Opis:
Article addresses the problem of the elderly and their presence in social policy. You together with local governments and non-governmental organizations shaping public policy in the direction of extension of social and professional activity of seniors and to prevent their social exclusion. For this to happen are taken various measures to prevent the isolation system to help in crisis and aimed at satisfying the psychosocial needs of seniors. Under the National Program for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion in 2020 created a network of day care homes and social institutions-clock temporary stay and is changing form-clock care in nursing homes.

Article consideresissues takes the issues of orphans, whose structure in recent years is clearly changing. Decreasing number of natural orphans, and the increasing number of social orphans. The same phenomenon reflects negatively on the course of development of the child's personality. In addition, orphaned children are often stigmatized in the immediate environment which may resultin social exclusion. Some form of public education in this field carries children's literature, which brings problems of children orphaned, as well as forms of institutional aid and family. Literature for children and young people brings closer to young readers the world of feelings and needs of their orphaned peers and let them better understand the full value as a person deserving, as well as others, the interest, concern and love.

Opis:
Treść artykułu poświęcona jest wychowaniu seksualnemu i potrzebom w tym zakresie wynikającym z trudności w realizacji opiekuńczo-wychowawczej funkcji współczesnej rodziny. Rodziny, w których występują uzależnienia, agresja, przemoc, niezaradność życiowa i niewydolność wychowawcza oraz zaburzenia psychiczne, choroby somatyczne itp., nie są w stanie właściwe zająć się wychowaniem własnych dzieci, w tym także wychowaniem seksualnym. W literaturze przedmiotu zwraca się uwagę na ścisły związek przekazywanych informacji związanych z dojrzewaniem dziecka, zachowaniami seksualnymi człowieka, jego płcią i rolami społecznymi z postawami osób znaczących zajmujących się uświadamianiem dziecka. To konkretne, wiarygodne i przekonywające wzorce postaw osób dorosłych (najczęściej rodziców) w głównej mierze wpływają na prawidłowy rozwój seksualny dzieci i młodzieży. Dzieci jako dobrzy obserwatorzy często konfrontują swoje marzenia i wyobrażenia na temat szczęśliwej rodziny z rzeczywistością. W przypadku dzieci z rodzin dysfunkcyjnych te wyobrażenia rozmijają się z realiami codziennego życia. Zwykle dzieci z takich rodzin decyzją sądów rodzinnych trafiają do różnych form pieczy zastępczej (najczęściej instytucjonalnych), gdzie funkcje w zakresie wychowania seksualnego przejmuje kadra pedagogiczna. Głównym zadaniem wychowawców jest wychodzenie naprzeciw potrzebom dzieci i młodzieży wynikającym z ich: sytuacji rodzinnej, doświadczeń (urazów) będących skutkiem wychowania w nietypowych warunkach, wieku, poziomu rozwoju i indywidualnych możliwości. W toku pracy opiekuńczo-wychowawczej wychowawcy mają za zadanie wyeliminować agresję i przemoc z życia swoich wychowanków. Dla pełnej realizacji zadań w zakresie edukacji seksualnej powinni zadbać o tworzenie atmosfery wychowania zbliżonej do rodzinnej sprzyjającej realizacji indywidualnych potrzeb wychowanków i nawiązywaniu pozytywnych relacji interpersonalnych między wychowawcami a dziećmi. Świadomi swojej roli pedagodzy powinni własnym postępowaniem dostarczać młodzieży pozytywnych i godnych naśladowania wzorców postaw męskich i kobiecych ważnych z punktu widzenia kształtowania tożsamości dzieci. Dlatego wychowanie seksualne dzieci i młodzieży musi uwzględniać przygotowanie do satysfakcjonującego życia intymnego, ale także uczuciowego opartego na silnej więzi emocjonalnej i poczuciu odpowiedzialności za drugą osobę w związku.
This article explores the need for sex education that results when the modern family’s fulfilment of its care-giving and educational functions is problematized (i.e. families in which there are elements of addiction, aggression, violence, helplessness and failure, life-related, educational or mental disorders, somatic diseases, etc.). In such cases, families are not able to ensure a proper upbringing for their children, and this extends to matters pertaining to sex education. The existing literature highlights the close relationship that exists between the maturation of children and the sexual behaviour of the corresponding adult humans – including the gender, social roles and attitudes of those significantly involved in increasing the child’s own awareness. It is mainly the specific, credible and convincing attitudinal patterns of adults (usually parents) that are responsible for influencing the normal sexual development of children and young people. Children, as good observers, often confront their dreams and ideas about a happy family with reality. In the case of children from dysfunctional families, these ideas fail to match the realities of everyday life. Generally, where children from such families are concerned, the decisions of family courts aim at offering a respite of one sort or another (usually in the form of an institutional retreat), with responsibilities in the field of sex education being taken over by teaching staff. The main task of educators is, then, to meet the needs of children and young people arising from the family situation, from experiences (i.e. injuries) stemming from being educated under special conditions, and from their age, level of development and individual capabilities. In the course of their care-giving and educational work, educators are supposed to eliminate aggression and violence from the lives of their pupils. In order to fully implement goals in the field of sex education, they must strive to create an educational atmosphere similar to that of the family, conducive to the implementation of the individual needs of pupils, and to establishing positive interpersonal relationships between educators and children. Educators, conscious of their role in this regard, should ensure that their own behaviour provides young people with positive models for rehearsing the attitudes associated with being male or female – attitudes important for shaping the identities of the children. That is why sex education for children and young people must take into account both their preparation for a satisfying intimate life, and also their emotional readiness, given that this should be based on a strong emotional bond and a sense of responsibility for the other person in the relationship.
