Opis:
To achieve high-efficiency and stable brake of a front-and-rear-motor-drive electric vehicle (FRMDEV) with parallel cooperative braking system, a multi-objective optimal model for brake force distribution is created based on radial basis function (RBF). First of all, the key factors, which are the coefficient of brake force distribution between the front and rear shafts, the coefficient of brake force distribution at wheels, the coefficient of regenerative brake force distribution between front and rear axles, that influence the brake stability and energy recovery of the FRMDEV are analyzed, the fitness functions of brake stability and energy recovery are established. Secondly, the maximum allowed regenerative brake torque influenced by the state of charge of battery is confirmed, the correction model of the optimal distribution coefficient of regenerative brake force is created according to motor temperatures. Thirdly, based on HALTON sequence method, a two-factor database, vehicle velocity and brake strength, that characterizes vehicle operation is designed. Then an off-line response database of the optimal brake force distribution is established with the use of particle swarm optimization (PSO). Furthermore, based on hybrid RBF, the function model of the factor database and the response database is established, and the accuracy of the model is analyzed. Specially, the correlation coefficient is 0.995 and the predictive error variance is within the range between 0.000155 and 0.00018. The both indicate that the multi-objective distribution model has high accuracy. Finally, a hardware-in-loop test platform is designed to verify the multi-objective optimal brake force distribution model. Test results show that the real-time performance of the model can meet the demand of engineering application. Meanwhile, it can achieve both the brake stability and energy recovery. In comparison with the original brake force distribution model based on the rule algorithm, the optimized one proposed in this paper is able to improve the energy, recovered into battery, by 14.75%.

Opis:
The objective of this work was to generate a series of equations to describe the voltinism of Lobesia botrana in the quarantine area of the main winemaking area of Argentina, Mendoza. To do this we considered an average climate scenario and extrapolated these equations to other winegrowing areas at risk of being invaded. A grid of 4 km2 was used to generate statistics on L. botrana captures and the mean temperature accumulation for the pixel. Four sets of logistic regression were constructed using the percentage of accumulated trap catches/grid/week and the degree-day accumulation above 7°C, from 1st July. By means of a habitat model, an extrapolation of the phenological model generated to other Argentine winemaking areas was evaluated. According to our results, it can be expected that 50% of male adult emergence for the first flight occurs at 248.79 ± 4 degree-days (DD), in the second flight at 860.18 ± 4.1 DD, while in the third and the fourth flights, 1671.34 ± 5.8 DD and 2335.64 ± 4.3 DD, respectively. Subsequent climatic comparison determined that climatic conditions of uncolonized areas of Cuyo Region have a similar suitability index to the quarantine area used to adjust the phenological model. The upper valley of Río Negro and Neuquén are environmentally similar. Valleys of the northwestern region of Argentina showed lower average suitability index and greater variability among SI estimated by the algorithm considered. The combination of two models for the estimation of adult emergence time and potential distribution, can provide greater certainties in decision-making and risk assessment of invasive species.

Opis:
The following text analyzes the status and prospects for rapeseed production in Poland and Ukraine. On the last ten years either countries – Poland and Ukraine there was an increase in the production of rapeseed. In Poland most of rapeseed is used for domestic consumption, while in Ukraine most of it is exported. Increasing of biofuel production is a huge chance for rapeseed producers in Poland and Ukraine. A major threat to rapeseed production is the decision of the European Parliament on reducing the production of first generation biofuels.

Opis:
In the vertical spindle pulverizer (VSP), the large circulation ratio and high ash and sulfur contents in circulating load would result in intensive energy consumption and low grinding efficiency. Although the control of circulating load would help increase the energy efficiency, no quantitative study has been conducted due to the high temperature and pressure in the closed VSP. In this study, response of energy-size reduction to the control of circulating load was studied by the experimental simulation method. Coal mixtures with fine/coarse ratio of 11:1, 8:1 and 6:1 were ground by a lab-scale roller mill. Energy-size reductions of the coarse coal were compared to evaluate the influence of circulating load control. Results showed that the product with the coarse coal increased by 30% when the specific breakage energy was 1.0 kWht–1 as the circulation ratio decreased from 11 to 6. Meanwhile, a breakage characteristic index of the coarse coal was two times higher due to the cushioning effect of fines. Besides, decrease of circulation ratio led to increase of the breakage rate of coarse coal, and the energy saving improved by 57%. With the same energy input of 2.0 kWht-1, the yield of –0.09 mm pulverized fuel (PF) increased from 22 to 43%. Therefore, controlling the circulating load is an effective method to improve the breakage rate of coarse coal and energy efficiency for PF generation.

Opis:
Objective: To assess the impact of reducing saturated fat or fatty foods, or replacing saturated fat with unsaturated fat, carbohydrate or protein, on the risk of mortality and major cancer and cardiometabolic outcomes in adults. Methods: We searched MEDLINE, EMBASE, CINAHL, and references of included studies for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (SRMAs) of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and observational studies in adults published in the past 10 years. Eligible reviews investigated reducing saturated fat or fatty foods or replacing saturated fat with unsaturated fat, carbohydrate or protein, on the risk of cancer and cardiometabolic outcomes and assessed the certainty of evidence for each outcome using, for example, the GRADE (Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluations) approach. We assessed the quality of SRMAs using a modified version of AMSTAR-2. Results were summarized as absolute estimates of effect together with the certainty of effects using a narrative synthesis approach. Results: We included 17 SRMAs (13 reviews of observational studies with follow-up 1 to 34 years; 4 reviews of RCTs with follow-up 1 to 17 years). The quality of two-thirds of the SRMAs was critically low to moderate; the main limitations included deficient reporting of study selection, absolute effect estimates, sources of funding, and a priori subgroups to explore heterogeneity. Our included reviews reported > 100 estimates of effect across 11 critically important cancer and cardiometabolic outcomes. High quality SRMAs consistently and predominantly reported low to very low certainty evidence that reducing or replacing saturated fat was associated with a very small risk reduction in cancer and cardiometabolic endpoints. The risk reductions where approximately divided, some being statistically significant and some being not statistically significant. However, based on 2 moderate to high quality reviews, we found moderate certainty evidence for a small but important effect that was statistically significant for two outcomes (total mortality events [20 fewer events per 1000 followed] and combined cardiovascular events [16 fewer per 1000 followed]). Conversely, 4 moderate to high quality reviews showed very small effects on total mortality, with 3 of these reviews showing non-statistically significant mortality effects. Conclusion: Systematic reviews investigating the impact of SFA on mortality and major cancer and cardiometabolic outcomes almost universally suggest very small absolute changes in risk, and the data is based primarily on low and very low certainty evidence.
