Opis:
Subject and purpose of work: The study examines the consequences of the coronavirus on training for jobseekers supported by county government offices in Hungary. Materials and methods: The study investigates the effects of the coronavirus in Hungary on the basis of the information obtained from trainings for jobseekers supported by county government offices. Before conducting the research the data provided by the Labour Market Department of the Division of Employment and Occupational Safety of the government office were obtained. Results: The amount of the earnings-related allowance paid during the pandemic period was HUF 2,369,404,800, which, calculated on the basis of the average earnings-related allowance in the country (HUF 128,800), could have given 6,132 people a new profession in the country. The digital form of education ordered by the Hungarian Government did not affect the trainings initiated by the county government offices. Act IV of 1991 on the Promotion of Employment and Unemployment Benefits, which supported trainings initiated under the Act and later, were suspended on the date of entry into force of the Decree for the duration of the emergency due to the force of law. No further trainings could be started during the period of emergency. Conclusions: There is no possibility of digital education and distance learning in the case of trainings supported by the government office. General courses based on personal interaction are conducted by training institutions commissioned by the government office. As a result, the pandemic period have caused enormous financial losses for the support sector. In the author’s opinion, the introduction of digital education in these forms of training, except for internships, could be a solution in similar situations that are likely to occur in the future.

Opis:
In the great upheavals of globalization, this article will focus on those who are not directly involved in this great movement. These include migrants. For them, the most useful language is that of survival, both social and professional. In this context, we will focus on the training demands that emanate from certain professional fields in France, formulated in the urgency of economic and human situations that concern the public employment actors, the training structures and of course the learners/workers themselves. Indeed, certain economic sectors are under pressure, in the sense that they are struggling to recruit. Recourse to migrant labour is therefore one of the solutions, but, in most cases, the question of mastering the language of the host country in oral and/or written form arises,. Didactic solutions must be found on a case-by-case basis, in a very precise and specific way. In order to describe and analyse this situation, the article will be based on two experiences of technical and linguistic training in two vocational training fields: i) catering and ii) building and public works.

EFEKTYWNOŚĆ SZKOLENIA PRACOWNIKÓW,OCENA KOMPETENCJI
The effectiveness of employee training. Assessment of competences.
Autorzy:
Dziedzic, Urszula
Opis:
Competencies are nowadays extremely important, both in everyday life and in work. Therefore, the adults continue their education; attend courses, trainings, postgraduate studies. The aim of this study was to analyze the impact of training on the increase in the level of competence of the persons involved. A tool that has been used in this study is Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire. Each respondent was asked to complete a questionnaire twice. For the first time - before the training and for the second time - after the training. The results were analyzed using Student's t-test for dependent samples. From the research results it can be concluded that for the majority of personal and social competencies, statistically significant differences occur. Higher averages were obtained in the assessment of competence after the training.

Opis:
We sought to investigate whether systematic balance training modulates brain area activity responsible for postural control and influence brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) mRNA protein expression. Seventy-four older adults were randomly divided into three groups (mean age 65.34 ± 3.79 years, 30 females): Classic balance exercises (CBT), virtual reality balance exercises (VBT), and control (CON). Neuroimaging studies were performed at inclusion and after completion of the training or 12 weeks later (CON). Blood samples were obtained to measure BDNF expression. The study revealed significant interaction of sessions and groups: In the motor imagery (MI) condition for supplementary motor area (SMA) activity (Fat peak = 5.25, p < 0.05); in the action observation (AO) condition for left and right supramarginal gyrus/posterior insula (left: Fat peak = 6.48, p < 0.05; right: Fat peak = 6.92, p < 0.05); in the action observation together with motor imagery (AOMI) condition for the middle occipital gyrus (laterally)/area V5 (left: Fat peak = 6.26, p < 0.05; right: Fat peak = 8.37, p < 0.05), and in the cerebellum–inferior semilunar lobule/tonsil (Fat peak = 5.47, p < 0.05). After the training serum BDNF level has increased in CBT (p < 0.001) and in CBT compared to CON (p < 0.05). Systematic balance training may reverse the age-related cortical over-activations and appear to be a factor mediating neuroplasticity in older adults.

Opis:
Lack of data has been a serious deficiency for comparative research on adult learning until recently. The present paper explores new opportunities based on the European Adult Education Survey (AES). It argues that general indicators of participation in adult education and training must be complemented by more specific indicators revealing sectoral structures and behavioural patterns within the adult learning system. AES as a subject-specific survey can help to understand better “what is behind” a general level of participation in adult learning, as provided in other statistics. Country variations are explored across a set of 16 European countries.

Opis:
Aim. The aim of the study is a description of the types of training designs, based on various classification criteria and illustrated by examples from the authors’ own practice. Methods. We used theoretical analysis and synthesis of scientific information, as well as modelling the training structure. Results and Conclusions. It was proposed to classify the designs of group training, depending either on the internal logic of the teaching material or on the external organisation of the training. Regarding the logic of presentation certain designs, through the analysis of existing learning approaches, are proposed of training, based on different logic: presentation of information, assimilation of information, B. Bloom's taxonomy, and  competencies formation. Using these designs, it is possible to construct either the whole training or its separate parts (thematic blocks, exercises). The external organisation of the training includes design of the sum of exercises, or of a coherent story.

Opis:
The definition of optimal shape and scope of blended learning trainings was one of the main aims of the presented article. The authoress was trying to find out 'what is the most optimal and efficient didactical process of the blended learning training concerned as a systemic element of reality'. As a result of holistic research, it was possible to distinguish some fundamental components of e-learning process (both in its fully online as well as in blended form) that guarantee its optimization i.e. identification how to ensure its efficiency and sustainability. There is also a presentation of the author's didactic model of blended learning trainings realization (including connection, correlations and sequence of online and traditional parts of training). This model was prepared as a result of research regarding the system theory approach to blended learning trainings.

Opis:
Considering that this research is still ongoing, this paper focuses on the presentation of the conceptual framework and its interconnection with the methodological strategy for the empirical study that aims to study the learning transfer to the workplace of professional military education in the context of the Portuguese Armed Forces. Factors related to the trainees’ individual characteristics, the organisational context, the courses design, the organisational learning culture, the organisational commitment and the expectations of career development, as well as the relationships established between these factors and the intention to transfer, throughout the lifelong learning process, will be discussed. The empirical study will be carried out at three junctures - before the training, at the end of the training and three to six months after the training. The study is conceptually based on Holton’s Holistic HRD Research and Evaluation (1996), Ajzen’s Theory of Planned Behaviour (1991), Watkins and Marsick’s model of learning organisations (1993, 1996) and Meyer and Allen’s (1991) concept of organisational commitment. The study will be developed using a mixed strategy (quantitative/qualitative), applying a hypothetical-deductive and inductive reasoning, in which a longitudinal research design with a transversal component will be followed. The data collection for the empirical study will be done through a questionnaire, individual semi-structured interviews and discussion groups about the results.
