Opis:
In the past decade, the use of intraoperative neural monitoring (IONM) in thyroid and parathyroid surgery has been widely accepted by surgeons as a useful technology for improving laryngeal nerve identification and voice outcomes, facilitating neurophysiological research, educating and training surgeons, and reducing surgical complications and malpractice litigation. Informing patients about IONM is not only good practice and helpful in promoting the efficient use of IONM resources but is indispensable for effective shared decision making between the patient and surgeon. The International Neural Monitoring Study Group (INMSG) feels complete discussion of IONM in the preoperative planning and patient consent process is important in all patients undergoing thyroid and parathyroid surgery. The purpose of this publication is to evaluate the impact of IONM on the informed consent process before thyroid and parathyroid surgery and to review the current INMSG consensus on evidence-based consent. The objective of this consensus statement, which outlines general and specific considerations as well as recommended criteria for informed consent for the use of IONM, is to assist surgeons and patients in the processes of informed consent and shared decision making before thyroid and parathyroid surgery.

Opis:
In this paper, the Al-K2ZrF6 reaction system was used to prepare in-situ Al3Zr/AA6082 particle-reinforced aluminum matrix composites by electromagnetic stirring melt reaction method, and the friction stir welding technology was used to weld the plate. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints were studied when the rotating speed was 14000 rpm and the welding speed was 30, 50 and 70 mm/min respectively. The results show that the weld forming quality and tensile properties of the FSW joints with welding parameters of 14000 rpm and 50 mm/min are the best, the tensile strength is 142(±0.5) MPa and the elongation is 8.2%. SEM analysis shows that the particle size of the reinforcing phase in the base metal is refined to about 5-10 μm, while that in the NZ is about 1-5 μm. The grain size in the HAZ is about 20-30 μm and in the NZ is about 5-10 μm. EBSD analysis shows that the proportion of low-angle grain boundary in the NZ is 59.7% and of recrystallized grain structure is 23.65%, while the proportion of small-angle grain boundary in the HAZ is 24.35% and of recrystallized grain structure is 37.18%. It provides theoretical and experimental basis for the forming and application of friction stir welding of the composite.

Opis:
The dynamic evolution process of the coal gangue particles’ core retention phenomenon in the process of crushing under stress, the evolution law of grading and the corresponding microscopic mechanical characteristics after continuous particle crushing are analyzed. The meso-level which reveals deformation phenomena of granular materials under the action of external loads is highly complex. At the qualitative level, the static compaction process of coal gangue samples can be roughly divided into three stages: initial compaction stage, compaction and crushing stage, and crushing (compaction) stage. It is proved that the interaction of lateral confined unidirectional compression of granular materials is mainly compression.
