Opis:: Celem opracowania było przedstawienie wyników badań dotyczących restrukturyzacji polskiej floty rybackiej oraz jej wpływu na rynek rybny w Polsce. W pracy badawczej wykorzystano dane Morskiego Instytutu Rybackiego w Gdyni, raporty rynkowe Instytutu Gospodarki Żywnościowej i Rolnictwa oraz dostępne źródła literaturowe i internetowe. Badanie obejmowało dane za lata 2004-2012 i dotyczyło takich zagadnień, jak: zmiany potencjału floty rybackiej, ocena wyników gospodarki rybnej, analiza struktury połowów i średnich cen zbytu wybranych asortymentów ryb. Na podstawie wyników badań stwierdzono, że obecny potencjał polskiej floty rybackiej jest wystarczający i nie ma potrzeby dalszego jej redukowania. Zmiany potencjału floty nie miały bezpośredniego przełożenia na sytuację na polskim rynku rybnym, gdyż dostawy ryb i produktów rybnych pochodzą głównie z importu.
The main objective of this article is to present the results of research on the restructuring of the Polish fishing fleet and its impact on fish market in Poland. The research is based on data the Sea Fisheries Institute in Gdynia, market reports of the Institute of Food and Agriculture, and the available literature and Internet sources. The study included data for the years 2004-2012 and concerned issues such as: changes in fleet capacity, evaluation of the fish industry, analysis of the structure of catches and average selling prices of selected assortments of fish. Based on the results, it was found that the current potential of the Polish fishing fleet is sufficient and there is no need for it to reduce. Changes in fleet capacity had no direct impact on the situation on the Polish market fish, because the supply of fish and fish products come mainly from imports.

Opis:: Przedstawiono wyniki analizy projektów zrealizowanych przez producentów rybnych oraz sektor B+R w ramach Sektorowego Programu Operacyjnego „Rybołówstwo i przetwórstwo ryb 2004-2006”. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań stwierdzono, że poziom absorpcji dostępnych środków unijnych przez wszystkie badane grupy beneficjentów był bardzo wysoki, dzięki czemu udało się osiągnąć założone cele. Zgodnie z oczekiwaniami projekty armatorów rybackich i przetwórców rybnych wpłynęły pozytywnie na restrukturyzację i modernizację branży rybnej, a sektor B+R przyczynił się do rozwoju jej innowacyjności.
The paper presents the results of the analysis ofprojects carried out by fish producers and R&D sector under the Sectoral Operational Programme „Fisheries and Fish Processing 2004-2006”. Based on the survey it was found that the level of absorption of EU funds available for all treatment groups of beneficiaries was very high, managed to achieve their objectives. As expected, the projects in the manufacturing sector contributed positively to the restructuring and modernization of the fishing industry, while the public sector R&D contributed to the development and innovation.

Opis:: Landscape and the research done on it are of interest to many authors from various scientific fields, which means a wide conceptual and methodological scope. But the situation is not simple, and the biggest problem remains, of course, with the term “landscape”. It is a basic concept, yet arousing much controversy. Its multi-layered character is reflected in many scientific disciplines that give it different meanings [Andrzejewski 1992]. Landscape appears as an object of study in geography, geobotany, geochemistry and geophysics of the landscape, ecology, landscape architecture and urban planning. In the modern landscape, an ecological approach includes: analysis of the components of the landscape and the relationship between them; identification of natural spatial units and their hierarchy; valorization of the natural environment for various forms of human activity; and diagnosis of the organization of natural space [Richling, Solon 1998]. That presents the spatial variability of the phenomena occurring in metropolitan areas, which can be represented by using landscape indicators. The use of landscape indicators, also called landscape metrics, allows comparing of selected research areas. The indicators are of a specific category of landscape ecological indicators, defined as the measurable characteristics of the biotic and abiotic environment. The research fields are chosen in 10 areas of the 3-city metropolis. Selection criterion was based on spaces with potential natural and high investment attractiveness. Selected research areas are entirely covered by local spatial development plans.

Opis:: In the paper is described the state of the information society on polish rural, based on statistical date from Central Statistical Office and reports of various research. There are presented the results of quantitative analysis indexes of information society such, that: computers volume, volume and connections method with Internet and the level of union founds absorption in projects related with the computers courses for farmers. The results of sociological researches are proofed, that ‘digital divide’ occurred on rural areas and for its elimination is need more financial and organization efforts in the field of IT education toward to rural area inhabitants, which would be prepared to actively use the possibilities that the information society brings about.

Opis:: Przedstawiono matematyczny opis przepływu wód podziemnych, na który składają się: filtracja wody, migracja zanieczyszczeń oraz przewodzenie ciepła. Dokonano przeglądu metod identyfikacji wszystkich parametrów hydrogeologicznych niezbędnych do opisu przepływu wód podziemnych. Przeanalizowano stan badań w zakresie identyfikacji parametrów hydrogeologicznych. W rezultacie zaproponowano serię eksperymentów identyfikacyjnych, która może być przeprowadzona w hydrowęźle parametrycznym.
The paper presents a mathematical description of groundwater flow which includes: water filtration, migration of pollutants and heat flow. It is followed by an overview of recent research advances in identification methods of all the hydrogeological parameters necessary for description of groundwater flow. A new series of identification experiments, which may be applied in a pumping well with observation wells for parameters identification, is proposed.

Opis:: This paper presents a novel, non-conventional approach to the future optical and wireless hybrid transport network, capable of supporting dominant kinds of trac, i.e., voice/real time, wireless and packet data tracffic in a single transport network. The proposed model combines different technologies as connection and connectionless networks, optical cable and wireless (microwave/millimetre wave or optical wireless), being suitable for a variety of purposes and services in order to achieve global broadband networking features. Our new networking model contains an extension to wireless world in order to achieve mobility and personalisation of connection. From the networking point of view it consists of an upgrade of real-time traffic with the microwave modulated optical wave, in order to carry out conventional mobile wireless signals via optical fibres over long distances and without significant distortion. The whole available bandwidth can be fully exploited in the hybrid network. In the IP part of the network the quality of service (QoS) can be differentiated for various classes of packets and network reliability/survivability can be categorised for the whole hybrid network. This proposal combines complete and revolutionary shift to packet traffic with smooth evolutionary upgrades. We believe the model presented here is a powerful tool to trace the future evolution of telecommunications worldwide for the next 25 years.
