This document shows the impact of the development of the E-Commerce industry on the labor market, as well as changes in the range of competencies associated with technological progress. Based on "Theory of Three Sectors" by A. George, B. Fisher, Colin Clark and Jean Fourasté., the author has discussed the most important issues related to the rapidly developing "industry 4.0" and the evolution of the other existing economic sectors. Furthermore, another important aspect is the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the growth of the E-Commerce industry. This work also presents recommendations and proposals for potential changes in the Polish labor market and the range of competencies required of potential employees, as well as those already working.
Niniejsza praca podejmuje problematykę dotyczącą wpływu rozwoju branży E-Commerce na rynek pracy jak i zmiany zakresu kompetencji związanych m.in. z postępem technologicznym. W oparciu o ,,Teorię trzech sektorów”, której twórcami są A. George, B. Fisher, Colin Clark i Jean Fourastié, zostały omówione najważniejsze zagadnienia związane z prężnie rozwijającą się ,,Gospodarką 4.0” jak i ewolucją dotychczasowych sektorów gospodarki. Analizując rozwój branży E-Commerce został podkreślony wpływ pandemii COVID-19 na zwiększenie tempa rozwoju tego obszaru gospodarki. Niniejsza praca, przedstawia również zalecenia i propozycje potencjalnych zmian na polskim rynku pracy oraz zakresu kompetencji, wymaganych od potencjalnych pracowników, jak i osób już pracujących. - Dostawca treści:
