Opis:
For InGaN/AlGaN/GaN ultraviolet (λ = 365 nm) light emitting diodes, the S-shaped current-voltage characteristic was observed at liquid nitrogen temperature due to the transition from single injection (electrons) to double (electrons and holes) injection. Initially only electron injection into the active region takes place and as the current is increased, the injection of holes starts. It has been found that at the voltage of the minimum of the negative differential resistance region, oscillations of the current, accompanied by increasing electroluminescence intensity arise, and the repetition rate of the oscillations increases with the direct current rise. The intensity of the main ultraviolet and yellow electroluminescence bands sharply increases with increasing current at negative differential resistance region due to the rise of holes injection.

Opis:
The climatic, soil, ecological and economic features of the natural landscapes in the Krasnodar Krai were analyzed. The land structure of cultivated land in Western Ciscaucasia was given; the current state of soils in the Krasnodar Krai was analyzed. The changes in the content of humus in the arable layer over the century were considered. The qualitative state of agricultural lands, such as the susceptibility to erosion, the content of humus, and indicators of the nutrients balance in the soil was shown. A conclusion the existing zonal agriculture systems do not use the landscape diversity of the region was drawn. The need for switching to the adaptive landscape system of agriculture was substantiated. Using the GIS technologies, the boundaries of the natural landscapes in the Krasnodar Krai and the areas of agricultural land was determined by types and the degree of the manifestation of erosion processes. An eco-economic assessment of the field crop rotations adapted to the natural landscape by cultivated lands was made.

Opis:
This study examines the interplay between relationship status, well-being, and values across 57 countries. We hypothesized that individuals in romantic relationships would report higher well-being (measured as happiness, harmony, and meaning in life) compared to singles. We anticipated that in cultures prioritizing relationships, the benefits of being coupled would be amplified, while in societies emphasizing autonomy, the well-being gap would diminish. Specifically, we posited that values prevalent in WEIRD societies (Western, Educated, Industrialized, Rich, and Democratic)-such as self-direction and achievement-would positively moderate the association between relationship status and well-being, whereas values characteristic of non-WEIRD societies-such as tradition and conformity-would have a negative moderating effect. Our findings support that coupled individuals generally report higher well-being; however, the moderating effects of cultural values were more complex than expected. Cultural classifications of WEIRD and non-WEIRD did not consistently explain the well-being gap. Interestingly, in cultures emphasizing conformity, single and coupled individuals both reported greater meaning, leading to an overall decrease in the well-being gap. Conversely, higher self-direction values were associated with a wider well-being gap, with singles experiencing decreased happiness and meaning. These findings suggest that values such as conformity and self-direction exert domain-specific effects on well-being, influenced by broader social context and individual perceptions. Our research highlights the necessity of integrating cultural and individual factors in well-being research to achieve a more nuanced understanding of the quality of life for singles and those in relationships.
