Opis:
A strong multiple designated verifiers signature (SMDVS) enables a signer to convince a set of verifiers by generating one signature, of which the verification needs a private key of a verifier. After a brief survey of current SMDVS schemes, we find no schemes suitable to a broadcast propagation, where the simulation needs only one verifier's private key. Motivated by this discovery, we propose a broadcast SMDVS scheme. The new scheme is proven secure in the random oracle model.

Opis:
The Yishu Fault Zone runs through the centre of Shandong Province (E China); it is a deep-seated large fault system that still is active. Two volcanic faulted basins (the Shanwang and Linqu Basins) in the Linqu area, west of the fault zone, are exposed to rifting, which process is accompanied by a series of tectonic and volcanic earthquakes with a magnitude of 5–8. Lacustrine sediments in the basins were affected by these earthquakes so that seismites with a variety of softsediment deformation structures originated. The seismites form part of the Shanwang Formation of the Linqu Group. Semi-consolidated fluvial conglomerates became deformed in a brittle way; these seismites are present at the base of the Yaoshan Formation. Intense earthquakes triggered by volcanic activity left their traces in the form of seismic volcanic rocks associated with liquefied-sand veins in the basalt/sand intercalations at the base of the Yaoshan Formation. These palaeo-earthquake records are dated around 14–10 Ma; they are responses to the intense tectonic extension and the basin rifting in this area and even the activity of the Yishu Fault Zone in the Himalayan tectonic cycle.

This work evaluated the influence of a novel organic nucleating agent, salicyloyl hydrazide derivative (BS), on the crystallization and melting behavior of poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA). Differential scanning calorimetry revealed that the incorporation of BS (0.2 to 3 wt %) significantly promoted the crystallization of PLLA on cooling at 1 °C/min. At BS content of 1.5 wt % in PLLA matrix, the highest effectiveness of crystallization process was observed, this result was further demonstrated by X-ray diffraction analysis of non-isothermal crystallization behavior at different cooling rate and measurements after isothermal crystallization. X-ray diffraction studies showed also that the addition of BS did not change the crystalline structure of PLLA. Based on the effect of the predetermined melting temperature on the crystallization behavior of PLLA/BS, the optimum process temperature of 190 °C was found. The comparative study on the melting behavior of PLLA/BS composite under different conditions (cooling rate, melting temperature) also confirmed the ability of BS to promote the nucleation of PLLA crystallization. The crystallization of PLLA/BS composite depends on the concentration of BS additive, crystallization temperature and time as well as heating rate.
Badano wpływ nowego organicznego czynnika nukleującego, salicyloilowej pochodnej hydrazydu (BS), na krystalizację i topnienie poli(kwasu L-mlekowego) (PLLA). Na podstawie badań metodą różnicowej kalorymetrii skaningowej stwierdzono, że wprowadzenie dodatku BS (0,2–3,0 % mas.) wyraźnie promuje krystalizację PLLA w warunkach chłodzenia z szybkością 1 °C/min. Zawartość 1,5 % mas. BS w osnowie PLLA przyczyniała się do zwiększenia efektywności procesu krystalizacji, co potwierdziły wyniki badań metodą dyfrakcji rentgenowskiej krystalizacji nieizotermicznej w warunkach zmiennej szybkości chłodzenia oraz krystalizacji izotermicznej. Ponadto badania te wykazały, że dodatek BS do PLLA nie zmienia struktury krystalicznej poli(kwasu L-mlekowego). Na podstawie wpływu ustalonych warunków topnienia na przebieg krystalizacji PLLA/BS stwierdzono też, że optymalna temperatura tego procesu wynosi 190 °C. Badania porównawcze topnienia kompozytu PLLA/BS w różnych warunkach (szybkości chłodzenia, temperatury topnienia) również wskazują na zdolność BS do zarodkowania krystalizacji PLLA. Stwierdzono, że krystalizacja kompozytu PLLA/BS zależy od stężenia dodatku BS, temperatury krystalizacji, czasu krystalizacji i szybkości ogrzewania próbki.

Opis:
In this article, it aims to propose effective approaches for hydro-forming process of bi-metallic composite pipe by assuming plane strain and elastic-perfectly plastic material model. It derives expressions for predicting hydro-forming pressure and residual stress of the forming process of bi-metallic composite pipe. Test data from available experiments is employed to check the model and formulas. It shows the reliability of the proposed model and formulas impersonally.

This paper proposes a fault tolerant control scheme based on an unknown input observer for a wind turbine system subject to an actuator fault and disturbance. Firstly, an unknown input observer for state estimation and fault detection using a linear parameter varying model is developed. By solving linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) and linear matrix equalities (LMEs), the gains of the unknown input observer are obtained. The convergence of the unknown input observer is also analysed with Lyapunov theory. Secondly, using fault estimation, an active fault tolerant controller is applied to a wind turbine system. Finally, a simulation of a wind turbine benchmark with an actuator fault is tested for the proposed method. The simulation results indicate that the proposed FTC scheme is efficient.

Opis:
The recovery of aluminum from water purification sludge is usually performed by making the solution acidic or basic. However, for economic reasons and reasons of safety, excessive doses of acid or base should not be utilized. Accordingly, the aluminum concentration in the leached solution is typically limited, thus the recovered aluminum cannot be directly reused as a coagulant. A nanofiltration (NF) membrane can be used in the acidic solution to concentrate high-valence metal ions. There-fore, in this work, H2SO4 was utilized to leach Al3+ ions from water purification sludge. Then, the Al3+ ion solution was concentrated using a low-price NF membrane. The effect of natural organic matter on the Al3+ ion concentrating efficiency in the filtration process has been elucidated. Experimental results reveal that Al3+ ions were effectively prevented from passing through the NF membrane, enabling a highly concentrated aluminum solution to be obtained. However, the presence of organic compounds may reduce the efficiency of the concentration of Al3+ ions in the solution.

Raw diatomite (RD) and diatomite concentrate (DC) were used for the adsorption of cationic Red X-GRL from aqueous solutions. Mono-factor experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of the operation factor, and adsorption kinetics, isotherms, thermodynamics and mechanisms were explored. Similar trend for X-GRL adsorption onto RD and DC was observed. The adsorption capacity of dyes increased slightly with temperature, and the neutral pH was the optimum level. The adsorption processes occurred in accordance with the pseudo second-order model and were well fitted by the Langmuir isotherm model. The main driving forces of the physical adsorption on the diatomite were electrostatic attraction and van der Waals force. The RD could uptake more X-GRL than DC due to its higher content of fine particle and therefore, due to higher surface area available for adsorption. Raw diatomite as a cheap absorbent for X-GRL removal can be suggested as a promising supplement to activated carbon.
