Opis:: In this paper we present the space differentiation of plots of agricultural land prices in the selected region of Wielkopolska. We reviewed the prices of the arable land, the greenland and the arable land on submarkets which constitute the land market.
Celowość wyboru tematu artykułu znajduje potwierdzenie w opiniach na temat rynku ziemi rolniczej. Jak twierdzi Ostrowski (1999), rynek ziemi rolniczej w Polsce jest słabo rozpoznany. Jest to problem zgłaszany przez różne środowiska opiniotwórcze, które słusznie od wielu lat upatrują w tej sytuacji ważnych przyczyn małej dynamiki zmian obszarowych gospodarstw rolnych i barier w kształtowaniu lokalnych rynków ziemi rolniczej. Potencjalni klienci tego rynku mają trudności w dotarciu do ofert sprzedaży i dzierżawy gruntów oraz całych nieruchomości rolnych. Poza prostą informacją ofertową, charakteryzującą nieruchomość przeznaczoną do dzierżawy lub sprzedaży, brakuje na rynku pośredników i doradców majątkowych, szczególnie w grupie średnich i mniejszych transakcji. Lepiej pod tym względem jest z ofertami dotyczącymi majątków popegeerowskich, gdzie partnerami są oddziały terenowe Agencji Własności Rolnej Skarbu Państwa. Ten segment rynku dotyczy jednak klientów z większym kapitałem, którzy łatwiej niż drobni rolnicy radzą sobie z dotarciem do atrakcyjnych ofert zakupu i dzierżawy gruntów.

Opis:: The prices of the ground on local market were considered for example selected regions of the Lubuska district. Shaping of prices of arable land and uses preen on farmer market and on other markets was introduced.
Celem pracy jest analiza rynku ziemi rolniczej w wybranych rejonach województwa lubuskiego. Polega ona na ukazaniu kształtowania się cen gruntów rolnych w latach 1993-1999. W związku z założonym celem pracy można wysunąć hipotezę: ceny ziemi na rynku lokalnym wykazują znaczne zróżnicowanie i nie muszą być powiązane z kształtowaniem się cen gruntów w kraju.

Opis:: The goal of this article is to analyze leasing transactions in the selected region of Wielkopolska between 1993 and 1997.
Celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza transakcji dzierżaw na obszarze wybranego rejonu Wielkopolski w latach 1993-1997. Analizę dzierżaw gruntów rolniczych przeprowadzono na terenie trzech rejonów geodezyjnych Wielkopolski: Szamotuł, Środy Wielkopolskiej oraz Wrześni. Gminy tworzące poszczególne rejony zlokalizowano w pięciu powiatach województwa wielkopolskiego: międzychodzkim (Chrzypsko Wielkie, Kwilcz) poznańskim (Kleszczewo, Kostrzyn), szamotulskim (Duszniki, Kaźmierz, Obrzycko, Ostroróg, Pniewy, Szamotuły), średzkim (Dominowo, Krzykosy, Nowe Miasto, Środa Wlkp., Zaniemyśl) i wrzesińskim (Kołaczkowo, Miłosław, Nekla, Września). Analiza polegała na prześledzeniu wszystkich aktów notarialnych rejestrujących transakcje dzierżaw w latach 1993-1997.

Opis:: This paper presents some issues regarding agricultural tenancy in foreign legal systems. The regulation concerning agricultural tenancy belongs to internal legal systems of each member of the European Union.
Celem niniejszych rozważań jest przedstawienie regulacji prawnych poświęconych dzierżawie gruntów rolnych w wybranych zagranicznych systemach prawnych. Biorąc pod uwagę fakt, że w wielu państwach regulacje te są rozbudowane, w niniejszej pracy zaprezentowano tylko niektóre zagadnienia: kryteria wyodrębnienia dzierżawy rolniczej, formę i rejestrację umowy, określenie czasu trwania dzierżawy, przedłużenie na następny okres dzierżawny, zmianę strony w przypadku śmierci dzierżawcy bądź wydzierżawiającego. Omawianie powyższych kwestii kończyć będą krótkie informacje na temat przepisów prawnych obowiązujących obecnie w Polsce.

Opis:: Continuous economic development and expansion of urbanised land result in changes in land use. The rules of protection of arable and forest land, as well as reclamation and improvement of the useful value of land are regulated by the act of 3 February 1995 on the protection of arable and forest land with further amendments. The act particularly specifies the rules of changes in the purpose of arable and forest land, and rules of exclusion of arable and forest land from production. The change of purpose and exclusion of land from production are two basic legal instruments which must be considered by all entities planning for example conducting building investments on arable and forest land. The article presents the issue of the exclusion of arable land from production in the context of updates of land and building register. The scale of exclusions of land from production in Poland was determined. Detailed research was conducted in the Zwoleński poviat with agricultural character, located in the southern part of the Mazowieckie province. The analysis of the process of exclusion of arable land from production as well as changes in the structure of arable land use in the Zwoleński poviat in the years 2005-2014 was performed. The research employed report RRW-11 from the implementation of provisions on the protection of arable and forest land in the scope of exclusion of land from agricultural production, reclamation and management of land and resources, and exploitation of peat deposits. The structure of changes in arable land use was determined based on data from the land and building register obtained from the Poviat Office in Zwoleń. In the studied poviat, an evident increase in the area of developed and urbanised land was observed at the expense of arable land. Lack of systematic updates of the land and building register was also determined in the scope of data concerning the purpose of land in the study period.

Opis:: The paper presents the diversity of crop species that were grown in cattle and pig-raising farms, in mixed crop-li-vestock farms and in field-crop farms (with no livestock). The aim of the study was to access the effect of farm type on crop diversity. The data was collected in 2016–2018 in 48 farms lo-cated in the macroregion of Mazovia and Podlasie. Information on farms and crops on arable lands was obtained using a research questionnaire. It was found that the indicators of crop species diversity depended on the type of farm. The cattle farms had a large share of permanent grasslands in the structure of UAA and a large diversity of crop species. The crop structure of pig farms was dominated by cereals (80%), which significantly affected the species diversity of crops. Crop farms had low diversity of crop species on arable land. Species diversity in mixed farms reached intermediate values between those found in cattle and crop farms.

Opis:: This report presents an analysis of productivity trends in a suburban beet-producing region impacted by the loss of agricultural land by land claims. The analysis was conducted in the model cadastral locality of Dolní Heršpice. In order to calculate the potential production of agricultural crops, the authors selected one sowing structure that has been applied starting from 1950 until present. The choice of particular crop succession was based on the exemplary sowing structure for beet-producing regions provided by the Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture. The calculation of the potential production of agricultural crops was divided into three time intervals, 1950-1990, 1990-2006, and 2006-2019. In the period from 1950 to 2019, the studied locality underwent a loss of arable land of 145.19 ha. The yield in a particular time interval was derived from the selected sowing procedure and subsequently recalculated to the surface area of the lost arable land. The results show that in the time interval 1950-1990, the produced agricultural crops could have reached a total of 26,975.28 tons. In the period 1990-2006, the yield of crops could be 5,598.85 tons, and in the period 2006-2019, a total of 8,423.6 tons of agricultural crops could have been achieved in the studied locality. The total yield for the entire monitored period could represent 40,997.50 tons of agricultural crops. The productivity by hectare oriented cultivation in all the monitored time intervals to prevailing sugar beet and potatoes. The analysis was compared with the statistical data on the development of sowing areas, production and yields of the monitored crops in the Czech Republic. The presented study documents the trend of arable land loss and potential threat of insufficient production, particularly in the case of strategic commodities such as sugar beet in beet-producing regions.
