Opis:
Artykuł dotyczy problematyki kształcenia studentów wyższych uczelni pedagogicznych w kontekście rozwoju i modernizacji systemu szkolnictwa wyższego. Podstawowym czynnikiem wymuszających zmiany są procesy związane z globalizacją, takie jak zmiana stylu życia związana ze wzrostem tempa interakcji społecznej pod wpływem nowych technologii, migracją ludności, transferem usług oraz unifikacja kulturową wynikającą z kopiowania modelów konsumpcji i nieograniczonego rozprzestrzeniania idei. Wobec tych gwałtownie przebiegających zmian, jednym z najważniejszych zadań dla kształcenia pedagogicznego wydaje się stworzenie systemu profesjonalnej edukacji nauczyciela potrafiącego sprostać przyszłym wyzwaniom. W artykule przedstawiono priorytety i innowacje wprowadzane w tym zakresie na Ukrainie w odniesieniu do polskiego systemu edukacji i europejskich rozwiązań. Zwrócono uwagę na ich znaczenie w myśleniu o polityce edukacyjnej i formowaniu elementów strukturalnych systemu kształcenia oraz wpływ na rozwój wiedzy społeczeństwa.
The article deals with the problem of professional education of students of pedagogical universities. It is emphasized that an important task of pedagogical science is the development of a system for the modernization of university education. The basis and main stimulus of this process is globalization, a new world trend through which the way of life, the spread of consumer goods and ideas become standardized throughout the world. The main directions of the national priorities Ukrainian innovations and their importance for the Polish education system are presented. The areas of the Ukrainian-Polish cooperation of educational systems in the context of modern innovations and in the sphere of the European priorities are considered. Attention is drawn to the importance of thinking about educational policy and forming structural elements of the education system and the impact on the development of a knowledge society.

Opis:
Taking advantage of coastal wave environment to carry out scaled ship model test is an effective testing technology for ship performance. In this paper, the method of spectral analysis is adopted to calculate the significant wave height, period, wave spectrum and some other parameters of some places along the North Sea area of China. The measured wave spectrum and the ocean spectrum are handled into non-dimensional form to evaluate their similarity. The influence of wind direction and tide on coastal waves was analyzed. And the results indicate that the coastal wave spectrum is similar to the ocean spectrum under some specific conditions.

Opis:
This paper proposes a novel approach to reliability evaluation for active Fault Tolerant Control Systems (FTCSs). By introducing a reliability index based on the control performance and hard deadline, a semi-Markov process model is proposed to describe system operation for reliability evaluation. The degraded performance of FTCSs in the presence of imperfect Fault Detection and Isolation (FDI) is reflected by semi-Markov states. The semi-Markov kernel, the key parameter of the process, is determined by four probabilistic parameters based on the Markovian model of FTCSs. Computed from the transition probabilities of the semi-Markov process, the reliability index incorporates control objectives, hard deadline, and the effects of imperfect FDI, a suitable quantitative measure of the overall performance.

Opis:
Micro-flotation and batch flotation tests were carried out on fine (-20 µm) hematite to investigate the influences of non-polar oil when sodium oleate, octyl hydroxamic acid, or oleoyl hydroxamic acid was used as a collector. Both micro-flotation and batch flotation tests were performed using single hematite mineral and/or artificial mixed minerals (hematite:quartz = 1:1), and kerosene was utilized as the neutral oil. The experimental results showed that the addition of a kerosene emulsion benefited hematite recovery in the micro-flotation tests where a froth layer did not exist. In the batch flotation where a froth layer existed, kerosene behaved differently when used in conjunction with the three collectors. Kerosene helped improve the batch flotation when sodium oleate or oleoyl hydroxamic acid was used as a collector. However, it reduced concentrate weight yield, grade and recovery to a noticeable extent when octyl hydroxamic acid was used as a collector, especially at low dosages. In addition, single hematite batch flotation kinetics tests coupled with water recovery measurement were carried out to study the role of kerosene at different collector dosages. It was observed that water drainage and the resulting froth destabilization by kerosene was dominant at low collector dosages, especially in the flotation using octyl hydroxamic acid. At higher collector dosages, the water drainage and froth destabilization effect by kerosene was possibly counter-balanced by the higher hematite surface hydrophobicity and bubble surface tension gradient, which led to more stable froth layer.

Opis:
This paper present a new fuzzy iterative learning control design to solve the trajectory tracking problem and performing repetitive tasks for rigid robot manipulators. Several times’ iterations are needed to make the system tracking error converge, especially in the first iteration without experience. In order to solve that problem, fuzzy control and iterative learning control are combined, where fuzzy control is used to tracking trajectory at the first learning period, and the output of fuzzy control is recorded as the initial control inputs of ILC. The new algorithm also adopts gain self-tuning by fuzzy control, in order to improve the convergence rate. Simulations illustrate the effectiveness and convergence of the new algorithm and advantages compared to traditional method.

Opis:
The tumblehome hull adopts some novelty designs such as low-tumblehome freeboard and wave-piercing bow. The new form design makes the ship have many special hydrodynamic performances. Especially the green water of tumblehome hull is different from that of hulls with flare free board. Green water is a strong nonlinear phenomenon of ship-wave interaction, the variation of free surface of liquid is complicated, and there are still some difficulties to solve green water problems well with numerical simulation method. In this paper firstly the motion responses of the tumblehome hull was calculated based on 3D potential theory, and then the dam-break flow model was used to calculate green water height and pressure distribution. According to the result of numerical simulation, some typical working conditions are chosen for 3D CFD simulation using RANS method. The results of numerical simulation methods are compared with the experimental results measured in towing tank. The influence of different ship form parameters and wave parameters to the green water of tumblehome hull is analyzed, and some regularities of green water on tumblehome hull in regular waves are summarized.

Temperature dependence of nanoscopic environment of shape memory polymers such as polynorbornene (T$\text{}_{g}$≈313 K), polyurethane (T$\text{}_{g}$≈321 K=dynamic viscoelasticity, destruction of hydrogen bond ≈353 K) and styrene-butadiene copolymer (T$\text{}_{m}$=333 K) is observed in terms of free volume parameters - average size, numerical concentration and size distribution - estimated from positronium lifetime measurement, and mechanisms of their shape recoveries are discussed at a molecular level.

All-optical logic is the key to future high speed and large capacity optical transmission, the realization of optical packet switching and optical computing, and it has a very profound influence on the development of future optical communication. A linear optical amplifier as a new type of semiconductor optical amplifier, which has a good gain characteristic, has better signal performance than a traditional semiconductor optical amplifier in the wavelength conversion. This article presents a numerical simulation model of all-optical logic XOR gate and its logic operation based on cross-gain modulation of linear optical amplifier, and has also completed some of the basic logic operations, including AND, OR, NOT operations.
