Opis:
Obtaining the characteristics at a characteristic point of the outputs is a key step to the geomagnetic attitude measurement method of the spinning projectile. However, actual outputs usually have some noise that causes the characteristic points to deviate from the theoretical position or produce multiple fake characteristic points, resulting in the increase of solution error and even the failure of solution. In addition, the coning motion and inaccurate initial alignment of the spinning projectile increase the number of unknown parameters and the computational complexity. In this study, several improved particle swarm optimization strategies are proposed. The actual outputs are fitted to the geomagnetic output equations under the coning motion, and the supervised learning effect of each strategy is analysed and compared. The algorithm can be flexibly adjusted according to different needs in actual use by selecting appropriate strategies, which has a wide applicability in data fitting.

Opis:
Isopropyl nitrate (IPN) is a component of propellant fuel. High concentrations of IPN can still produce detonation. To date, very limited literature is available regarding high concentrations of IPN detonations. The detonation pressure is related to the equivalence ratio and density of IPN/air mixtures. These two factors have opposing effects on the detonation of an IPN/air mixture. The detonation characteristics of gaseous IPN/air mixtures at high concentrations (300-4000 g/m3) have been studied numerically. The results showed that when the IPN concentration is 300-600 g/m3, density played a dominant role on detonation. The maximum detonation pressure, 2.81 MPa, and the maximum detonation velocity, 1890 m/s, occurred at a concentration of 600 g/m3 (equivalence ratio Φ = 2.15). When the IPN concentration was increased from 300 to 600 g/m3, the peak overpressure and velocity increased by 19.6% and 6.2%, respectively. When the IPN concentration is higher than 600 g/m3, the equivalence ratio is extremely large and the detonation properties were seriously degraded. An analysis of the detonation products illustrated the burn-off rate of high concentrations of IPN and the influence of the detonation product CH3CHO. At a concentration of 600 g/m3, the IPN/air mixture can achieve optimal detonation properties and fuel economy.

Opis:
Due to the complex randomness and nonlinearity of rolling bearing vibration signal, it is challenging to extract fault features effectively. By analyzing the vibration mechanism of rolling bearing, it is found that the vibration signal of local damage defects of rolling bearing has the characteristics of periodic impact and amplitude modulation. The variational mode decomposition (VMD) algorithm has a good advantage in dealing with nonlinear and nonstationary signals and decomposing a signal into different modes. However, VMD has the problem of parameter selection, which directly affects the performance of VMD processing, and causes mode aliasing. Therefore, a rolling bearing fault diagnosis method based on improved VMD is proposed. A new fitness function combining differential evolution (DE) algorithm with gray wolf optimization (GWO) algorithm is proposed to form a new hybrid optimization algorithm, named DEGWO. The simulation results show that the improved VMD method based on DEGWO can adaptively remove the noise according to the characteristics of the signal and restore the original characteristics of the vibration signal. Finally, in order to verify the advantages of the research, the information entropy is extracted from the data of 1000 samples in the bearing database of Case Western Reserve University as the feature set, which is input into support vector machine (SVM) for fault diagnosis test. The results show that the diagnostic accuracy of this method is 96.5%, which effectively improved the accuracy of rolling bearing fault diagnosis.

Opis:
High-energy-density molecular perovskite energetic materials with high detonation performance have attracted much attention, but poor safety performance has limited their potential applications. In this paper, nano sodium perchlorate-based molecular perovskite (H2dabco)[Na(ClO4)3] (nano DAP-1) was fabricated by green ball-milling technology. The structure and morphology of the samples were characterized and the results showed that nano DAP-1 with nearly spherical morphology has a narrow particle size distribution, < 1 μm. The thermal decomposition properties were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The exothermic peak of nano DAP-1 thermal decomposition was 330.0 °C, a decrease of 51.7 °C compared with that of raw DAP (381.7 °C). The apparent activation energy (Ea) of nano DAP-1 was calculated to be 160.9 kJ·mol–1, which is lower than that of raw DAP-1 (168.6 kJ·mol–1). Mechanical sensitivity studies showed that nano DAP-1 (H50: 64 cm) exhibited a lower impact sensitivity than that of the raw DAP-1 (H50: 51 cm). This work provides a simple and effective way for improving the thermal decomposition properties and safety performance of molecular perovskite energetic materials.

Opis:
ObjectivesSilicosis is a chronic occupational lung disease. As was previously found by the authors, some proteins increased in the lung tissue of activated rats, and protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 2 (PTPN2), factor B, and vaccinia-related kinase 1 (VRK1) showed highly differential expressions.Material and MethodsIn this study, serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples were collected from patients with silicosis and healthy people to verify the expression of PTPN2, factor B, and VRK1. The diagnostic value of differentially expressed proteins for silicosis was judged.ResultsThe expression levels of serum PTPN2, VRK1, and factor B in patients with silicosis were significantly higher than those in the control group (p < 0.01). Higher serum PTPN2 and factor B concentrations significantly and negatively correlated with the ratio of forced expiratory volume in 1 s to forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC), maximum vital capacity (VCmax), FEV1, and FVC, suggesting that the high expression of PTPN2 and factor B is associated with decreased pulmonary ventilation function and restrictive ventilatory impairment in patients with silicosis. All area under curve (AUC) measurements generated from single detection events were >0.744, with PTPN2 reaching the highest value (0.858). The AUC, sensitivity, and specificity for the combined diagnosis using factor B and PTPN2 were 0.907, 86.91% and 85.07%, respectively, for factor B and PTPN2. The 3 differentially expressed proteins are potential classes of predictive biomarkers for silicosis.ConclusionsRegarding the economy and test practicality, the best diagnostic combination is factor B and PTPN2 for the analysis of AUC, sensitivity and specificity.

Opis:
Alveolar echinococcosis (AE) is caused by the chronic infection of E. multilocularis, whose tumor-like growth can lead to high fatality if improperly treated. The early diagnosis of infection and the treatment of advanced AE remain challenging. Herein, bulk RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, and spatial transcriptomics technologies are integrated, to reveal the host immune response mechanism against E. multilocularis both spatially and chronologically, collecting mouse liver samples at multiple timepoints up to 15 months post infection. These results unveil an unprecedented high-resolution spatial atlas of the E. multilocularis infection foci and the functional roles of neutrophils, $Spp1^{+}$ macrophages, and fibroblasts during disease progression. The heterogeneity of neutrophil and macrophage subpopulations are critical in both parasite-killing and the occurrence of immunosuppression during AE progression. These findings indicate the transition of parasite control strategy from “active killing” to “negative segregation” by the host, providing instructive insights into the treatment strategy for echinococcosis.

Opis:
Experimental data suggests that PM1 is more toxic than PM2.5 although the epidemiologic evidence suggests that the health associations are similar. However, few objective exposure data are available to compare the associations of PM1 and PM2.5 with children lung function. Our objectives are a) to evaluate associations between long-term exposure to PM1, PM2.5 and children’s lung function, and b) to compare the associations between PM1 and PM2.5. From 2012 to 2013, we enrolled 6,740 children (7-14 years), randomly recruited from primary and middle schools located in seven cities in northeast China. We measured lung function including forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV1), peak expiratory flow (PEF), and maximal mid-expiratory flow (MMEF) utilizing two portable electronic spirometers. We dichotomized continuous lung function measures according the expected values for gender and age. The spatial resolution at which PM1 and PM2.5 estimated were estimated using a machine learning method and the temporal average concentrations were averaged from 2009 to 2012. A multilevel regression model was used to estimate the associations of PM1, PM2.5 exposure and lung function measures, adjusted for confounding factors. Associations with lower lung function were consistently larger for PM1 than for PM2.5. Adjusted odds ratios (OR) per interquartile range greater PM1 ranged from 1.53 for MMEF (95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.20-1.96) to 2.14 for FEV1 (95% CI: 1.66-2.76) and ORs for PM2.5 ranged from 1.36 for MMEF (95%CI: 1.12–1.66) to 1.82 for FEV1 (95%CI: 1.49-2.22), respectively. PM1 and PM2.5 had.
