Opis:
With the rapid development of the polymer materials industry and the improvement of people's environmental awareness, magnesium hydroxide has been widely used in polymer materials due to its high decomposition temperature, non-toxic smoke suppression, and the advantages of neutralizing harmful gases produced by polymer combustion. However, the conventional preparation methods of magnesium hydroxide exhibit several issues, including high hydrophilicity, elevated polarity, and limited compatibility with polymers. This research proposes an improved method by adding sodium stearate and KH560 modifier, controlling the rate of magnesium oxide and preparing magnesium hydroxide flame retardants using a modifier-directed hydration method. Various characterizations confirmed its morphology, particle size and structure. The magnesium hydroxide exhibits low polarity, small particle size, stable structure and excellent hydrophobicity (with a contact angle of 120.32°, and a free energy of 1.34mN/m). In parallel, the magnesium hydroxide/polypropylene composites demonstrate excellent flame retardancy (LOI of 25%, V-1 grade) and simultaneously enhance the dispersion of magnesium hydroxide within the polypropylene matrix, improving the material's toughness and strength.

Opis:
Based on the global goals for cleaner production and sustainable development, the pyrolysis behavior of cephalosporin residues was studied by TG-MS method. The influence of full temperature window on the safe disposal of residues was analyzed based on the “3-2-2” and “1+1” of thermal analysis kinetics, and the gas by-products of thermal degradation were monitored. Results showed that the pyrolysis of distillation residues were divided into low and high-temperature zones, including six stages. Maximum error rate (8.55%) by multiple scan rate was presented based on “3-2-2” pattern and maximum total fluctuation (33.7) by single scan rate was presented based on “1+1” pattern, which implied that the comprehensive multi-level comparison method was very reliable. The E value “E” of six stages showed an increasing trend ranging 166.8 to 872.8 kJ/mol. LgA(mean) was 27.28. Most mechanism function of stage 1, 2 were Z-L-T equation (3D), stage 3, 4, 6 were Avrami-Erofeev equation (AE3, AE4, AE2/3) and stage 5 was Reaction Order (O2). In addition, various small molecular micromolecule substances were detected such as C2H4O, C2H6, NH3, CH4, CO2 under full temperature windows and a possible pyrolysis path of residues was provided.

Let D be a strong digraph. An arc subset S is a k-restricted arc cut of D if D − S has a strong component D′ with order at least k such that D\V (D′) contains a connected subdigraph with order at least k. If such a k-restricted arc cut exists in D, then D is called λk-connected. For a λk-connected digraph D, the k-restricted arc connectivity, denoted by λk(D), is the minimum cardinality over all k-restricted arc cuts of D. It is known that for many digraphs λk(D) ≤ ξk(D), where ξk(D) denotes the minimum k-degree of D. D is called λk-optimal if λk(D) = ξk(D). In this paper, we will give some sufficient conditions for digraphs and bipartite digraphs to be λ3-optimal.

Opis:
Solid particles on the floor, both dry and wet, are common but their effects on the friction on the floor were seldom discussed in the literature. In this study, friction measurements were conducted to test the effects of particle size of solid contaminants on the friction coefficient on the floor under footwear, floor, and surface conditions. The results supported the hypothesis that particle size of solids affected the friction coefficient and the effects depended on footwear, floor, and surface conditions. On dry surfaces, solid particles resulted in friction loss when the Neolite footwear pad was used. On the other hand, solid particles provided additional friction when measured with the ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) footwear pad. On wet surfaces, introducing solid particles made the floors more slip-resistant and such effects depended on particle size. This study provides information for better understanding of the mechanism of slipping when solid contaminants are present.

Opis:
Based on China’s resource endowment and coal mine disaster statistics, it has been found that there are many deficiencies in the management of disasters and risks in mining areas in China. Therefore, to scientifically and effectively manage mining areas, based on the theory of internal control, this paper systematically analyzes the risks of mining areas in the context of various factors and relevant suggestions. From the occurrence of mine risk to the occurrence of damage, the importance of risk management is highlighted. In accordance with the five selection principles of evaluation indicators (goal principle, comprehensiveness principle, scientificity principle, timeliness principle and focus principle) as well as the five elements of internal control (control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication and supervision), a mining area risk management framework of human-machine-environment-management – disturbance is constructed, and twenty-seven secondary risk indicators are divided. The criteria for determining the risk level and the risk response process have been established, and a more systematic and accurate mine risk management system under the theory of internal control has been formed. Finally, based on four key technologies, a dual prevention and control mechanism is formed around the system risk and job risk management system. This provides new methods and ideas for the prevention and control of coal mine safety risks and the containment of disasters and accidents.
Na podstawie chińskich zasobów i statystyk dotyczących katastrof w kopalniach węgla stwierdzono, że istnieje wiele niedociągnięć w zarządzaniu katastrofami i ryzykiem na obszarach górniczych w Chinach. Dlatego, aby naukowo i efektywnie zarządzać obszarami górniczymi, w oparciu o teorię kontroli wewnętrznej, w artykule systematycznie analizuje się ryzyko obszarów górniczych pod kątem różnych czynników i odpowiednich sugestii. Od wystąpienia ryzyka górniczego do wystąpienia szkód podkreśla się znaczenie zarządzania ryzykiem. Zgodnie z pięcioma zasadami wyboru wskaźników oceny: zasadą celu, zasadą kompleksowości, zasadą naukowości, zasadą terminowości i zasadą ukierunkowania, a także pięcioma elementami kontroli wewnętrznej: środowiskiem kontroli, oceną ryzyka, działaniami kontrolnymi, informacją i komunikacją oraz nadzorem, skonstruowano ramy zarządzania ryzykiem w obszarze górniczym w zakresie zakłóceń w zarządzaniu ludźmi, maszynami i środowiskiem oraz podzielono 27 drugorzędnych wskaźników ryzyka. Ustalono kryteria określania poziomu ryzyka i proces reagowania na ryzyko, a także stworzono bardziej systematyczny i dokładny system zarządzania ryzykiem kopalnianym w ramach teorii kontroli wewnętrznej. Wreszcie, w oparciu o cztery kluczowe technologie, stworzono podwójny mechanizm zapobiegania i kontroli ryzyka systemowego i systemu zarządzania ryzykiem zawodowym. Zapewnia to nowe metody i pomysły w zakresie zapobiegania i kontroli zagrożeń bezpieczeństwa w kopalniach węgla oraz ograniczania katastrof i wypadków.

Opis:
A novel technology for the simultaneous and independent measurement of dual parameters is proposed and experimented. By using a single fiber Bragg grating half-pasted by 1C-LV epoxy under different curing conditions, the sensor structure is designed such that the reflective single-peak spectrum splits into a twin-peak spectrum, which makes the FBG spectrum form a natural spectral peak splitting bias. A measurement limitation exists in the FBG sensor packaging at room temperature, which can be solved by the high-temperature cured packaging method. To verify the validity of the theory and methodology, the experimental system is used. In the range from –1000 to +1000 με and from 35 to 75°C, the Bragg wavelength change is relative linear to the strain and temperature. The temperature and strain variations can be independently and simultaneously measured using the split peak, and the deviations of the FBG sensor are ±1°C and ±5 με, respectively. This single FBG sensor can realize dual-parameter measurement, which is valuable for narrow-space health monitoring.

The terms of soccer scoring techniques (SSTs) used in practice and research have been remaining confusing; even dramatic, we still do not know how many SSTs available for the game. This scenario hinders not only the scientific studies on some unique SSTs but also the development of novel coaching methods for learning these SSTs. The current paper aims to bridge the gap by establishing a SST terminology system. The system is built based on goal repeatability, selected anatomical & biomechanical parameters, and analyses of 579 attractive goals from international professional tournaments. The results have revealed that there are 43 SSTs existed in current soccer practice. Some SSTs can be identified by preliminary parameters (i.e. anatomical parameters, the ball vertical position at the shot and the hit-point on the ball), but most of them need additional biomechanical examination on the movement control in frontal & transverse planes, jumping control, and trunk orientation at shots in order to identify uniquely. Further, the new SST terminology has disclosed that soccer attractiveness is linked to the diversity, ingenuity and artistry of shots. The most attractive type of scoring awaited by millions of spectators is aerial shots. Lastly, the most important contribution of the new SST terminology system is to help researchers and practitioners launch target-orientated studies that would provide a practical and convincing scientific coach-method, clear definitions, and means to reevaluate and improve SSTs in practice.

In order to study the change in performance of the Suifenhe cable-stayed bridge in China over 12 years, cable force, elevation, static and dynamic load tests were conducted in 2006 and 2018, respectively. In this paper, theoretical data, obtained through finite element model analysis, were compared with the measured load test data for changes in static and dynamic performances. A comparison between 2006 and 2018 shows that additional dead load deflection exists in the main span after 12 years of operation. And that the cable force due to dead load of the full-scale cable-stayed bridge decreases and redistributes, which have adverse effects on the safety of bridge structure after long-term operations. Therefore, on-site inspection, static and dynamic load tests are reco mmended for cable-stayed bridges over 10-years old to test their static and dynamic performance. Moreover, cable force adjustments are to be conducted whenever necessary for the cable-stayed bridge used swivel construction.

Opis:
Phoxonic crystal is a periodic artificial structure that can manipulate optical and acoustic waves in the same temporal and spatial domain. It has broad application prospect in optical communication, optical mechanics sensor, quantum computations, phoxonic crystal integrated devices and so on. In this paper, we adopt a silicon-based two-dimensional square lattice structure, which can exhibit wide band gap of phonons and photons simultaneously. Then a periodic rectangular structure is introduced on the surface, the effects of the height and width of the rectangle on the optical and acoustic surface wave modes are analyzed. Based on the mode gap effect, a surface heterostructure composed of rectangles with different heights and widths is constructed. Then two identical surface heterostructures are placed face to face with an air slot in the middle, and connected with silicon substrate on both sides, which form an air slot heterostructure cavity. Five phononic cavity modes and three photonic cavity modes are obtained, the acousto-optical coupling rates between phononic and photonic cavity modes are calculated. The results show that the coupling rate between phononic and photonic cavity mode with the same symmetry and maximum overlap is the largest, and the coupling rates between the combination of phononic cavity modes α and β and photonic cavity modes can be adjusted by changing the phase difference φ of modes α and β. In this paper, the finite element method is used to simulate the calculation.
