The conception of sustainable development applies to all spheres of human activities since natural environment, which undergoes changes all the time, constitutes space of life for human race. One of human activities which integrates many spheres of socio-economic life is tourism.This paper is committed to the analysis of regulations concerning the issue of sustainable tourism, beginning from 1993 until the publications of 2005. The author made the attempt of identification of changes in the approach to the problems of sustainable tourism in international context. The other aim was to indicate the main problems which impede the realization of the concept of eco-development in relation to tourism.

Opis:: Nowadays, world-wide recognized corporations seek methods and instruments which enable them an effective flow of information concerning their actions as far as environment and sustainable development issues are concerned. It seems that marketing tools work well within this field. That is how ecological marketing (EM) originated with its advantages and drawbacks including greenwashing. The paper is committed to the analysis of this phenomenon, used to describe the unjustified appropriation of environmental virtue by a company to create a pro-environmental image. The article also presents common mechanisms of EM, shows how greenwashing works in practice and shares research results concerning purchasing habits (focusing on environmental issues) in China, USA and Great Britain

“Charakterystyka i skutki wadliwości uchwał walnego zgromadzenia akcjonariuszy”

Opis:: This Thesis is focused on shareholders` meeting resolutions defectiveness issues. There is particularly discussed a matter of “defectiveness” definition as well as its species and varieties in law. The law nature of the shareholders` resolution has been arbitrated also.It is detail noted that on practical side of the issue e.g. sue possibility of the resolution made by canceled members of capital company bodies with complete description of defectiveness resolution sue procedure. Some analysis of the profile of these resolutions - in literature and jurisprudence - has been made, including the matter of sue origin. At the end of this Thesis, the Author was presented his own directories and attitudes into general subject of the Note, despite reviewing de lege ferenda demands aimed to remove and neutralize any discrepancies and provide with more safe economic turnover in Poland.
Praca ma na celu kompleksowe omówienie zagadnienia wadliwości uchwał walnego zgromadzenia akcjonariuszy. Przede wszystkim, szczegółowo zostało omówione pojęcie wadliwości i jej odmiany. Rozstrzygnięto charakter prawny uchwały. W pracy została zwrócona uwaga na pojawiające się problemy praktyczne związane z omawianym zagadnieniem, np. możliwość zaskarżenia uchwały przez odwołanego członka organu spółki. Szczegółowo opisano proces zaskarżania wadliwych uchwał. Dokonano analizy poglądów piśmiennictwa i orzecznictwa w zakresie charakteru orzeczeń wydanych w oparciu o zaskarżenie uchwał. Na samym końcu autor pracy przedstawił własne poglądy w omawianej kwestii, dodatkowo przedstawił postulaty de lege ferenda, mające usunąć powstałe rozbieżności i zapewnić większe bezpieczeństwo obrotu gospodarczego.

Przedstawiono konfiguracje lekkich pojazdów szynowych, napędów oraz ich modele (mechaniczne i ideowe), na których prowadzone są analizy i badania, wykorzystując ich nominalne parametry. Szeroka analiza dotyczyła określenia charakterystyk trakcyjnych pojazdów z wyznaczeniem wielkości oporów ruchu przyspieszeń rozruchowych oraz wyznaczenia wartości współczynnika wykorzystania masy przyczepnej i przyspieszeń układu zawieszenia silnika trakcyjnego, co pozwoli na ostateczne sprecyzowanie parametrów układu.
his article is dedicated to calculations and simulation tests of the light rail vehicles for definition the main parameters of the power system with using the diesel engine - generator - traction engines system. The configurations of the light rail vehicles, the drives and their models (mechanical and ideological), on that the analyses and tests are carried out, using their nominal parameters are presented. The wide analysis referred to definition the characteristics of the traction vehicles with calculation the values of the motion resistances of the starting accelerations and calculation the value of the coefficient of using the adhesive mass and the accelerations of the suspension system of the traction engine what will allow to define finally the system parameters.

Opis:: In this paper methods and their examination results for automatic segmentation and parameterization of vessels based on spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) of the retina are presented. We present three strategies for morphologic image processing of a fundus image reconstructed from OCT scans. A specificity of initial image processing for fundus reconstruction is analysed. Then, the parameterization step is performed based on the vessels segmented with the proposed algorithm. The influence of various methods on the vessel segmentation and fully automatic vessel measurement is analysed. Experiments were carried out with a set of 3D OCT scans obtained from 24 eyes (12 healthy volunteers) with the use of an Avanti RTvue OCT device. The results of automatic vessel segmentation were numerically compared with those prepared manually by the medical doctor experts.

Opis:: This paper has provided an overview of selected IoT architectures, relevant requirements towards 5G (and beyond) systems as well as indication of NOMA techniques suitability as a multiple access technique and recent developments in the area of radio interface for IoT coexisting with 5G (and beyond) mobile networks. The authors assume that IoT networks in the future will be augmented with NOMA-capable sink-nodes (proxy or gateway) that can deliver aggregated data from multiple sensors for delivery to the cloud or other server. The main aim of this paper is to go beyond state of the art available nowadays and indicate directions for NOMA that make it even more attractive in combination with edge computing, cloud-RAN and especially AI/ML to improve future 6G networks.

Opis:: The paper analyses the operation of different types of electronic colour sensors based on the light spectrum analysis. The application goal was to detect the type of the airport lamp based on differences in colour components of the light emitted by luminaires with specific spectral characteristics. Recognition of airport lamps is based on the analysis of the light spectrum. Proposed solution allows for an automatic software selection of appropriate conversion factors and comparison with specific standards necessary for this type of measurements. Various types of sensors were discussed and the AS7262 sensor was examined in detail. The colour sensor and the light intensity sensor were used in the mobile control device for examining elevated airport lamps and in the measurement platform for quality testing of embedded airport lamps. Two additional aspects were investigated: 1) influence of an additional acrylic glass cover; 2) distance between airport lamps and the spectrum sensor.

Opis:: W artykule przedstawiono opracowaną platformę pomiarową do badania jakości działania lamp lotniskowych. Urządzenie zostało skonstruowane w formie przyczepy dostosowanej do ciągnięcia przez samochód służb lotniskowych. Czujniki pomiarowe zabudowano jako matryce umieszczone pod spodem platformy, pod osłoną z gumy. Praca systemu jest nadzorowana przez mikrokomputer. Wyniki badania można obserwować na wbudowanym ekranie a także, dzięki transmisji bezprzewodowej, za pomocą urządzenia mobilnego. Weryfikację poprawności działania urządzenia przeprowadzono zarówno w warunkach laboratoryjnych, jak i podczas testów na drodze startowej oraz drogach kołowania Portu Lotniczego Poznań-Ławica.
The paper presents a developed measurement platform for testing the quality of airport lamps. The device was built in the form of a trailer for pulling through the airport service car. The sensor matrixes are placed under the platform under the rubber cover. The system’s operation is supervised by a microcomputer. The measurement results can be observed on the built-in screen, as well as, thanks to wireless transmission, by means of a mobile device. Verification of the correct operation of the device was carried out both in laboratory conditions and during tests on the runway and taxiways of the Poznań-Ławica Airport.

Opis:: Primary spontaneous pneumothorax could be a serious therapeutic problem in case of recurrence. Lack of therapeutic standards sometimes leads to delay in definitive surgical treatment and could cause respiratory complications. The aim of the studywas the evaluation of treatment results in patients with recurrence of primary spontaneous pneumothorax and looking for optimal therapeutic method after first recurrence (surgical treatment vs. pleural drainage). Material and methods.Between 01.01.2009 and 31.07.2010 fifty four patients with recurrent primary spontaneous pneumothorax was hospitalized in Wrocław Thoracic Surgery Centre (24.3% of all patients with pneumothorax). The recurrence was treated surgically in 24 cases, in 30 pleural drainage was performed: simple drainage (n=14) or drainage with chemical pleurodesis (n=16). Mean age of patients treated without surgery was higher than surgically treated (p=0,012). Results.In surgery group no recurrence was found, in drainage group 11 recurrences occurred (p=0.0009). In group of 11 patients with second recurrence, pleurodesis was performed four times (36%) vs. 12 times (63%) in 19 patients without a recurrence of the disease. 70% of non-surgically treated patients vs. 50% of surgically treated were afraid of recurrence (p=0.01). Among 11 patients in drainage group, nine underwent surgery at the second episode of recurrence. Conclusions.The optimal treatment method in case of first recurrence of primary spontaneous pneumothorax is surgical treatment. When it is not possible chemical pleurodesis should be performed during pleural drainage. Most of the patients after second recurrence are treated surgically anyway. The surgical treatment significantly reduces patient’s fears for future recurrence of the disease. Younger patients are most often surgically treated.

Opis:: The paper presents a design and performance analysis of a photosensor device enabling the measurement of the visible light illuminance. The sensor is designed for use in the light metering matrix of a mobile measurement platform allowing the correct operation of inpavement airport lamps. This kind of control can be required by regulations and must meet the standards defined by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). An important assumption of the solution was to obtain the highest possible speed of a measurement acquisition so that the control process would take place in a relatively short time. The proposed module concept is dedicated to the task of testing the quality of airport lamps, due to the characteristics of the photosensitive elements matching the light beams emitted by luminaries. The device is based on a VTP1220FBH photodiode and an ATmega328P microcontroller, which, in addition to the analogue-to-digital conversion and correction, sends the results back to the master unit via the I²C bus.
