Opis:: Niniejszy artykuł opisuje wykorzystanie podejścia wieloagentowego do wspierania twórczości organizacyjnej. Dlatego aby pokazać możliwości systemu agen- towego scharakteryzowano termin inteligentny agent i systemy wieloagentowe. Na tej podstawie opisano warunki stosowalności inteligentnych agentów w twórczości organi-zacyjnej. Wynikiem końcowym przedstawionych dociekań jest propozycja warunków, które powinny być spełnione przy wspomaganiu twórczości organizacyjnej przez syste-my agentowe.
This paper describes the use of multi-agent approach to support the organiza¬tional creativity. In order to show capabilities of the agent systems the terms intelligent agent and multi-agent systems were characterized. On this basis the conditions of appli¬cability of intelligent agents in organizational creativity were described. The final result of the submitted paper is the specification of conditions that should be satisfied by supporting the organization creativity with agent systems. The findings and outcomes should be useful for further research in this area.

Opis:: Celem artykułu jest przybliżenie pojęcia inteligentnego agenta, standardowego terminu w badaniach nad sztuczną inteligencją, a coraz częściej stosowanego w odniesieniu do szeroko rozumianej informatyki. Z grubsza jest to nazwa względnie autonomicznego (i aktywnego) systemu komputerowego, zdolnego do interaktywnej komunikacji z odbiorcą i reagowania na zmieniające się otoczenie. Złożona natura systemu sprawia, że jesteśmy skłonni przypisać mu podejście intencjonalne (strategia interpretacji zachowań), a także prawdziwość, niesprzeczność i racjonalność. Agent funkcjonuje na trzech płaszczyznach: teoretycznej, systemowej i na płaszczyźnie języka programowania. Nie jest to tylko kwestia techniczna, dlatego w programowanie zaangażowane są kognitywistyka, psychologia, filozofia, teoria komunikacji i teoria mediów. Dlatego konieczne jest przyjęcie antropomorficznego podejścia do projektowania komputerów.
The article’s purpose is to tell a few words on the term intelligent agent, a standard term in research on artificial intelligence, and more frequently applied in reference to computer science (in the broad sense of the word). Roughly speaking, that is the name of a relatively autonomous (and active) computer system capable of communicating interactively with the receiver, and reacting to the changing environment. The complex nature of the system causes that we are willing to attribute the intentional approach (a behaviour interpretation strategy) to it, and also truthfulness, non-contradiction and rationality. The agent functions on three planes; the theoretical, the systemic and on the plane of the language of programming. This is not just a technical matter, and therefore, cognitive science, psychology, philosophy, a theory of communication and a theory of media are involved in programming. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt the anthropomorphic approach to design computers.

Opis:: Recent research has shown that work stress has become a widespread concern in Australia and other countries. It is a growing concern across all employment sectors as well as occupational levels and reported as a common cause of occupational illness. Work stress can be prevented if it is identified, measured and changes are made to the work environment. Multi-Agent technology has been used in many applications but has not been applied in psychology for analysing data. This paper presents hybridized techniques, which have been used to develop an online tool for work stress assessment and prevention.
Ostatnie badania wykazały, że stres w miejscu pracy stał się przedmiotem rosnących obaw w Australii i w innych krajach. Wszystkie sektory zatrudnienia doświadczają wzrostu psychicznych chorób zatrudnieniowych. Stres w miejscu pracy może być uniknięty jeśli jest identyfikowany, mierzony i stosowne zmiany są implementowane w środowisku pracy. Technologia systemów wieloagentowych jest używana w wielu aplikacjach, lecz nie była dotąd zastosowana w psychologii do analizy danych. Artykuł prezentuje techniki hybrydowe, zastosowane do oceny online i prewencji stresu.

Opis:: The purpose of this study is to create, analyze and reuse an ontology-based approach during implementation of a multi-agent system (MAS) capable of integrating different elements of a distributed control system (DCS). Ontology is considered as knowledge about a particular domain. It includes static description of the domain’s structure and properties, by means of which it is possible to define the domain’s dynamic states, transitions between those states and conditions of those transitions. Because of that, it is possible to analyze such ontology in terms of modal logic in predicate logic settings.
