Analizie poddano wdrożenie systemu 5S zgodnie z koncepcją Lean Management. W części teoretycznej zostały opisane zagadnienia związane z zarządzaniem przez poprawę jakości – m.in. koncepcja, zasady i aspekty wdrażania Lean Management oraz TQM, podstawy systemu 5S. W części praktycznej zostało opisane i dokładnie przeanalizowane wdrożenie systemu 5S dostosowane do realiów pracy biurowej. Celem pracy jest przedstawienie korzyści wynikających z wdrożenia metody 5S w przestrzeni biurowej. Autor stawia tezę, że dzięki zaangażowaniu pracowników i kierownictwa system 5S może stanowić podstawę do doskonalenia firmy, poprzez odpowiednią organizację miejsca pracy i eliminację marnotrawstwa.
The study analysed the introduction of 5S methodology according to Lean Management Philosophy. In the theoretical part the quality management andimprovement issues like rationale, principles and the aspects of implementation of Lean Management Philosophy and Total Quality Management (TQM), thebasis of 5S, were introduced. In the practical part the implementation of 5S in an office was described and analysed. The goal of this master's dissertation ishighlighting the benefits that come from the implementation of 5S methodology in a office. The author hypothesises that employee and management involvement in the 5S can be the basis of company improvement through setting and straightening the office environment and elimination of waste. - Dostawca treści:
