- The experience economy is the main subject of the article. It is understood as an economic model in which the key value is the customer experience. The aim of the article is to determine how the principles of the economics experiments can be carried out in the service sector, especially in library information services. The methods of analysis and criticism of literature as well as modeling were used. As a result, conclusions were drawn about the possibility of application main features of the concept of experience economy for the design and provision of library information services.
