Opis:: W artykule opisano sposób obsługi zmian w dokumentacji technicznej wykorzystując teorię obsługi masowej. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na zagadnienia dotyczące nanoszenia zmian na rysunkach i powiadamianie o zmianach. Opisany sposób postępowania może usprawnić realizację przedsięwzięć budowlanych oraz ułatwić wdrożenie normy PN-ISO10006:2002, w której główną uwagę zwraca się na proces zarządzania zmianą.
This paper describes the method of handling changes in technical documentation, using the theory of mass handling. Particular attention is drawn to issues relating to the making of changes to drawings, and to the giving of notification of changes. The procedure described may improve the efficient execution of building projects and facilitate implementation of the PN-ISO10006:2002 standard, in which the key focus is on the process of change management.

Opis:: In 1970 a negative solution to the tenth Hilbert problem, concerning the determination of integral solutions of diophantine equations, has been published by Y. W. Matiyasevich (see Matiyasevich, 1970). Despite this result, we can present algorithms to compute integral solutions (roots) for a wide class of quadratic diophantine equations of the form q(x) = d, where q : Zⁿ → Z is a homogeneous quadratic form. We will focus on the roots of one (i.e., d = 1) of quadratic Euler forms of selected posets from Loupias list (see Loupias, 1975). In particular, we will describe the roots of positive definite quadratic forms and the roots of quadratic forms that are principal (see Simson, 2010a). The algorithms and results we present here are successfully used in the representation theory of finite groups and algebras.

Opis:: The article presents concepts of the art of war, that is the theory and practice of war military activities and crises reaction. In this context the term has two meanings. The first regards the theory, while the second is connected with practical steps taken by commands and armies in the scope of preparing and conducting the war activities. The article describes three basic fields of the art of war, that is the strategy, operational art and tactics. The first field-strategy refers to the measures chosen and undertaken in connection with preparing the state and, first of all, the armed forces to a war. The second field-tactics is generally interested in combat. The operational art is the youngest field of the art of war and it deals with operations and the art of commanding troops in operations. The article also discusses elementary categories of the art of war at the strategic, operational and tactical levels. The authors of the article refer to the works of Carl von Clausewitz, Antoine H. Jomini, Ferdinand Foch, Basil H. Liddel Hart, Andre Beafre, Franciszek Skibiński, Stefan Mossor, Stanisław Rola-Arciszewski and Stanisław Koziej.

Opis:: W referacie rozważa się istotniejsze zagadnienia prawne związane z prawem do informacji geologicznej, w świetle nowego prawa geologicznego i górniczego. Prawo to zostało scharakteryzowane z punktu widzenia jego przedmiotu, podmiotu oraz treści. W szczególności analizuje się i dokonuje wykładni, sprecyzowania pozycji - statusu tego prawa, jako mienia czyli prawa majątkowego będącego aktywem, podstaw prawnych i zakresu jego ochrony, jak i ochrony przedmiotu prawa, jaką jest informacja, zarówno jako dane geologiczne, jak i interpretacje stanowiące utwory poddane prawu autorskiemu. W referacie wskazuje się na rozszerzenie w stosunku do dotychczasowego pojęcia "informacji geologicznej" w obecnie obowiązującej regulacji, które obejmuje teraz wszelkie dane obiektywnie ustalone i utrwalone na dowolnym nośniku oraz ich przetworzenia i interpretacje, które pod pewnymi warunkami w istocie wypełniają przesłanki uznania je za utwór podlegający ochronie praw własności intelektualnej.
This paper considers selected legal issues concerning the right to geological information according to the new Geological and Mining Law. This right is characterized in the subjective and objective approach and in terms of its content. In particular, this review characterizes the right to geological information as an asset, the legal basis and scope of its protection, and the protection of information defined both as geological data and the interpretations of such data - which are subject to copyright. The paper points to the extension of the term "geological information" in the current legal regulation, which includes any data objectively determined and featured on or in any media and their interpretations. Interpretation of data, in some circumstances, has to be regarded as content protected by intellectual property rights.

Opis:: Praca przedstawia podstawy, warunki i instytucje prawne stanowiące o możliwości nieodpłatnego korzystania z informacji geologicznej. Zostały w nim poddane analizie: dozwolone rozporządzanie, zarówno prawem, jak i informacją, w szczególności możliwość nieodpłatnego jej udostępniania. W tym zakresie rozważa się stosowanie tajemnic przedsiębiorcy z jednej strony, a z drugiej zagwarantowane konstytucyjne prawa do informacji o środowisku. Praca zawiera analizę głównych kryteriów wpływających na możliwość udostępniania treści informacji geologicznej. Jednym z tych głównych czynników jest status "właścicielski" informacji, który może być skomplikowany przede wszystkim z powodu zmian w prawie geologicznym i górniczym dokonanych w 1994, 2001 i 2011 r., które istotnie zmodyfikowały zakres podmiotowy, przedmiotowy i reguły ustalania "statusu właścicielskiego". Wykazano, że przewidziane w obecnych regulacjach prawnych procedury udostępniania dotyczą głównie takich przypadków, gdy prawo do informacji geologicznej przysługuje Skarbowi Państwa. W referacie poddaje się też analizie oraz kwalifikacji przypadki udostępniania informacji geologicznej do korzystania lub zapoznania się, do której wyłączne prawo przysługuje podmiotom innym niż Skarb Państwa.
This paper describes the legal background for the free usage of geological information. It examines the control of both the right and the information, including the free usage of geological information. One perspective is the protection of business secrets and on the other is the obligation to disseminate environmental information. The paper points to crucial factors for making geological information available. The "ownership" of geological information is one of those crucial factors; but unfortunately, it is complicated largely because of two amendments subsequently made to the Geological and Mining Law in 1994 and 2001 which changed the rules relating to the "ownership" of geological information. The dissemination procedures specified in current legal regulations are mostly defined for state-owned information. This examination also includes cases of access to "private" (not state-owned) information.

Opis:: In the article the author presents his own experiences and observations related to the conversion system operation of the solar and wind energy into electricity. Wind – solar hybrid power system that has been built is composed of three segments: the first segment of a small wind turbine with a rated power PN = 3,5 kW, the second segment consists of polycrystalline PV modules with a maximum power P = 750 Wp installed on a fixed frame, the third segment is composed of polycrystalline PV modules with a maximum power P = 750 Wp installed on biaxial tracker, which follows the sun in the horizontal and vertical planes. All segments of the wind – solar hybrid power system is equipped with independent measuring systems, which allows, among others, separate registration of the energy produced by each segment.
W artykule autor przedstawił własne doświadczenia i obserwacje związane z eksploatacją ww. systemu konwersji energii słonecznej i wiatrowej na elektryczną. Zainstalowana minielektrownia złożona jest z trzech segmentów: • segment pierwszy to mała elektrownia wiatrowa o mocy znamionowej PN = 3,5 kW, • segment drugi składa się z polikrystalicznych modułów fotowoltaicznych o mocy maksymalnej P = 750 Wp, zainstalowanych na nieruchomym stelażu, • segment trzeci składa się polikrystalicznych modułów fotowoltaicznych o mocy maksymalnej P = 750 Wp, zainstalowanych na trackerze dwuosiowym podążającym za słońcem w płaszczyznach poziomej i pionowej. Wszystkie segmenty elektrowni są wyposażone w niezależne układy pomiarowe, umożliwiające m.in. rejestrację ilości wyprodukowanej przez nie energii.

In particular, we will describe the set of roots Rq of positive definite quadratic forms and the set of roots of quadratic forms that are principal. The algorithms and results presented here are successfully used in the representation theory of finite groups and algebras. If q is principal (q is positive semi-definite and Ker q={v ∈ Zn; q(v) = 0}= Z · h) then |Rq| = ∞. For a given unit quadratic form q (or its bigraph), which is positive semi-definite or is principal, we present an algorithm which aligns roots Rq in a Φ-mesh. If q is principal (|Rq| is less than ∞), then our algorithm produces consecutive roots in Rq from finite subset of Rq, determined in an initial step of the algorithm.

Opis:: Wodorowe ogniwa paliwowe przekształcają energię chemiczną uwolnioną w czasie reakcji utleniania wodoru w energię elektryczną. Aby to było możliwe, konieczne jest fizyczne rozdzielenie reakcji połówkowych: redukcji i oksydacji. W większości tego typu ogniw tę separację pełni membrana polimerowa. Poza zadaniem rozdzielania przestrzeni anody i katody ogniwa spełnia ona funkcje elektrolitu przenoszącego jony wodoru między elektrodami oraz izolatora ze względu na przewodnictwo elektronowe. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczące wpływu natężenia przepływu tlenu przez przedział katody ogniwa paliwowego na membranę polimerową, a w szczególności jej konduktywność jonową. Przedstawione wyniki badań, wskazują na pośredni wpływ wartości natężenia przepływu tlenu na konduktywność jonową membrany w ogniwach paliwowych PEM.
Hydrogen fuel cells convert chemical energy, released during the hydrogen oxidation reaction, into electric one. To perform this task, it is necessary to separate physically the halfreactions: oxidation and reduction. In most cases, this separation function is carried out by the special polymer membrane. Beside the task of anode/cathode gas separation, it also acts as an electrolyte responsible for proton exchange between electrodes of the cell and also electrically isolates the electrodes from each other to prevent the direct electronic current flow between them. The paper presents the research results related to the influence of the oxygen flow intensity through the cathode of the fuel cell on the polymer membrane and especially on its ion conductivity. The presented results indicate indirect influence of the oxygen flow intensity on the ionic conductivity of the polymer membrane in the PEM fuel cells.

Opis:: W artykule przestawiono koncepcję zamiany głównego źródła zasilania elektrycznego w pojeździe podwodnym Neptune SB-1, jakim jest akumulator kwasowy, na system ogniwa paliwowego PEM. Po sprecyzowaniu wymagań energetycznych pojazdu dobrano system ogniwa paliwowego oraz magazyny wodoru i tlenu. Wykazano, że wykorzystanie systemu ogniwa paliwowego pozwoli na zmagazynowanie w pojeździe większej ilości energii, co umożliwi wydłużenie czasu autonomicznego działania pojazdu podwodnego.
This paper presents a concept for a change in the main electric power supply in a Neptune SB-1 underwater vehicle, which is an acid battery, for a fuel cell system of hydrogen and oxygen. On specifying the vehicle’s energy requirements a fuel cell system, and hydrogen and oxygen stores were selected. It is demonstratedd that a fuel cell system can be used to store a larger amount of energy in a vehicle, which will extend endurance of an autonomous underwater vehicle.

Opis:: Condition diagnostic of turn-to-turn insulation, using the method of fuzzy wave is based on breaking the passage of current in the circuit with tested coil or winding what generate a voltage wave. This voltage is exactly the same on each turn. The frequency of generated voltage depends solely on the parameters of the winding, not on the supply and parameters of insulation, what is described in [1] and [3]. Described method is a supplement of diagnostic method of main insulation with DC voltage, named method of prof. Glinka.
