final recipients of services of logistics operators. In the individual groups, the survey invited: 1) about 80 companies from European logistics operators; 2) approx. 150 companies from Central and Western Europe dealing in production and trade according to the classification of economic activity; 3) over 2,000 people who have declared to buy various goods with delivery to the address indicated.

Opis:
Background: To verify the validity of the proposed pain treatment approach, which is based on concomitant blocking of the Transient Receptor Potential Ankyrin 1 (TRPA1) channel and phosphodiesterases (PDEs) 4B/7A activity, we continued our pharmacological studies on 8-alkoxypurine-2,6-diones selected based on previous in vitro screening. Methods: Derivatives 17, 31, and 36 were pharmacologically evaluated in vivo using the formalin test and oxaliplatin-induced neuropathic pain: the von Frey and the cold plate tests, and in the carrageenan-induced edema model. Compound 36, which turned out to be the most promising, was further evaluated in the collagen-induced arthritis model. The pharmacokinetic parameters of this compound were also estimated. Results: All the tested compounds exhibited significant analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities. Compound 36 was additionally characterized by an antiarthritic effect and showed a favorable pharmacokinetic profile in rats. Conclusion: The compounds evaluated in this study represent a new class of derivatives with analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities that involve TRPA1 antagonism and PDE4/7 inhibition.
