Opis:
In order to revise the deviation caused by ignoring the dynamic character of fault propagation in traditional fault propagation path identification methods, a method based on the maximum occurrence probability is proposed to identify the key fault propagation path. Occurrence probability of fault propagation path is defined by dynamic importance, dynamic fault propagation probability and fault rate. Taking the fault information of CNC machine tools whichsubject to Weibull distribution as an example, this method has been proven to be reasonable through comparative analysis. Result shows that the key fault propagation path of CNC machine tools is not unique, but changes with time. Before 1000 hours, key fault propagation path is electrical component (E) to mechanical component (M); after 1000 hours, key fault propagation path is auxiliary component (A) to mechanical component (M). This change should be taken into account when developing maintenance strategies and conducting reliability analysis.

Opis:
This paper proposes a condition-based maintenance policy for the two-phase Wiener degradation process components. The main contribution of this article is to provide the time distribution of degradation failures for the two-phase Wiener process degradationcomponent, as well as the modeling and solving methods for two-phase maintenance. The two-phase maintenance policy includes two-phase inspection and preventive replacement maintenance operations. The established optimization maintenance policy model aims to minimize long-term operation costs. The specific cost calculation equation and the solution method of the maintenance model are given. The feasibility of the maintenance policy model is verified using the two-phase degradation data of the Liquid Coupling Devices. The Particle swarm optimization algorithm can stably solve the described problem, and the results show that the two-phase maintenance policy can be more economical and improve components availability. After that, we also analyzed the impact of the cost parameters on the maintenance policy through sensitivity analysis.

Opis:
In the present research, the Nb-Si-Ti-Cr-Al-Ta-Hf alloys with different Ho addition were prepared. Their microstructure, compressive properties and oxidation behaviors were investigated preliminarily. The results exhibit that the Nb-Si-Ti-Cr-Al-Ta-Hf alloy has coarse microstructure which is mainly composed of Nb solid solution, Nb5Si3 and Ti5Si3 phases. The minor Ho addition could refine the microstructure and suppress the precipitation of Ti5Si3 phase. Moreover, the Ho addition also leads to the formation of Ho2Hf2O7, which prefers to precipitate along the Nbss/Nb5Si3 phase interface. Compared with the Nb-Si-Ti-Cr-Al-Ta-Hf alloy, the minor Ho addition improves the room-temperature and high-temperature compressive properties of the alloy. Its room-temperature compressive strength and ductility obtain the maximum value of 1825 MPa and 16.5% when the Ho content is 0.1 at.%. Moreover, its best compressive strength at 873 K, 1273 K and 1473 K is 1495 MPa, 765 MPa and 380 MPa, respectively, when the Ho addition is 0.1 at.%. The oxidation behavior of the Nb-Si-Ti-Cr-Al-Ta-Hf alloy is diversified with the Ho addition. The oxidation rate of the alloy with 0.1 at.% Ho addition is the lowest while the alloy with 0.2 at.% Ho addition is the highest. Therefore, the 0.1 at.% Ho would be the appropriate content for the Nb-Si-Ti-Cr-Al-Ta-Hf alloy.

ObjectivesSilicosis is a chronic occupational lung disease. As was previously found by the authors, some proteins increased in the lung tissue of activated rats, and protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 2 (PTPN2), factor B, and vaccinia-related kinase 1 (VRK1) showed highly differential expressions.Material and MethodsIn this study, serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples were collected from patients with silicosis and healthy people to verify the expression of PTPN2, factor B, and VRK1. The diagnostic value of differentially expressed proteins for silicosis was judged.ResultsThe expression levels of serum PTPN2, VRK1, and factor B in patients with silicosis were significantly higher than those in the control group (p < 0.01). Higher serum PTPN2 and factor B concentrations significantly and negatively correlated with the ratio of forced expiratory volume in 1 s to forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC), maximum vital capacity (VCmax), FEV1, and FVC, suggesting that the high expression of PTPN2 and factor B is associated with decreased pulmonary ventilation function and restrictive ventilatory impairment in patients with silicosis. All area under curve (AUC) measurements generated from single detection events were >0.744, with PTPN2 reaching the highest value (0.858). The AUC, sensitivity, and specificity for the combined diagnosis using factor B and PTPN2 were 0.907, 86.91% and 85.07%, respectively, for factor B and PTPN2. The 3 differentially expressed proteins are potential classes of predictive biomarkers for silicosis.ConclusionsRegarding the economy and test practicality, the best diagnostic combination is factor B and PTPN2 for the analysis of AUC, sensitivity and specificity.

The optical band positions and spin-Hamiltonian parameters (g factors $g_{i}$ and hyperfine structure constants $A_{i}$, where i=x, y, z) of the rhombic $VO^{2+}$ complex in CsCl crystal are calculated together from two theoretical methods. One is the complete diagonalization (of energy matrix) method and another is the perturbation theory method. The calculated results from the two methods coincide and are in reasonable agreement with the experimental values. So, both methods are effective in the explanations of optical and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) data for $d^1$ ions in crystals. The calculations also suggest that in $d^1$ rhombic octahedra the ground state is almost a pure | $d_{xy}$ ⟩ state. This point is different from that of conjugate $d^9$ (e.g., $Cu^{2+}$) ions in rhombic octahedra where the ground state should be an admixture of ground and first excited states.

Mikroinnowacje, jako rodzaj innowacyjnego sposobu myślenia i proces innowacyjny, można podzielić na mikroinnowacje ciągłe, imitacyjne i niezależne. Podział ten oparty jest na wymiarach innowacyjności, zakłóceń rynku i powtarzalności w dziedzinie innowacji. Na podstawie badań teoretycznych i empirycznych w artykule dokonano analizy wpływu głównych determinant mikroinnowacji na kształtowanie ich typów. Determinanty te, do których należą zasoby produktywne, zasoby zarządcze i ograniczenia zewnętrzne, wywierają bardziej znaczący wpływ na mikroinnowacje imitacyjne, a jednocześnie wykazują mniejszą korelację z mikroinnowacjami niezależnymi i ciągłymi. Wdrażając mikroinnowacje, przedsiębiorstwa powinny wybrać odpowiedni typ lub odpowiednie kombinacje różnych typów mikroinnowacji na podstawie kompleksowej analizy wewnętrznych zasobów produktywnych, zasobów zarządczych oraz ograniczeń zewnętrznych.
Micro-innovation, a kind of innovative thinking and innovative manner, can be divided into continuous micro-innovation, imitating micro-innovation and independent micro-innovation based on the dimensions of innovativeness, market disruption and repetitiveness in the innovation domain. On the basis of theoretical and empirical research, this paper analyzes the impact of the main micro-innovation affecting factors on micro-innovation types. Affecting factors including productive resources, management resources and external restrictions have a more prominent impact on imitating micro-innovation, while having a lower correlation with independent micro-innovation and continuous micro-innovation. Enterprises should select an appropriate micro-innovation type or different type combinations according to the comprehensive analysis of enterprise internal productive resources, management resources and external restrictions when implementing micro-innovation.

The size of the discharge outlet of a cone crusher directly impacts the size of the aggregate produced. However, the discharge outlet is still adjusted manually, which has a significant error and affects production efficiency. For this reason, this study proposed an adaptive control method for cone crushers based on aggregate online detection. Firstly, the aggregate image was segmented using an instance segmentation model and the anchor and structure of the model were optimised. Then, this study proposed an evaluation method for quickly and accurately assessing the overall segmentation effect of network models. By comparing the results with those before optimisation, the accuracy of the optimised network model was improved from 0.923 to 0.940. Finally, an adaptive control experiment was conducted based on the online aggregate detection results. The experimental results showed that the discharge particle size distribution of the cone crusher becomes more stable after intelligent control is added, with the variance of the proportion of cumulative gradation at 15 mm decreased from 34.3 to 14.4. These results indicated that the developed adaptive control system effectively controls the fine processing of coarse aggregates and significantly improves the quality of aggregate crushing and processing.

For the repairable multi-state component, reliability indexes are analyzed based on a homogenous Continuous Time Markov Chain (CTMC). If the component can work well when its repair time is sufficiently short, a threshold value for maintenance is introduced. When the fault interval is less than threshold time, the fault effect is considered neglected. In this paper, comparisons of availability show differences of the new model and the original model with or without fault interval omission. In addition, balancing the maintenance cost and lifetime of multi-state components is an important issue when threshold values are considered. Both constants and non-negative random variables are modeled respectively. Finally, numerical examples are presented to illustrate the results obtained in this paper.
W przypadku naprawialnych elementów wielostanowych, wskaźniki niezawodności analizuje się w oparciu o łańcuch Markowa z czasem ciągłym. Jeśli element może działać prawidłowo, mimo uszkodzenia, dzięki wystarczająco krótkiemu czasowi naprawy, wprowadza się próg czasowy dla konserwacji. Gdy przedział czasu, w którym następuje uszkodzenie jest krótszy niż próg czasowy dla działań konserwacyjnych, wpływ uszkodzenia uważa się za nieistotny. Przeprowadzone w niniejszym artykule porównania gotowości wykazały różnice między nowym modelem a modelem oryginalnym z pominięciem lub bez pominięcia przedziału wystąpienia uszkodzenia. Ponadto, przy rozważaniu wartości progowych, ważną kwestią jest równoważenie kosztów utrzymania i żywotności elementów wielostanowych. W pracy próg wystąpienia uszkodzenia zamodelowano, odpowiednio, zarówno jako wartość stałą jak i nieujemną zmienną losową. Na koniec przedstawiono przykłady ilustrujące wyniki przedstawionych badań.

Maintainability is an important general quality characteristic of products. Insufficient maintainability will lead to long maintenance time and high maintenance cost, thus affecting the availability of products. Maintainability verification is an important means to ensure maintainability meets design requirements. However, the cost of traditional real maintainability verification method is very high, and the virtual maintenance method has insufficient verification accuracy due to the lack of large maintenance force feedback when the human body is moving. In order to reduce the evaluation error and test sample size, the paper conducts maintainability verification based on the mixed physical and virtual maintainability test scenarios. Aiming at the problem that traditional methods are difficult to deal with the real test information and synchronous virtual simulation information in the test process, this study proposes a virtual–real fusion maintainability evaluation algorithm based on adaptive weighting and truncated SPOT (Sequential Posterior Odd Test) method. It can weigh real test information and virtual human simulation information adaptively to obtain a virtual–real fusion maintainability test sample. Then, the SPOT method is used to evaluate the maintainability of small samples. The adjustment of valve clearance, replacement of air filter element and replacement of starting motor maintenance tasks of ship engine are taken as examples for demonstration. The virtual–real fusion and virtual maintainability verification methods are respectively used for verification, and compared with the physical maintenance scenario constructed by 3D printing, indicating that the accuracy of virtual–real fusion maintainability test verification is 89%, while the virtual maintainability verification is only 33%.
