Opis:
Three new multituberculate teeth are described from the Early Cretaceous of Morocco. Denisodon moroccensis gen. et sp. nov. is established for a second lower molar which differs from that of Hahnodon taqueti, from the same locality, by a preserved posterior buccal cusp, a smaller posterior lingual cusp and the less indented lingual wall of the crown. The second tooth is a posterior upper premolar. It is represented by the posterior portion of its crown on which is present only one row of cusps, similar to the conditions in Kielanodon, Eobaatar, Bolodon, and the Pinheirodontidae. The third tooth is a lower incisor, similar to that in Kuehneodon. Both teeth are grouped as „Hahnodontidae, gen. et sp. indet.” Paulchoffatioidea new superfamily is established for the Paulchoffatiidae, Hahnodontidae, and Pinheirodontidae. It is characterized by the following autapomorphies: premolarisation of I2−C, presence of a third row of cusps on the posterior upper premolars and the basin−like structure of the m2. Hahnodontidae and Hahnodon are redefined.

Opis:
Since the creation of the taxon Woutersia mirabilis Sigogneau-Russell 1983, on a lower molar and two upper molars from the French locality of Saint-Nicolas-de-Port (late Triassic), quite a number of additional mammalian teeth have come to light; among them, are not only some elements undoubtedly belonging to this species, but also 5 teeth interpreted here as representing a second species of Woutersia, W. butleri sp. n. The peculiarities of this second species, especially in the upper molars, allow in turn the presentation and discussion of another upper molar from the same locality, which had remained an enigma for a long time. Though too large to be attributed to W. butleri, this tooth exhibits at a higher degree some characters already detected in the latter species, suggesting that it could still belong to Woutersia: but in that case, its sharing of some derived characters with upper molars of docodonts implies at least a certain parallelism between the new family Woutersiidae and primitive Docodonta.
Nowe znaleziska izolowanych zębów retyckich Synapsida ze stanowiska Saint-Nicolas-de-Port we Francji, obok licznych Haramiyidae i cynodontów, dostarczyły nowych okazów symetrodontów. Pozwalają one na uzupełnienie diagnozy typowego gatunku rodzaju Woutersia, W. mirabilis i wydzielenie nowego gatunku W. butleri oraz rodziny Woutersiidae wykazującej paralelizmy w morfologii górnych zębów do późniejszych symetrodontów a także specjalizacje do funkcji miażdżenia w pokroju trzonowców.
Depuis la création du taxon Woutersia mirabilis Sigogneau-Russell 1983 (Mammalia, Theria), sur une molaire inférieure et deux molaires supérieures en provenance du gisement français de Saint-Nicolas-de-Port (Trias supérieur), un grand nombre de dents mammaliennes supplémentaires ont été mises au jour. Parmi celles-ci se trouvent non seulement quelques éléments appartenant indubitablement à cette espéce, mais aussi 5 dents interprétées ici comme représentant une seconde espèce de Woutersia, W. butleri sp. n. Les particularités de cette seconde espéce, spécialement au niveau des molaires supérieures, ont à leur tour permis d'interpréter une autre molaire supérieure du même gisement restée longtemps une énigme. Cette dent, dont la morphologie exagère certains caractères décelés chez W. butleri, tout en étant beaucoup trop grande pour cette espèce, pourrait cependant appartenir au même genre; mais, si cette attribution est exacte, le partage de certains caractères dérivés avec les dents supérieures de Docodontes implique au moins un certain parallélisme entre la nouvelle famille Woutersiidae et les Docodontes primitifs.

Opis:
The development of 3D systems is a highly complex procedure. Next to a huge variation of possibilities on how to vertically integrate two or more dies, a lot of aspects regarding cost, design and application specific selection of technology have to be considered. Therefore a design model will be presented, that considers the mutual influence of design and process technology during the integration flow development. The design model has been implemented in a software system. To be able to develop integration flows, complex technology information is needed, which results in the necessity of a data management with usage of a technology database.

Opis:
An electrochemically-gated junction field-effect transistor with metallic conducting indium tin oxide nanoparticle array as active layer is reported. Fabrication of a field-effect device with a degenerative semiconductor like indium tin oxide (carrier concentration $10^{20}-10^{21} cm^{-3}$) is possible by exploiting the high surface-to-volume ratio of nanoparticles and high surface charge density achievable by electrochemical gating. The on/off ratio obtained is 325 although the applied potential was restricted to the capacitive double layer region (to ensure high repeatability) without allowing redox reactions to take place at the interface.

Opis:
Small and inexpensive acceleration sensors, cameras, microphones, micro-mirrors, touch-panels and other products of the MNT industry are the core components of almost every new and innovative electronic appliance. Customer-tailored functions and specifications require a deep involvement of the customer throughout the whole value chain. Often the varying stages of the product engineering flow are carried out by diverse companies (or at least different departments) in different locations. With "time to market" being essential, a fast and effective product engineering approach along with comprehensive software support is required. In this paper we introduce a comprehensive methodology and based on that a concept for a distributed environment for customer-oriented product engineering of MEMS products. The development is currently carried out in an international EU research project.

Opis:
Artykuł przedstawia badania prętów zbrojeniowych kompozytowych na bazie włókien szklanych na rozciąganie oraz wyniki tych badań. Pręty zostały wycięte z siatek zbrojeniowych kompozytowych prefabrykowanych produkowanych przez polskiego producenta. Na podstawie badań stwierdzono, że pręty tego typu mają wytrzymałość na rozciąganie porównywalną ze stalą klasy AIIIN i o połowę niższą od klasycznych prętów kompozytowych wytwarzanych w procesie pultruzji.
The article presents tests of composite reinforcing steel bars based on glass fibres and the results of these tests. The bars were cut from prefabricated composite reinforcing grids produced by a Polish manufacturer. The tests revealed that this type of bars has a tensile strength comparable to that of AIIIN class steel and half lower than conventional composite bars produced in the pultrusion process.

Opis:
Using novel metallic magnetic calorimeter detectors at the CRYRING@ESR, we recorded x-ray spectra of stored and electron cooled heliumlike uranium (U90+) with an unmatched spectral resolution of close to 90 eV. This allowed for an accurate determination of the energies of all four components of the K⁢𝛼 transitions in U$^{90+}$. We find good agreement with state-of-the-art bound-state QED calculations for the strong-field regime. Our results do not support any systematic deviation between experiment and theory in heliumlike systems, the presence of which was subject of intense debates in recent years.
