Opis:
The bridge horizontal swivel system generally adopts a symmetrical structure and uses a spherical hinge structure that can adjust the rotation to complete rotation construction. Because of the complexity of railway lines under bridges, some asymmetrical horizontal swivel systems have been increasingly applied in practical engineering in recent years. This system is more suitable for areas with complex railway lines, reduces the bridge span, and provides better economic benefits. However, it is also extremely unstable. In addition, instability can easily occur under dynamic loads, such as earthquake action and pulsating wind effects. Therefore, it is necessary to study their mechanical behavior. Based on the horizontal swivel system of an 11,000-ton asymmetric continuous girder bridge, the dynamic response of the horizontal swivel system to seismic action was studied using the finite element simulation analysis method. Furthermore, using the Peer database, seismic waves that meet the calculation requirements are screened for time-history analysis and compared to the response spectrum method. The mechanical properties of the structural system during and after rotation were obtained through calculations. During rotation, the seismic response of the structure is greater. To reduce the calculation time cost, an optimization algorithm based on the mode shape superposition method is proposed. The calculation result is 87% that of the time-history analysis, indicating a relatively high calculation accuracy.

Opis:
This paper proposes a method of end milling of cycloidal gears using a five-axis computer analytical control (CNC) machine tool. Firstly, the basic principle of the five-axis end milling of cycloidal gears is introduced. The cutting characteristics of the ball-end and the flat-end cutters are analyzed. Secondly, the path planning method of the five-axis end milling of cycloidal gears is researched. A curvature matching method is used to check for local over-cut interference and a minimum distance method is used to check for global collision interference. These two interferences are avoided by calculating the feasible range of cutter orientations and adjusting the dips of cutter shafts. Tests of end milling of cycloidal gears are carried out using a ball-end cutter and a flat-end cutter, respectively. Finally, full tooth profile accuracy measurements are undertaken with an image-measuring instrument to assess the quality of cycloidal gears processed in this way. This study provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of the tooth profile accuracy and surface quality of cycloidal gears.

Opis:
Landslides generally cause more damage than first predicted. Currently, many methods are available for monitoring landslides occurrence. Conventional methods are mainly based on single-point monitoring, which omits the aspect of variation in large-scale landslides. Due to the development of radar satellites, the differential interferometric synthetic aperture radar technique has been widely used for landslide monitoring. In this study, an experimental region in the Wudongde Hydropower Station reservoir area was studied using archived spaceborne synthetic aperture radar (SAR) data collected over many years. As the permanent scatterer interferometric SAR (PS-InSAR) technique is an advanced technology, it could be suitably used to overcome the time discontinuity in long time series. However, the accuracy of date processing obtained using the PS-InSAR technique is lower than that obtained using the single-point monitoring method. The monitoring results of the PS-InSAR technique only demonstrate the moving trend of landslides and do not present the actual displacement. The Advanced Land Observation Satellite and a high-precision total station were used for long-term landslide monitoring of the Jinpingzi landslide at the Wudongde Hydropower Station reservoir area. Based on a relationship analysis between the data obtained using the PS-InSAR technique and the total station, a revised method was proposed to reduce the errors in the PS-InSAR monitoring results. The method can not only enhance the monitoring precision of the PS-InSAR technology but also achieve long-term monitoring of landslide displacement from a bird's-eye view.

Opis:
Talc usually exists as a gangue mineral in copper-nickel sulfide, molybdenite etc. In order to separate precious metals, naturally hydrophobic talc should be depressed effectively in flotation process. The effect of fenugreek-gum (FG) on the flotation performance of talc with different particle sizes was studied. The depression mechanism was investigated extensively through tests of flotation, adsorption and zeta potential, as well as infrared spectroscopy and laser particle size analysis. Flotation results indicated that the FG had a strong depression ability for talc with the particle size of -0.074 + 0.037 mm, -0.037 mm and -0.010 mm when proper dosage of FG was added. The coarse talc was completely depressed by 2.5 mg/ dm3 FG. When the particle size decreased, more FG was required to obtain the maximum depressing effect, which was verified by adsorption tests. FG reduced the electronegativity on the talc surface by chemical adsorption, and flocculation of talc powders caused a high efficient depressing effect.

Opis:
For a higher classification accuracy of disturbance signals of power quality, a disturbance classification method for power quality based on gram angle field and multiple transfer learning is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the one-dimensional disturbance signal of power quality is transformed into a Gramian angular field (GAF) coded image by using the gram angle field, and then three ResNet networks are constructed. The disturbance signals with representative signal-to-noise ratios of 0 dB, 20 dB and 40 dB are selected as the input of the sub-model to train the three sub-models, respectively. During this period, the training weights of the sub-models are transferred in turn by using the method of multiple transfer learning. The pre-training weight of the latter model is inherited from the training weight of the previous model, and the weight processing methods of partial freezing and partial fine-tuning are adopted to ensure the optimal training effect of the model. Finally, the features of the three sub-models are fused to train the classifier with a full connection layer, and a disturbance classification model for power quality is obtained. The simulation results show that the method has higher classification accuracy and better anti-noise performance, and the proposed model has good robustness and generalization.

Opis:
Triblock copolymer polyNIMMO-HTPB-polyNIMMO was synthesized by cationic ring opening polymerization of NIMMO (3-nitratomethyl-3-methyloxetane) in the presence of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene catalyzed by BF3·OEt2. The polymer was characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectroscopy, and GPC. DSC was used to investigate the thermal behaviour of the triblock copolymer and its exothermic decomposition peak was found to be at 215 °C. All of the results indicated that the triblock copolymer polyNIMMO-HTPB-polyNIMMO might serve as a potential energetic propellant binder.

Opis:
A feeder automation (FA) system is usually used by electricity utilities to improve power supply reliability. The FA system was realized by the coordinated control of feeder terminal units (FTUs) in the electrical power distribution network. Existing FA testing technologies can only test basic functions of FTUs, while the coordinated control function among several FTUs during the self-healing process cannot be tested and evaluated. In this paper, a novel cloud-based digital-physical testing method is proposed and discussed for coordinated control capacity test of the FTUs in the distribution network. The coordinated control principle of the FTUs in the local-reclosing FA system is introduced firstly and then, the scheme of the proposed cloud-based digital-physical FA testing method is proposed and discussed. The theoretical action sequences of the FTUs consisting of the FTU under test and the FTUs installed in the same feeder are analyzed and illustrated. The theoretical action sequences are compared with the test results obtained by the realized cloud-based simulation platform and the digital-physical hybrid communication interaction. The coordinated control capacity of the FTUs can be evaluated by the comparative result. Experimental verification shows that the FA function can be tested efficiently and accurately based on our proposed method in the power distribution system inspection.

Opis:
In order to revise the deviation caused by ignoring the dynamic character of fault propagation in traditional fault propagation path identification methods, a method based on the maximum occurrence probability is proposed to identify the key fault propagation path. Occurrence probability of fault propagation path is defined by dynamic importance, dynamic fault propagation probability and fault rate. Taking the fault information of CNC machine tools whichsubject to Weibull distribution as an example, this method has been proven to be reasonable through comparative analysis. Result shows that the key fault propagation path of CNC machine tools is not unique, but changes with time. Before 1000 hours, key fault propagation path is electrical component (E) to mechanical component (M); after 1000 hours, key fault propagation path is auxiliary component (A) to mechanical component (M). This change should be taken into account when developing maintenance strategies and conducting reliability analysis.
