Fundamental principles and implementation of foreign policy on the example of the United States of America and Poland The subject of the thesis is the influence of the fundamental principles on the implementation of foreign policy in the United States and Poland. The thesis was divided into four chapters in which the most important information on Polish and American foreign policy was presented in a detailed manner, such as the competences of institutions responsible for its creation, current concepts and priorities, as well as other factors affecting indirectly and directly on the implementation of external affairs. Through comparative analysis, the systemic solutions used in the context of foreign policy of both countries were compiled in such a way as to show the most important differences in the methods used and their consequences. Particular attention was paid to the influence of the federal and unitary system as well as the presidential and parliamentary-cabinet system on the mechanisms implemented in the field of external affairs. The analysed legal provisions are accompanied by an attempt to answer the question whether the political system or the territorial system affects the division of competences in foreign policy used in the legislation.
Podstawy ustrojowe a realizacja polityki zagranicznej na przykładzie Stanów Zjednoczonych i Polski Tematem pracy jest wpływ podstaw ustrojowych na realizację polityki zagranicznej w Stanach Zjednoczonych oraz Polsce. Praca podzielona została na cztery rozdziały, w których w sposób szczegółowy przedstawiono najważniejsze informacje na temat polskiej i amerykańskiej polityki zagranicznej, takie jak kompetencje organów odpowiedzialnych za jej kreowanie, obecne koncepcje i priorytety, a także inne czynniki wpływające w sposób pośredni i bezpośredni na realizacje działań zewnętrznych. Poprzez analizę porównawczą zestawiono rozwiązania ustrojowe wykorzystywane w kontekście polityki zagranicznej obu państw, w taki sposób, aby ukazać najistotniejsze różnice w stosowanych metodach oraz ich konsekwencje. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na wpływ ustroju federalnego i unitarnego oraz systemu prezydenckiego i parlamentarno-gabinetowego, na mechanizmy wdrożone w dziedzinie relacji zewnętrznych. Analizowanym przepisom prawnym towarzyszy próba odpowiedzi na pytanie czy system polityczny lub ustrój terytorialny wpływają na zastosowany w ustawodawstwie podział kompetencji w polityce zagranicznej. - Dostawca treści:
