Opis:: Cross-linked humic acid supporting palladium (CL-HA-Pd) catalyst was prepared readily and characterized by infrared analysis (IR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The catalyst could catalyze the Heck reaction of aryl halide or substituted aryl halide with vinyl compounds in N2 atmosphere; the yields were above 95%. The catalyst could be recovered and reused 7 times with the Heck reaction of iodobenzene with acrylic acid, and the yield was above 75.6%. The results showed that the catalyst had high catalytic activity even at low temperature of 62°C or with a small amount of the catalyst.

Opis:: The cross-linking humic acids (CL-HAs), epichlorohydrin as the cross-linking reagent and the supported Pd/Ni bimetallic catalysts (CL-HAs-Pd/Ni) were prepared and characterized by IR, AAS, XPS, TEM. The effects of reaction time, temperature, base, solvent and the amount of catalyst on the properties of the catalyst were studied. These catalysts could catalyze the Heck reaction of aryl halides and substituted aryl halides with acrylic acids or styrene successfully; the yields were all above 95%.

Opis:: In this study, when germinated Triticum aestivum L. seeds were treated with 0, 2, 4 and 6 mM ethyl glycol tetraacetic acid (EGTA), root growth was suppressed and the mitotic index decreased. These inhibitory effects were positively correlated with EGTA concentration. RT-PCR analysis revealed that the expression of several gene markers related to the G1/S transition of the cell cycle were significantly downregulated. Confocal microscopy of Fluo-3/AM-stained roots showed chelation of nearly all of the Ca2+ within the root meristematic regions. Both random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and coupled restriction enzyme digestion-random amplification (CRED-RA) techniques showed significant increases in the levels of genomic DNA polymorphisms and degree of DNA methylation. The study provides information concerning the impact of Ca²+) chelator, EGTA, on the growth, expression of cell cycle transition marker genes, and changes in DNA structure and methylation in the wheat roots.

Opis:: The quantification of biomass carbon pools is important for understanding carbon cycling in forest ecosystems. This study was designed to reveal the effects of stand age on biomass partitioning and carbon storage of Chinese fir plantation stands in Dabie Mountains of Anhui, East China. A total of six even-aged Chinese fir plantation stands along an age-sequence from 10 to 50 years were selected. To quantify the biomass of different tree components, 18 trees with diameter at breast height (D1.3) from 6.5 to 35.2 cm were harvested from the different aged stands. Biomasses of understory vegetation, forest floor and standing dead trees were also investigated. Total biomass carbon storages ranged from 57.6 to 211.4 Mg ha–1 in the different aged stands. Tree layer comprised from 93.7% to 96.4% of the total biomass C pools in the different aged stands. The C pools of the necromass were from 1.8 to 6.2 Mg ha–1. Stand age had a significant effect on tree biomass partitioning, with an increase in proportion of root biomass. The root/shoot ratios were from 0.187 to 0.312, which was significantly positively correlated to stand age. The existing plantation stands are still developing and have somewhat high rate of biomass and carbon accumulations beyond the normal rotation period (usually 25–30 years) even over an age of 50 years. Appropriate prolongation of the rotation period of Chinese fir plantation will be effective in maintaining long-term productivity and providing large carbon sink. The measurements provide valuable data for modelling productivity of Chinese fir plantation forest.

Opis:: The use of new energy generation technologies such as solar energy and electric propulsion technologies to form integrated power propulsion technology for ships has become one of the most concerned green technologies on ships. Based on the introduction of the principles and usage patterns of solar photovoltaic systems, the application characteristics of solar photovoltaic systems and their components in ships are analyzed. The important characteristics of the marine power grid based on solar photovoltaic systems are explored and summarized, providing a basis for future system design and application. Photovoltaic solar cells are made using semiconductor effects that convert solar radiation directly into electrical energy. Several such battery devices are packaged into photovoltaic solar cell modules, and several components are combined into a certain power photovoltaic array according to actual needs, and are matched with devices such as energy storage, measurement, and control to form a photovoltaic power generation system. This article refers to the basic principle and composition of the land-use solar photovoltaic system, and analyzes the difference between the operational mode and the land use of the large-scale ocean-going ship solar photovoltaic system. Specific analysis of large-scale ocean-going ship solar photovoltaic system complete set of technical route, for the construction of marine solar photovoltaic system to provide design ideas.

Opis:: A test method for bending fatigue has been developed to determine the bending fatigue strength of fibres. This new equipment is capable of performing the bending fatigue testing of fibres under different pre-tensions, bending angles and temperatures. This article presents results from tests on single high performance polyethylene fibre (HPPE) to characterise its bending fatigue behaviour under cyclic loading and temperatures. The curve of the cyclic tension shows that the cyclic tension changes in periods during the cyclic bending process. The S-N and č-N curves indicated that the pre-tension and bending angle had great influences on the bending fatigue life of HPPE fibre. A CCD camera was utilised to allow observation of the bending fatigue fracture morphology of the fibre. It showed the fracture mechanism of the HPPE fibres. The bending fatigue life of HPPE fibre was tested at different temperatures to show that its bending fatigue strength is strongly influenced by the temperature.
Opracowano metodę oceny wytrzymałości zmęczeniowej włókien polietylenowych przy zginaniu. Przewidziano możliwość badania włókien przy rożnym obciążeniu wstępnym, kącie zginania i temperaturze. Przeprowadzono próby badania włókien polietylenowych w różnych temperaturach i przy rożnym kącie zginania. Stwierdzono, że naprężenie zginające zmienia się okresowo podczas cyklicznego procesu zginania. Stwierdzono również, że wstępne naprężenie oraz kąt zginania mają istotny wpływ na wytrzymałość zmęczeniową badanych włókien. Kamerę CCD zastosowano dla obserwacji morfologii przełomu zmęczeniowego włókien, pozwalającego na identyfikację mechanizmu przełomu. Stwierdzono wyraźny wpływ temperatury, w której przeprowadzano próby.

Opis:: Considering the problem to diagnose incipient faults in nonlinear analog circuits, a novel approach based on fractional correlation is proposed and the application of the subband Volterra series is used in this paper. Firstly, the subband Volterra series is calculated from the input and output sequences of the circuit under test (CUT). Then the fractional correlation functions between the fault-free case and the incipient faulty cases of the CUT are derived. Using the feature vectors extracted from the fractional correlation functions, the hidden Markov model (HMM) is trained. Finally, the well-trained HMM is used to accomplish the incipient fault diagnosis. The simulations illustrate the proposed method and show its effectiveness in the incipient fault recognition capability.

Opis:: This article presents a structural equation model for exploring the impact of social responsibility, which been divided into responsibility for the internal stakeholder and responsibility for the external stakeholder, as well as internal governance on Chinese manufacturing growth on the basis of data collected from 500 manufacturing enterprises in the East region of China. Our results show that both social responsibility and internal governance have a positive impact on manufacturing growth and promote sustainable development in manufacturing. In addition, social responsibility has a positive impact on internal governance, and the internal governance plays a partial intermediary role in the impact of social responsibility on manufacturing growth. These findings signify that it is important for Chinese Manufacturing to undertake Social Responsibility, and it can provide a beneficial guidance for Chinese Manufacturing Growth and help strengthen the competitive advantage of manufacturing industry.
Artykuł przedstawia model równania strukturalnego odnoszący się do społecznej odpowiedzialności, wyróżniając w jej ramach odpowiedzialność za wewnętrznego oraz zewnętrznego akcjonariusza i wewnętrzne zarządzanie w kontekście wzrostu produkcji w Chinach, w oparciu o informacje uzyskane z 500 firm pochodzących ze wschodniej części kraju. Przeprowadzona analiza pokazuje, że zarówno społeczna odpowiedzialność, jak i wewnętrzne zarządzanie, mają pozytywny wpływ na wzrost produkcji i promocję zrównoważonego wytwarzania. Ponadto społeczna odpowiedzialność ma pozytywny wpływ na wewnętrzne zarządzanie, a w oddziaływaniu społecznej odpowiedzialności na wzrost produkcji, wewnętrzne zarządzane odgrywa po części rolę pośrednika. Uzyskane rezultaty wskazują, że społeczna odpowiedzialność jest ważna, może pełnić rolę dobrego doradcy w kontekście wzrostu chińskiej produkcji i pomóc w zwiększeniu konkurencyjnej przewagi dla przemysłu wytwórczego.

Opis:: The article proposed an index system based on social responsibility, including the main index of Employee dimension, Government dimension, Customer dimension, Business partner dimension, Ecological benefits dimension and the sub- index which comprised 18 indexes to evaluate the automotive manufacturers competitiveness. Based on the index system, an evaluation model integrates by extension theory and AHP and groups eigenvalue method (GEM) was introduced. Using established evaluation system and evaluation model, an empirical analysis is elaborately explained. The key result of the evaluated show that the index system and evaluation model built in this research not only can overcome the shortcomings of other methods requiring large data but also can clear the mechanisms and determinants of how CSR produces competitiveness, so it has a good applicability in automobile manufacturing enterprise competitiveness evaluation.
Artykuł przedstawia system wskaźników oparty na społecznej odpowiedzialności, uwzględniający główne wskaźniki na poziomie zatrudnienia, rządu, konsumenta, partnera biznesowego, korzyści ekologicznych i zawierający 18 elementów pozwalających ocenić konkurencyjność branży samochodowej. Na systemie wskaźników oparto ocenę modeli integrujących teorię rozszerzenia, AHP i GEM. Korzystając z przyjętego systemu i modelu oceny przeprowadzono następnie badania empiryczne. Uzyskane rezultaty pokazują, że zastosowana metodologia po-zwala nie tylko rozwiązać problemy wynikające z niedociągnięć innych metod wymagających dużych baz danych, ale także pozwala na lepsze zrozumienie mechanizmów i uwarunkowań odnoszących się do tego, w jaki sposób koncepcja społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu wpływa na konkurencyjność, a poprzez to znakomicie nadaje się do zastosowania w ocenie konkurencyjności branży samochodowej.

Opis:: While the Slope Fault Model method can solve the soft-fault diagnosis problem in linear analog circuit effectively, the challenging tolerance problem is still unsolved. In this paper, a proposed Normal Quotient Distribution approach was combined with the Slope Fault Model to handle the tolerances problem in soft-fault diagnosis for analog circuit. Firstly, the principle of the Slope Fault Model is presented, and the huge computation of traditional Slope Fault Characteristic set was reduced greatly by the elimination of superfluous features. Several typical tolerance handling methods on the ground of the Slope Fault Model were compared. Then, the approximating distribution function of the Slope Fault Characteristic was deduced and sufficient conditions were given to improve the approximation accuracy. The monotonous and continuous mapping between Normal Quotient Distribution and standard normal distribution was proved. Thus the estimation formulas about the ranges of the Slope Fault Characteristic were deduced. After that, a new test-nodes selection algorithm based on the reduced Slope Fault Characteristic ranges set was designed. Finally, two numerical experiments were done to illustrate the proposed approach and demonstrate its effectiveness.
