The article raises a subject of context in architecture, its influence on shape, perception and evaluation of existing and erecting buildings. In the text the attention is paid to diverse forms of context (referring to space, historical conditions, construction and materials, tradition) and their meaning in the architecture design. In the light of today spatial actions and planning it is turning out that it is important to respect context as a one of the most relevant criteria of creating valuable and honest architecture, which suits to its users needs and which remains in interesting relations with its surroundings.

Opis:: Introduction: Code of Conduct and Ethics for Nurses and Midwives is kind of a signpost for each and every member of professional association. They are so crucial, that one should not only know them but also implement in everyday situations in practice. Nowadays, in current organizational realities issues mentioned in Code on Conduct which are connected to professional relations in nursing teams in Poland become more predominant. This is why the aim of the study is the evaluation of ethical aspects in professional relations in nursing teams. Materials and method: The study was conducted using the diagnostic survey method with the use of original survey questionnaire. 115 nurses and midwives took place in the survey all of them being active staff and workers of one of the hospital of West-Pomeranian Poland. Results: A tree-step range was used to evaluate the researched issue. Obtained material showed that the professional relations in nursing teams are satisfactory. Conclusions: Research data analysis allowed to formulate a following conclusion: received satisfactory assessment in a given research group can be understood as an average level when talking about ethical aspects of professional relations in nursing teams. This can be seen as difficulties or even the lack of proper professional relations between nurses. This can influence the quality of provided services. Thus, it is important to take into consideration actions which aim at improvement such as special training in terms of psychological aspects of interpersonal relations in teams with regard to practice in particular.

Opis:: An attempt has been made to assess the effect of decade temperatures in 5 separate agropheno- phases on the yield of winter rape, separately for wheat and rye soil complexes in 7 regions of the country. The authors give the coefficients of multiple regression, linear and quadratic, interactions, the rates of increase or decrease in rape yield per 1 °C deviation per decade from mean temperatures in the agrophenophases under consideration, as well as the optimum temperatures and maximum yields than can be obtained under these conditions.
W pracy przedstawiono próbę oszacowania wpływu wielkości dekadowych temperatur w 5 wydzielonych agrofenozach na wysokość plonów rzepaku ozimego, oddzielnie dla gleb kompleksów pszennego i żytniego w 7 rejonach kraju. Podano współczynniki regresji wielokrotnej: liniowe, kwadratowe i interakcji, wielkość spadku lub wzrostu plonów wskutek odchylenia temperatury o 1°C / dekadę od temperatur średnich w badanych agrofenozach oraz wysokość temperatur optymalnych i możliwe do uzyskania plony maksymalne.

Opis:: 2-Amino-1H-benzimidazole fragment occurs in broad spectrum of drugs with anticancer, antiviral, antifungal, anthelmintic and antihistamine properties. There are 30 drugs, 2-amino-1H-benzimidazole derivatives, registered in the world. Mebendazole, Albendazole and another derivatives are antihelmintic drugs which are believed to work by selectively inhibiting the synthesis of microtubules in parasitic worms, and by destroying extant cytoplasmic microtubes in their intestinal [9, 12, 14]. Astemizole was a second-generation antihistamine drug that has a long duration of action. It has been withdrawn from the market in most countries because of rare but potentially fatal side effects [19]. Mizolastine is non-sedating antihistamine drug [21]. It blocks H1 receptors and doesn’t prevent the actual release of histamine from mast cells, but just prevents it binding to receptors. Enviroksim and its isomer Zinviroksim and Enviraden are antivirial drugs [26, 27]. They inhibit multiplication of 15 different serotypes of rhinovirus. Benomyl is a systemic fungicide that is selectively toxic to microorganisms [29]. Benomyl binds to microtubules, interfering with cell functions, such as meiosis and intracellular transportation. Carbendazim is a widely used, broad-spectrum fungicide and a metabolite of Benomyl [29]. It’s also shown an anticancer activity. Oncodazole shows antifungal, antineoplastic and antihelmintic activities, which exerts its effect in cells by binding to tubulin and interfering with the polymerization of microtubules [33].

Opis:: Many 2-amino-1H-benzimidazole drugs such as antihistaminic mizolastine and norastemizole or antiparasitic mebendazole, albendazole and thiabendazole have been used in clinic [1, 2]. Benomyl and its metabolite Carbendazim are both antifungal and anticancer drugs [4]. Recently, a lot of literature has revealed that 2-amino-1H-benzimidazole derivatives could effectively inhibit the growth of various microorganisms, what suggests that 2-aminobenzimidazole compounds should have large potential as a new type of antibacterial [15] and antifungal [18] agents. A number of 2-aminobenzimidazoles have exhibited antiproliferative in vitro properties [11]. Some new compounds, containing in theirs structures 2-aminobenzimidazole, show interesting and diverse cytotoxic mechanism of action, e.g. induce apoptosis of cancer cells [13]. Some of 2-aminobenzimidazole analogues are histamine and serotonin receptors antagonists [32]. 2-Aminobenzimidazoles derivatives have been frequently found to display a variety of biological activities like anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anticoagulant [32] properties.

Opis:: The Mannich reaction is important for the synthesis and modification of biologically active compounds. Mannich bases – substituted products containing different heterocyclic system in their structures seem to be suitable candidates for further chemical modifications and might be of interest as pharmacologically active compounds. The main goal of this article is to present synthesis and biological activity of selected Mannich bases. Based on a review of the chemical literature, Mannich bases showed a multipharmacological effects. The Mannich bases, containing various heterocyclic systems were identified as potent anticancer agents. Presented compounds exhibit cytotoxic, antiproliferate in vitro, anticonvulsant, antioxidative, antiinflaminatory and analgesic activity. Some of them can be used in a treatment of diabetes and hypertension.

Opis:: W artykule opisano jak duże znaczenie ma wdrożenie do przedsiębiorstwa z branży transportowej innowacyjnego projektu. Nieustanny rozwój technologii, rosnące oczekiwania konsumentów oraz postępująca globalizacja powodują, że proces zarządzania flotą staje się wyzwaniem dla wielu organizacji. Okazuje się bowiem, że samo pozyskanie intratnych zleceń nie zapewni przedsiębiorstwom gwarancji zachowania dużego udziału w rynku na długie lata. Niezwykle ważne jest właściwe dbanie o posiadane zasoby i odpowiednie nimi zarządzanie. W badanym przedsiębiorstwie za innowacyjny projekt uznano wdrożenie rozwiązania telematycznego. Zarząd organizacji zdecydował się na opracowanie i zaimplementowanie systemu zarządzania flotą pojazdów. Uzyskane w trakcie badania wyniki jednoznacznie wskazały, że w tej firmie zaimplementowanie innowacyjnego rozwiązania przyniosło zdecydowane korzyści. W trakcie wdrażania projektu pojawiły się również pewne bariery, które jednak nie okazały się być istotne i znacząco nie wpłynęły na powodzenie przedsięwzięcia.
The article describes the importance of the implementation of an innovative project for the transport company. Today, all organizations that want to gain a competitive advantage need to realize innovative projects that will allow them to maintain a significant market share. Continuous development of technology, increasing expectations of consumers and advanced globalization cause the process of fleet management is a challenge for many organizations. It turns out that the acquisition of orders does not provide guarantees to companies maintain a large market share for years to come. Extremely important it is to take care of their resources and appropriate management of them. In the analyzed company innovative project was the implementation of telematics solutions. The organization's management has decided to develop and implement a system of fleet management. The results clearly showed that the company implement innovative solutions brought significant benefits. During the project implementation there were also some barriers, but have not proved to be relevant and does not significantly affect the success of the project.

Opis:: A way of establishing and caring for lawns in gardens based on our own researches and literature data have been discussed in the article. Because of aesthetical values and the functions which a lawn performs in the garden, the steps which are necessary to be taken to have a beautiful and durable lawn have been stressed. The optimal solution which allows improvement of the quality of lawns is a change of approach to the problem of starting and care over the lawn. For the reason of lack of sufficient number of studies in our country it would be advisable to use the scientific and practical elaborations from Germany as climatic conditions are very close to the ones in Poland.

Opis:: Eastern Park is situated in the southeastern part of Wrocław, in Księże Małe district. Its history is relatively short in comparison with other green areas of this type in Wrocław. It was arranged at the beginning of the 20th century, in answer to the needs of citizens of an intensively expanding city. The exact date of origin of the conception by Paul Dannenberg is unknown, but it is known that earthwork was carried out from 1927 until 1929. Its specific location on an island surrounded by water of the Lower and Upper Oława rivers had an influence on species growing in the park (species of wetland area). Most of the trees are native species. The Forest stand is dominated by alder (Alnus glutinosa), besides these there is a significant number of oak (Quercus robur), maple (Acer campestre) and ash trees (Fraxinus exelsior). There are also a few interesting foreign species like: wingnut (Pterocarya fraxinifolia), oak (Quercus palustris), birch (Betula papyrifera) and cork tree (Phelodendron amurense). The park has remained in almost unchanged shape until the present day. Natural arrangement of plants and a great number of streams makes Eastern Park a place with great untapped recreational potential.
