La tesina se centra en el análisis de la imagen de Madrid presentada por Luis Martín-Santos en su obra Tiempo de silencio. La tesina consta de dos partes: la teórica y la analítica. En la primera parte se estudia la figura del autor y del contexto histórico en el que apareció la novela, se describen los métodos de la investigación literaria, y se estudia el motivo de la ciudad en la literatura española del siglo XIX y XX. En la segunda parte se lleva a cabo un análisis de la ciudad de Madrid que refleja la condición de la sociedad española en los tiempos de la dictadura franquista. Esta parte se basa en tres perspectivas diferentes: la urbe vista como pirámide social, como madre protectora y como espejo mítico. Dentro de cada capítulo se describen las interacciones sociales y psíquicas del individuo y del colectivo con el contorno, que dan por resultado una específica red de reacciones y dependencias.
Praca magisterska skupia się na analizie literackiego obrazu Madrytu, jaki stworzył Luis Martin-Santos w powieści Tiempo de silencio. Praca składa się z dwóch części: teoretycznej i analitycznej. W pierwszej części przedstawiono figurę autora oraz kontekst historyczny w jakim powstała powieść, opisano wykorzystane metody badań literackich, oraz motyw miasta w literaturze hiszpańskiej XIX i XX wieku. W drugiej części zanalizowano obraz Madrytu, odzwierciedlającego kondycję społeczeństwa hiszpańskiego w czasach dyktatury frankistowskiej. W tej części wykorzystano trzy różne perspektywy: miasto widziane jako piramida społeczna, jako opiekuńcza matka oraz jako zwierciadło mityczne. W każdym rozdziale zostały opisane interakcje społeczne i psychiczne oraz sieć zależności jakie istnieją pomiędzy jednostką a społecznością.
The thesis focuses on the image of Madrid presented by Luis Martín-Santos in his novel Tiempo de silencio. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and analytical. In the first part I describe the figure of the author and the historical context in which the novel appeared, I present my research methods, and I investigate the leitmotiv of the city in the Spanish literature of the nineteenth and twentieth century. In the second part of the thesis I analyse how the city of Madrid reflects the condition of Spanish society in the time of the Franco dictatorship. This part is based on three different perspectives: the city seen as a social pyramid, as a protective mother and as a mythical mirror. Within each chapter I describe the social and psychological interactions between individuals and the collective, which result in a very specific relations and dependencies. - Dostawca treści:
