Opis:
In this paper a concept of symmetry in the parameter space of the parameter dependent Hamiltonians is considered. The three different ways of realization of this symmetry is introduced. The example of analysis of this kind of symmetries is made in case of spherical harmonic oscillator. Some consequences of this symmetry for the electric type transition amplitudes of the electromagnetic nuclear radiation is shown.

Opis:
The article describes current world trends in attempts to solve the problem of linking of remuneration for scientific work to its effectiveness; in particular the attempt to transfer the principles of the concept of New Public Management in the sphere of science funding is investigated. The article presents the analysis of results of the new public management model implementation in financing of Russian research organizations using the tools of econometric benchmarking. The analysis leads to the conclusion about the existence of the conceptual limitations of benchmarking and performance management applicability to the research and development sector.
W artykule przedstawiono aktualne trendy światowe w próbach rozwiązania problemu powiązania wynagrodzenia za pracę naukową z jej efektywnością; w szczególności badana jest próba przeniesienia zasad koncepcji nowego zarządzania publicznego w sferze finansowania nauki. Artykuł prezentuje analizę wyników wdrożenia nowego modelu zarządzania publicznego w finansowaniu rosyjskich organizacji badawczych z wykorzystaniem narzędzi ekonometrycznego benchmarkingu. Analiza prowadzi do konkluzji o istnieniu konceptualnych ograniczeń benchmarkingu i stosowaniu zarządzania wydajnością w sektorze badań i rozwoju.

Opis:
Water exchange between the deep basins of the Baltic Sea during stagnation periods ventilates the bottom layer. Such exchange may be local and associated with the seabed topography features. The aim of this study is to investigate the possible pathway of water exchange within the Gdansk-Gotland ´ Sill. A comprehensive study was conducted near the one of the local erosional trenches (depressions), comprising bathymetric survey using multibeam echosounder, water column CTD-sounding, tilt current meters mooring, and sampling of seabed deposits and macrozoobenthos. The absence of pelitic sediments even in the natural trench depressions was identified. The seabed is composed of dense clays with surface erosion signs. The presence of a current towards the Gotland Basin was recorded in the bottom layer of the erosional trench. This layer was characterized by increased salinity and dissolved oxygen concentration. The trench was also an area with macrozoobenthos richer in species composition and biomass. Moreover, indicator species of the North Sea waters were found exclusively within the erosional trench. Macrozoobenthic community structure and the age of benthic organisms confirm the existence of permanent water exchange directly from the Słupsk Furrow through the erosional trench, and indicate one of the advective pathways of water exchange between the deep Baltic Sea basins.

Opis:
The present level of development of agricultural science has led to the emergence of a new method of plant protection, it is based on improving the immune potential of plants using elicitors, but not on the destruction of pathogens using pesticides. We have studied the effect of disease resistance inducers based on chitosan, organic acids and other substances with elicitor activity, being part of (nano) chips of different composition (matrix carrier - modified natural minerals, activated carbons, nanotubes, graphene, etc..) for pre-sowing seed treatment and for foliar fertilizing. Active carbons obtained by recycling annually renewable plant wastes (the straw of various oilseed brassica crops), represent a black powder. Powdered activated carbons derived from rape, winter cress, mustard and radish straw according to the developed method ( the product yield level is from 5,7% to 17,9%) have the following characteristics: Ас – 16,5% wt. to 26,2% wt .; Δ – from 60,9 g/dm3 and 140 g/dm3; a total pore volume VΣ – from 2,28 to 4,14 cm3/g; limiting amount of sorption space WS – 0,20 cm3/g to 0,69 cm3/g; they have an adsorption ability for iodine from 31,0% to 62,0%, for methylene blue – from 64,0 mg/g to 87,0 mg/g. We have studied their influence on growth, development, the incidence of rape plants, the quantity and quality of their crop. We have also determined the efficiency of (nano) chips depending upon their nature and carrier matrix composition. Besides, when using (nano) chips with nanotubes applied as matrix carriers, the yield increase was 14,4–74,0%, depending on their structure; with graphene it was – 22,0%; with active carbons obtained by rape and camelina straw processing, and with Agrosorb, it was – 16,1%; 55,8%; 49,2%, respectively; with mineral derivatives – 5,7–14,8%, depending on their composition; with water-soluble polymers it amounted to 8,0–12,0%, depending on their nature.
Obecny poziom rozwoju rolnictwa pozwolił na odkrycie nowej metody ochrony roślin. W tej metodzie wykorzystuje się elicytory mające poprawić potencjał immunologiczny roślin, zamiast niszczyć patogeny z użyciem pestycydów. Zbadano wpływ induktorów odporności na podstawie chitozanu, kwasów organicznych oraz innych substancji wykazujących aktywność elicytacyjną, będących częścią (nano) wiórów o różnym składzie (nośniki – modyfikowane minerały naturalne, węgle aktywowane, nanorurki, grafeny itp.) na przygotowanie przedsiewne ziarna i na nawożenie dolistne. Węgle aktywne otrzymane z całorocznego recyklingu odnawialnych odpadów roślinnych (słoma z różnych rodzajów roślin oleistych z gatunku brassica). Sproszkowane węgle aktywowane otrzymane z rzepy, zimowej odmiany rzeżuchy, słomy z gorczycy i rzodkiewki wg opracowanej metody (wydajność produktu sięga od 5,7% do 17,9%), posiadały następujące właściwości: Ас – 16,5% wagi procentowej to 26,2% wagi procentowej; Δ – od 60,9 g/dm3 i 140 g/dm3; całkowita ilość porów VΣ – od 2,28 do 4,14 cm3/g; ograniczająca wartość powierzchni sorpcji WS – 0,20 cm3/g do 0,69 cm3/g; ze zdolnością adsorpcji dla jodu od 31,0% do 62,0%, dla błękitu metylenowego – od 64,0 mg/g do 87,0 mg/g. Zbadano ich wpływ na wzrost, rozwój, częstotliwość upraw roślin rzepakowych, ilość i jakość upraw. Określono również wydajność (nano) wiórów w odniesieniu do ich składu naturalnego i w nośniku. Ponadto, przy użyciu (nano) wiórów z nanorurkami użytymi jako nośnik, wzrost wydajności wyniósł 14,4–74%, w zależności od ich budowy; przy grafenie wzrost wyniósł 22,0%; z węglami aktywnymi otrzymanymi z przetwarzania rzepy i lnicznika siewnego, wraz z Agro-sorbem, wzrost wydajności wyniósł odpowiednio 16,1%; 55,8%; 49,2%; z derywatami mineralnymi – 5,7–14,8%, w zależności od ich składu; z polimerami rozpuszczalnymi w wodzie wzrost był rzędu 8,0–12,0%, w zależności od ich charakteru.

Researches on the plasma jet source and injection of hydrogen plasma and neutral gas jets into the Globus-M spherical tokamak are presented. A novel source of dense plasma with high directed velocity is designed, constructed and investigated. This is a double stage system consisting of an intense source utilizing titanium-hydride grains for neutral gas production and a conventional pulsed coaxial accelerator. Optimization of the accelerator parameters, so as to achieve a maximum possible flow velocity with a limited discharge current and a reasonable length of the coaxial electrodes is performed. The calculations are compared with the experiment. A test bed is used for investigation of the intense plasma jet generated by a plasma gun. Plasma jet parameters, among them pressure distribution across the jet, flow velocity, plasma density etc., were measured. Plasma jets with densities of up to 1022 m 3, total numbers of accelerated particles (1 5) . 1019, and flow velocities of 50 100 km/s were successfully injected into the plasma column of the Globus-M tokamak. Interferometric and Thomson scattering measurements confirmed a deep jet penetration and a fast density rise (<0.5 ms) at all spatial points up to the radius r H 0.3a. The injection did not result in plasma degradation.

Progress in the development of a plasma jet source and its utilization for injection of hydrogen plasma and neutral gas jets into the Globus-M spherical tokamak are presented. The latest version of the high kinetic energy gas and plasma jet source with titanium hydride grains is described. Reproducibility of the gas jet generation was increased due to automatic loading of fresh grains into the source before every shot. It allows producing stable gas release for many discharges. Impurity radiation intensity from the plasma jet was decreased by more than 100 times by preliminary processing titanium hydrate grains and developing a new filter. The result of special experiments on two colliding jets is discussed. It was confirmed that the plasma jet recombines into a gas jet after it escapes the source edge and has a kinetic energy higher than the hydrogen ionization potential. Hydrogen plasma jet with low impurity content has a density up to 2 × 1022 m-3, a total number of accelerated particles (1-5) × 1019 and a flow velocity of ~ 200 km/s. It was used as an instrument for density control in Globus-M. Jet injection into deuterium plasma core during current plateau phase led to fast density increase in all spatial points of the plasma column including the plasma central region. Such injection allowed density doubling in the tokamak plasma. The model predictions are consistent with the experimental observations of the density raise recorded by the interferometer and Thomson scattering.

Detecting and parameters' measurement of intense beams of charged particles in accelerators' laboratories is possible to make in water volumes, using conventional measuring hydrophones with applying of new means and algorithms of hydroacoustic signals' processing. The new experimental results is given and discussed.
