Opis:: The technological entrepreneurship is a multi-layered notion, including various aspects of functioning of enterprises. Amongst determinants of the technological entrepreneurship, peculiarly a technological potential, often incorrectly identified with technological portfolios, will matter greatly. The technological entrepreneurship is a necessary condition of the market success, particularly in case of small and medium enterprises for which acquiring the technology is a condition of surviving and the development.
Przedsiębiorczość technologiczna jest pojęciem wielowątkowym, obejmującym różne aspekty funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw. Wśród determinant przedsiębiorczości technologicznej, szczególnie istotną rolę odgrywa potencjał technologiczny, nieraz błędnie utożsamiany jedynie z jego portfelem technologicznym. Zdaniem autora, przedsiębiorczość technologiczna jest warunkiem koniecznym sukcesu rynkowego, szczególnie w przypadku małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw, dla których pozyskiwanie technologii jest warunkiem przetrwania i rozwoju.

The innovations’ sources can be formal or informal, too. First of all, research and development play an important role in the creation of new technologies and products. Moreover, knowledge workers, based on their core competences and skills, are the main creators of new solutions. Finally, the internal sources can cause the creation of relatively sustainable competitive advantage in global market.
