Niniejszy artykuł przedstawia refleksję nad twórczością, rozumianą jako zadanie osoby. Główny problem badawczy zawiera się w pytaniu: w czym wyraża się twórczość jako zadanie osoby? W pierwszej części artykułu został zaprezentowany przegląd perspektyw rozumienia twórczości, które są przedstawione w literaturze. W części drugiej przeprowadzono analizę jakościową swobodnych wypowiedzi nauczycieli. Podjęte analizy umożliwiły sformułowanie odpowiedzi na postawiony problem badawczy.
The article below presents a reflection on creativity, understood as a person’s task. The main research problem is contained in the question: what is creativity expressed as a task of a person. The first part of the article reviews the perspectives of understanding creativity that are presented in the literature. In the second part, a qualitative analysis of teachers’ free speech was carried out. The undertaken analyzes made it possible to formulate a response to the research problem posed.

Celem przedstawionego artykułu jest określenie punktów potencjału cyberprzestrzeni o charakterze progresywnym dla rozwoju zdolności do twórczości osoby w ocenie studentów pedagogiki. Przyjęty cel konstytuuje podział niniejszego artykułu na trzy podrozdziały. W pierwszym wyjaśnieniu poddano termin „zdolność do twórczości osoby”. Cześć druga zawiera analizę teoretyczną, dotyczącą cyberprzestrzeni jako swoistego potencjału dla rozwijania zdolności do twórczości. Z kolei w ostatnim podrozdziale zawarto interpretację danych uzyskanych ze swobodnych wypowiedzi studentów pedagogiki, dotyczących poruszanego problemu.
The purpose of the presented article is to determine progressive cyberspace potential points for the development of a person’s creativity, in the opinion of pedagogy students. The adopted goal constitutes the division of this article into three subsections. The first explanation deals with the term creativity of a person. Part two contains the theoretical analysis of cyberspace as a kind of potential for developing creativity. In the last section, the interpretation of data obtained from the free statements of pedagogy students regarding the problem is included.

Opis:
Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie procesu teatroterapeutycznego, jako oddziaływania, w którym istotną funkcję pełni dostrzeżenie i respektowanie pewnych aspektów dydaktycznych w nim występujących. Opracowanie zostało podzielone na cztery części. Pierwsza zawiera wyjaśnienie terminu „teatroterapia”, druga opisuje jej cele i funkcje, trzecia stanowi analizę zależności między zasadami dydaktycznymi a procesem teatroterapeutycznym, w czwartej odnaleźć można ćwiczenia praktyczne z zakresu działalności teatralnej. Dla wyjaśnienia pojęcia teatroterapii zastosowano definicję D. Krzywonia i M. Pietruszki-Budzyńskiej. Sformułowano następujące główne cele teatroterapii: umożliwienie jej uczestnikom wzrastania i dojrzewania; umożliwienie uczestnikom pogłębiania samowiedzy oraz dostarczanie im bodźców, które są niezbędne dla prawidłowego funkcjonowania w społeczeństwie, a których brakuje im w realnym życiu; kształtowanie osobowości oraz dostarczanie społecznościom kulturalnym dojrzałych członków − cel tożsamy z celem edukacji. Określono także funkcje teatroterapii: kompensującą, terapeutyczną i kształcąco-wychowawczą. Wykazano sposoby realizacji zasad: poglądowości; trwałości wiedzy; przystępności nauczania; systematyczności; świadomego i aktywnego uczestnictwa w procesie nauczania; indywidualizacji i zespołowości; łączenia teorii z praktyką w procesie teatroterapeutycznym. Przedstawiono propozycje ćwiczeń: podnoszące świadomość własnego ciała oraz rozwijające świadomość przestrzeni; umożliwiające nawiązanie relacji zaufania między uczestnikami oraz rozwijające umiejętność pracy w zespole; rozwijające: umiejętność interpretacji i prezentacji tekstu, budowania relacji i sytuacji scenicznej, kreowania roli.
The aim of this article is to present a process of therapy through theater , as the impact in which seeing and respecting certain aspects of teaching plays a vital role. The study was divided into four parts. Part one provides an explanation of the term therapy through theatre, part two describes its objectives and functions, part three is an analysis of the relationship between the principles of teaching, and the therapy through theater, in the fourth part you can find practical exercises in the field of a drama activity. To clarify the definition of the concept of dramatherapy there was used a definition of D. Krzywoń and M. Pietruszka-Budzynski. There were formulated the following main objectives of therapy through theatre: Enabling the participants to grow and get maturation; Allowing the participants to deepen self-knowledge, and providing them with incentives that are necessary for the proper functioning in society, and which they lack in real life; Shaping the personality and providing mature members to cultural communities − the same as the goal of education. Functions of therapy through theatre have also been defined: compensating, therapeutic and educational. It has been shown how to implement rules: demonstrativeness; sustainability of knowledge; accessibility of teaching; regularity; conscious and active participation in the learning process; individualization and teamwork; combining theory with practice, in this process. Proposals of exercises: Raising awareness of your own body and developing spatial awareness; Allowing the establishment of trust between the participants and developing the ability to work in a team; Developing: the ability to interpret and present a text, building relationships and situations on stage, creating a role.

W artykule podjęto próbę określenia, jak działania podejmowane przez środowisko i społeczność lokalną na rzecz ucznia zdolnego są oceniane przez badanych studentów. Artykuł składa się z czterech części. W pierwszej określono, w jaki sposób definiowane są zdolności; w drugiej wymieniono i opisano funkcje, które środowisko przyjmuje wobec zdolności ucznia. W części trzeciej przeprowadzono analizę jakościową swobodnych wypowiedzi studentów. Następnie sformułowano wnioski.
The article attempts to determine how the actions taken by the environment and the community in support of the gifted student are evaluated by the students surveyed. The article consists of four parts. The first identifies how giftedness is defined; the second lists and describes the functions that the environment assumes towards the student’s giftedness. In the third part, a qualitative analysis of the students’ free statements was carried out. This is followed by the formulation of conclusions.

Opis:
The quality of indoor air in educational institutions is a critical determinant of the health and well-being of students. The purpose of the study was indoor air quality monitoring carried out for different age groups of students in grades IV–VIII or college classrooms (students used the classroom according to the schedule, the same group uses the room for up to 2 classes), I–III (students stay in the classroom for all classes, leaving only during breaks), kindergarten “0” (students are practically in one and the same room all day). The individual measurements included measurement of CO2 concentration, concentration of PM2.5 and PM10 particles, formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), along with monitoring of changes in temperature and humidity in the classroom. The results indicate that children are exposed to elevated levels of these pollutants for a significant portion of their school day, which can have implications for their health and well-being. The findings reveal significant deviations from the recommended levels, emphasizing the need for improved ventilation and monitoring practices.

Opis:
The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of particulate and microbial contaminants, i.e. bacteria and fungi found in indoor air in a lecture hall in one of Lublin's universities and their classification. In the research part, the amount of particulate and microbial pollutants was measured. Bioaerosols were investigated using an Andersen cascade impactor, which was located in the central part of the room at a height of 1–1.5 m, and single-level impactors. Identification of the microorganisms present in indoor air was carried out. The air in the room was sampled before the start of class to determine the "background," i.e. the concentration level of microbial contaminants in the classroom without the presence of students. Subsequent measurements were taken during teaching activities in the presence of students and the teacher. The study shows that the air condition in the classroom during its operation met the requirements in terms of PM2.5, PM10 and microorganisms. The highest risk was recorded for carbon dioxide. Moreover, the highest recorded readings of this pollutant coincided with the maximum concentrations of the other monitored quantities. Therefore, it can be unequivocally stated that in the case of the analyzed room, monitoring carbon dioxide and adjusting the size of the ventilation airflow to maintain its concentration within the limit of 1000 ppm would guarantee the maintenance of adequate indoor air quality. The study showed no correlation between CO2 concentration and measured concentrations of microbial contaminants.

Opis:
Effects of the EU Directive on Patient’s Rights in the sphere of patients etitlements, providers liabilities and services organization, coordination and financing The so called cross border care directive of European Union follows the long process of European Court of Justice judgments concerning regulation of patient’s right in respect to health services delivered outside the country of health insurance, specifically the planned procedures or treatment not available in the country of patient origin. At this moment the directive is still being transformed into domestic systems however, there are still important obstacles and problems caused by the implementation process. The paper concerns some specific aspects of the above mentioned implementation results, showing also the wider context of the previous attempts focused on the matter solving in EU, mostly describing the legal background and crucial political approaches. It briefly describes such questions like: pre-authorization requirements, subjective obstacles regarding implementation, national contact points problems, need for the legislation novelisation, base reimbursement problems, national systems protection, providers responsibility and some coordination of services aspects in relation to the described directive.
