Opis:: The paper presents possibilities of composite materials modeling using SolidWorks enviroment on example of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle wing structure. Mechanical properties of composite materials used in UAV's and process of modeling such structures in SolidWorks are described. The research problem is CFD and strenght analysis of considered structure in SolidWorks Flow Simulation. Different displacement, stresses and safety factors values were obtained for analysed types of loads. The presented approach was used to develop aircraft wing for Air Challenge 2015 competition.

Opis:: The designing activity has to result in completely new autonomous units sections of complex manufacturing processes and their systems. The solutions must be related to a number of new issues, not only of a technical and technological nature. The solutions designed for new types of interactions between people and technology will be required, and so will be the necessary skills and knowledge. New legal, security, economic, political and ethical solutions to relevant issues will be needed.

Opis:: Praca opisuje przykład zastosowania technik z zakresu KBE w budowie autorskiego systemu projektowego opartego na wiedzy. Przedstawiono proces budowy i składowe nowego rozwiązania systemu automatycznego projektowania wyrobów wariantowych - miedzianych złączek wytwarzanych technologią kucia matrycowego. Opisano schemat i zasadę działania systemu skonfigurowanego w strukturze sieciowej oraz przedstawiono wnioski z prac wdrożeniowych.
The paper presents an example of application of KBE techniques in a knowledge-based design system created by the author. Process of building the system and components of a new solution is presented. The solution is a system for automatic design of variant products - copper tube couplings manufactured by die forging. A scheme and principles of operation of the system configured in a network structure was presented, along with conclusions from work on its practical implementation.
