The master thesis is devoted to the issues of recruitment and selection as an element of human resource management on the example of a company from the construction industry. The scope of work covers the contemporary challenges of recruitment processes, including the place of these processes in company management, directions of recruitment transformations and the characteristics of the main approaches to the recruitment process. The next part of the work presents the methodology of empirical research. It presents the research problem, the research methods used, and characterizes the enterprise subject to the study. In the empirical part of the work, the effectiveness of recruitment and selection in a construction industry company was analyzed. At the end of the work, the results of the research were presented and conclusions were drawn.
Niniejsza praca poświęcona została problematyce rekrutacji i selekcji jako elementu zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi na przykładzie przedsiębiorstwa z branży budowlanej. Zakres pracy obejmuje współczesne wyzwania procesów rekrutacji, a w tym miejsce tych procesów w zarządzaniu przedsiębiorstwem, kierunki przekształceń rekrutacji oraz charakterystykę głównych podejść do procesu rekrutacji. W dalszej części praca ukazuje metodykę badań empirycznych. Zaprezentowano w niej problem badawczy, zastosowane metody badawcze, a także scharakteryzowano poddane badaniu przedsiębiorstwo. W części empirycznej pracy przeanalizowano efektywność rekrutacji i selekcji w przedsiębiorstwie z branży budowlanej. Na koniec pracy zostały zaprezentowane wyniki przeprowadzonych badań oraz wyciągnięte wnioski. - Dostawca treści:
