Celem poniższej pracy magisterskiej było zbadanie problemu agresji słownej w przestrzeni wirtualnej. W szczególności poziomu aprobaty agresji słownej przez użytkowników sieci, nasilenia ich zachowań agresywnych oraz uwarunkowań tego zjawiska. Na potrzeby pracy skonstruowana została ankieta własna, której celem było zbadanie zachowań i wcześniejszych doświadczeń badanych w sieci globalnej, sposobu postrzegania przez nich przestrzeni wirtualnej oraz komunikacji przy użyciu sieci. Do znalezienia odpowiedzi na główny problem badawczy posłużyły dodatkowo skala badająca subiektywne postrzeganie przez badanych poziomu agresywności treści wypowiedzi oraz Kwestionariusz Agresji Buss – Perry. W badaniu udział wzięło 100 ankietowanych.Analiza uzyskanych wyników badań oraz dostępna literatura przedmiotu pozwoliła stwierdzić, że aprobata agresji słownej w znaczniej mierze uzależniona jest od poziomu agresywności użytkowników sieci, ich wieku oraz postrzeganiem przez nich nasilenia zjawiska agresji słownej w przestrzeni wirtualnej. Nasilenie zachowań agresywnych wykazuje silny związek z poziomem agresywności oraz wyróżnianiem przez użytkowników sieci funkcjami agresji słownej.
The purpose of this master’s thesis was to study the problem of verbal aggression in virtual space. In particular users’ approval of verbal aggression, the intensity of their aggressive behavior and determinants of this phenomenon. Due to the needs of this master’s thesis special questionnaire was created, which purpose was to analyze the users’ online behavior and past experiences in the Internet, their perception of the virtual space and communication through the network. In order to find the answers to the main research question the scale of the subjective perception of the content’s aggressiveness and Buss – Perry Aggression Questionnaire were used. The study involved 100 respondents.The analysis of the received results and available specialist literature revealed that approval of verbal aggression depends on the level of users ‘aggressiveness, their age and their perception of the intensity of the phenomenon of verbal aggression in the virtual space. The severity of aggressive behavior shows a strong correlation with the level of aggressiveness and stressed by users functions of verbal aggression. - Dostawca treści:
