Opis:: Purpose: The aim of the article is to answer the question if Erasmus+ project leaders’ organizational learning potential can support them in sustaining their transnational cooperation during turbulent and challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Design/methodology/approach: The research uses a composite index to define Erasmus+ project leaders’ learning potential and seeks the relations between the results from this index and the sustainability of Erasmus+ projects. Additionally, predictive analysis in the form of logistic regression in relation to Erasmus+ project leaders’ proactiveness, innovation and openness is carried out. Findings: The obtained results prove that Erasmus+ project leaders’ learning potential, their pro-activeness and the ability to adapt to new conditions facilitate the sustainability of Erasmus+ projects in the times of COVID-19 pandemic. Research limitations/implications: The research is based on a large sample of Erasmus+ leaders but the researched group is very specific. The research sheds a new light on Erasmus+ projects’ organizational potential. Practical implications: The research proves useful for practitioners who manage European educational cooperation projects. Social implications: The research proves the importance of learning potential within networks. Originality/value: The discussion is placed in the broader context of relational and network approach to management of modern organizations. The discussion fills in a research gap in the research on organizational aspects of Erasmus+ projects.

Metaparadygmatem jest turbulentne otoczenie, paradygmaty cząstkowe obejmują paradygmat celu działania, którym jest renta sieciowa, paradygmat sieciowej formy organizacyjnej, paradygmat kompetencji relacyjnej i sieciowej technologii informacyjnej.
The study describes the arguments for the existence of in the teachings of many management paradigms. It is assumed that the paradigm is a widely accepted standard description of reality, possible todescribe using specific research instruments appropriate to the scientific discipline. Paradigms system consists of a meta paradigm, a holistic paradigm and partial paradigms. Meta paradigm = The rapidly changing environment. Holistic paradigm = The concept of network organization. Partial paradigms = The objective of the action – the economical network’s rent. Organizational form – network’s organization, relational. Competence – cooperation, coopetition. Information technology – network’s information.

Opis:: Wobec rosnącej popularności sieci międzyorganizacyjnych podejście sieciowe zyskuje coraz szersze grono zwolenników w naukach o zarządzaniu. Jednakże stan wiedzy z zakresu założeń koncepcyjno-metodologicznych, a także stopień zaawansowania badań nad sieciami w poszczególnych subdyscyplinach nauk o zarządzaniu jest dość zróżnicowany. Celem artykułu jest integracja dotychczasowego dorobku naukowego dotyczącego podejścia sieciowego budowanego symultanicznie, aczkolwiek w dużej mierze niezależnie w dwóch subdyscyplinach nauk o zarządzaniu, tj. zarządzaniu strategicznym i logistyce. Rozważania prowadzone są z perspektywy możliwości zastosowania w logistyce opracowanych na gruncie zarządzania strategicznego podstawowych założeń, wyróżników oraz metod badania sieci. Dodatkowo w artykule przybliżono możliwości zastosowania analizy sieciowej (analizy strukturalnej, analizy sieci społecznych) w przyszłych - zarówno stosowanych, jak i podstawowych - badaniach z zakresu logistyki.
Due to the growing popularity of interorganizational networks the network approach attracts greater attention of scholars from management science. Nevertheless, our knowledge about both conceptual and methodological frames of this approach, as well as the level of advancement of research on business networks among particular sub-disciplines of management science differ significantly. Given the above, this paper's aim at integration of prior knowledge about network approach developed simultaneously, however independently, in two particular sub-disciplines of management science, namely strategic management and logistics. Our considerations adopt the perspective of possible applications of theoretical and conceptual assumptions developed in strategic management in the area of research on networks in logistics. Furthermore, this paper outlines some opportunities for application of network analysis (social network analysis, SNA, structural analysis) in future - basic and applied - research grounded in logistics.

Opis:: In the contemporary special pedagogy, it is clearly seen, that we are dealing with a situation of passing over scholarly programmes that refer, i.a. to the medical and social model of disability. We remain in a inter-paradigmatic transition period, in which new views on disability are appearing. One of the most popular scholarly approaches is the posthumanism, the characteristics of which are, i.a.: the critique of humanism, the departure from anthropocentrism, the appearance of a new materialism, the direction of research towards objects, animals, as well as, the relations of people and non-people. The example of such posthumanist approach, that may constitute the context for the creation of new models of disability, is the Actor-Network theory developed by Bruno Latour and his associates.

Opis:: Współczesny świat, przechodząc od gospodarki industrialnej do opartej na wiedzy, podlega permanentnym zmianom, które wpływają na wszystkie sfery funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw. The modern world, moving from the industrial economy to a knowledge-based, is subject to permanent changes that influence all areas of functioning of enterprises. The results of these changes are visible both in the mode of operation of the organization, they compete in the market, and the way their internal organization of and cooperation with stakeholders. This paper presents challenges for contemporary organizations in the face of a changing paradigm of management and their implications for the business model. They presented the concept of virtual and network organization.

Opis:: The process of globalization has fundamentally changed the significance of innovations in the development of rural areas. The modernisation paradigm in agriculture has been replaced by the post-productivist regime, which means a change of the innovation order. The linear diffusion of the innovation model is being replaced by a network, endogenous model. The former concentrated on adaptation of innovations and operated at the macro-social level; the latter focuses on processes of social learning of innovation and on the creation of hybrid social networks at the micro-social level. In the modernisation paradigm, innovations were created outside of the agricultural sector. In the endogenous model, the significance of social innovation and participation of different social actors are crucial. The main purpose of the paper is to analyse how the new network model of innovation is being creating and what groups of social actors participate in the process of change.
