- Opis:
- The article presents problems of protection of the private person and property in Poland, as well as a lack of sufficient degrees of public safety. The author discusses examples concerning private sector protection and shows the differences in private sector protection that gives protection to people and property in Poland citing the Vigor Act that came into force on 22 August 1997. The article looks closely at current regulations about the protection of people and property and the functioning of the private protection sector of people and property in Poland. The author presents a number of licensed private protection companies and the number of Polish employees in the private protection profession of licensed first and second degree bodyguards. In the article there is an introduction of data that point out the functioning of the protection of the private sector in Poland, and the proper manner and role played by the private sector security companies as seen overall. Polish citizens need to know the numerous benefits of the general safety system with guarantees for citizens to feel and understand that safety in the country is assured for the safety of all, including the maintenance of public sphere.
