Opis:: The article presents the results of the empirically confirmed approbation of the training program for the formation of the personal identity of adolescents. A study of the psychological characteristics of adolescents’ identity and the factors that determine the success of the identity crisis is presented. The study reflects the implementation of two stages - ascertaining and forming. Reliable and valid psychodiagnostic methods are used: the method «Who am I?» of M. Kuhn and T. McPartland, methods of studying personal identity of L.B. Schneider, Spielberger- Hanin anxiety scale, the test of semantic life orientations of D.O. Leontiev. Novovolynsk high school № 4 named after T.G. Shevchenko was chosen as the experimental basis of the empirical study, with the participation of 30 respondents, aged 14-16. The first stage covers the data collection on the current state of personal identity of adolescents and the factors that are decisive in the process of its formation, among which are: low rates of «Communicative Self», «Material Self»; high scores according to two identity statuses (pseudo-positive, identity moratorium); low values on the subscales «Purpose in life», «Life process», «Life performance», «Locus of control Self», «Locus of control-life»; high level of anxiety. The areas in which the identity of the adolescent’s personality is best manifested have been identified - «Reflective Self», «Social Self». The formative stage represents the development of the training program «Know Yourself» in order to realize personal identity; comparative analysis of the results obtained during the ascertaining and formative research. As a result of verification of its relevance and effectiveness at the formative stage, a significant increase in the “Communicative Self” of adolescents; reducing the percentage of respondents with a pseudo-positive identity and a moratorium on identity; increase in the indicator of general meaningfulness; reduction of general anxiety. The effectiveness and efficiency of the training program are supported by the Student’s t-test, which presents the importance of indicators of the general level of anxiety and the general level of understanding. Perspective for further research is shown in a detailed study of indicators of personal identity crisis in adolescents in the form of empirical research, which aims to understand the success of adolescent identity and assess individual factors influencing the process of overcoming personal identity crisis.
У статті наведено емпіричні результати апробації тренінгової програми формування особистісної ідентичності осіб підліткового віку. Представлено дослідження психологічних особливостей особистісної ідентичності підлітків та факторів, що визначають успішність перебігу кризи ідентичності. Дослідження відображає реалізацію двох етапів - констатувального та формувального. Першим етапом охоплено збір даних про актуальний стан особистісної ідентичності підлітків та чинники, які є визначальними у процесі її формування, серед яких виділено: низькі показники «Комунікативного Я», «Матеріального Я»; високі показники двох статусів ідентичності (псевдопозитивна, мораторій ідентичності); низькі значення за субшкалами «Цілі в житті», «Процес життя», «Результативність життя», «Локус контролю-Я», «Локус контролю-життя»; високий рівень тривожності. Формувальним етапом репрезентовано розробку тренінгової програми «Пізнай себе», з метою усвідомлення показників особистісної ідентичності; порівняльний аналіз результатів, отриманих у ході констатувального та формувального дослідження. В результаті верифікації її актуальності та ефективності на формувальному етапі встановлено значне зростання показника «Комунікативного Я» підлітків; зниження відсотку досліджуваних із псевдопозитивною ідентичністю та мораторієм ідентичності. Результативність та ефективність тренінгової програми підкріплено t-критерієм Стьюдента, який презентує значимість показників загального рівня тривожності та загального рівня осмисленості.

Opis:: Celem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na znaczenie wartości społecznych w funkcjonowaniu polskiej sfery gospodarczej. Jako żywy eksperyment, którego skutki trudno jest obecnie oszacować, autorka przywołuje badania nad wartościami młodego, wchodzącego na rynek pokolenia, którego deklaracja wobec wyznawanych wartości, postaw i celów życiowych oraz deklarowanych wobec rynku dóbr i usług oraz rynku pracy potrzeb, tworzy inny obraz kapitalizmu, nadając mu bardziej społeczny charakter. Badania zostały przeprowadzone metodą ankiety internetowej. Grupa badawcza obejmowała 210 studentów i absolwentów Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Krakowie. Badanie wykazało, że wskazane wartości społeczne są ważne dla grupy badawczej, oraz że mają one wpływ na wybory dokonywane przez nich na rynku dóbr i usług oraz na rynku pracy. Opisywane pokolenie może tworzyć ekonomię wartości, czerpiąc z zasobów zarówno ekonomii neoklasycznej, jak i ekonomii społecznej, tworząc nową charakterystykę sfery gospodarczej.
The aim of the paper is to highlight the importance of social values for the way in which Polish economy functions. As a peculiar “living experiment”, the author cites a survey conducted on a group of representatives of young generation, just entering the labour market. Gathered declarations on 1) life attitudes, aims and values for which the youth stands for and 2) the needs they would like to see fulfilled by the goods and services market and the labour market, create an image of different, much more socially charged capitalism. The research was performed using CAWI method. Research group equaled 210 students and graduates from Economic University in Kraków. The research shows, that social values are important for researched group and have impact on their choices in the goods and services market and in the labour market. The described generation may be creating the economy of values, deriving from both neoclassical economics as well as social economics, and thus constituting the new characteristics of the economy.

Opis:: The article presents the results in learning of Ukrainian youth’s value orientations by means of M.Rokeach’s methodology, which allows to reveal terminal (valuesobjectives) and instrumental (values-methods) value orientations. The pupils of 10-th and 11-th forms and the students of three courses participated in the research. It gave the opportunity to implement the comparative analysis of young people’s of various age categories system of values. It was revealed in the course of the research work that independently of age terminal values priority are family values and health. With the age the role of socially oriented values is increasing, the active life is becoming more important. There are differences in the structure of instrumental values which are demonstrated by means of methods changing, by which the values-objectives can be achieved: the high school students give preference to moral-and-ethical ones, and students of higher school – to professionally notable. The taken research allowed to find out the peculiarities and structure of modern Ukrainian pupils and students value orientations, to monitor age differences of dynamic aspects of interviewees value system. The current results characterize the dynamics of value orientations while transition period from pupils to students age and allow to speak about the domination of private values over social ones among Ukrainian youth, about priority of mental and ethical values among senior pupils and professional values among students, and also about their causation of the complex of universal, age-related and professional causes. The transition from one age stage to another is characterized by the social situation development changing, new relation system with the world, which leads to the changes in the individual value sphere, which are improved by dates obtained in the research.
W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badania wartości ukraińskiej młodzieży przy pomocy metodyki M. Rokicza, która pozwala ujawnić strukturę terminalnych (wartości-cele) Возрастная динамика ценностных ориентаций школьной и студенческой молодежи… 70 i instrumentalnych (wartości-środki) wartości. W badaniu brali udział uczniowie z klas dziesiątej i jedenastej oraz studenci. To pozwoliło urzeczywistnić porównawczą analizę systemu wartości młodych ludzi różnych kategorii wiekowych. W wyniku badania ujawniono, że głównymi terminalnymi wartościami niezależnie od wieku są wartości rodzinne i zdrowie. Z wiekiem powiększa się znaczenie społeczno-zorientowanych wartości, bardziej pociągające staje się aktywne, czynne życie. W strukturze instrumentalnych wartości są różnice przejawiające się w zmianie środków, przy pomocy których mogą być osiągnięte wartości-cele: uczniowie starszej klasy oddają pierwszeństwo moralno- -etycznym, a studenci – fachowo-znaczącym wartościom. Przeprowadzone badanie pozwoliło ujawnić strukturę wartości nowoczesnych ukraińskich uczniów i studentów, wyśledzić wzrost różnicy dynamicznych aspektów wartości osób badanych. Otrzymane wyniki charakteryzują odrębności wartościowej sfery uczniów i studentów, dynamikę ich wartości i pozwalają twierdzić o przewadze wartości osobowościowo-znaczących nad społeczno-znaczącymi młodzieży ukraińskiej, jak również o ich zależności od właściwości wiekowych, a także właściwości rozwoju fachowego. Przejście od jednego etapu wiekowego do innego charakteryzuje się zmianą sytuacji społecznej rozwoju, nowym systemem współzależności ze światem i doprowadza do zmian w wartościowej sferze osobowości.

Opis:: The field covered by psychological and praxiological sciences in reference to individual decision making is deficient in order to make theoretically and existentially desirable decisions of a strict ethical qualities – be it on political, social, business and other issues. The preference of values underlies any decision making, if the conclusion is not going to be random or apparent. This act of preference is never of a strict ethical nature. Simultaneously, it is ever ontological and cognitive. The act of preference as a basic option is located ever in man’s existential sphere. The learning of decision making – as personal decision – ought to recognise the existence of essential relations (open/secret; aware/not aware) in respect to the being, implicating the very fundamental act of value preference.

Opis:: One of the priority directions of the modern education process is developing of secondary and higher schools students’ critical thinking. Modern society tendencies such as constantly expanding informational space, skyrocketing role of the communicative processes and increasing amount of information form challenge of developing students’ critical thinking for the linguistic and communicative practices. Purpose. The purpose of this article is to analyze the role of critical thinking, to consider philosophical tradition of the critical thinking development, to find out what kinds of critical thinking development techniques providing special educational activities are used at universities. Methods. The methodology of this research is the comparative analysis of different kinds of critical thinking and philosophical systematization of its functions according to the specific value of critical thinking. The functional approaches to realize interdependence of critical thinking and communicative competence, the significance of the philosophical tradition of developing of the critical thinking for the linguistic and communicative practices of critical thinking are implemented in this article. The American tradition of differentiating content presentation, possible interpretations and self-assessment in the analysis of texts is systematized. The analytical method is used to find out the significance of different kinds of critical thinking development methodical techniques, provided special educational communicative activities at universities, such as: reasoning, argumentation, dialogues, debates and others. Results. Considering the importance of argumentation, its skills are taught as in high schools as well as in the US universities. Today teachers require from their students to generate and defend their views, to learn the ability of thinking independently, to formulate their own opinions with responsibility and to defend their position argumentatively. Not least in these requirements occupy argumentative communicative abilities as a way to explain and defend their arguments and critical thinking, which is one of the tools to analyze perceived information. Means of argumentation and critical thinking are improving while the whole students’ training period with the help of such means as dialogue and discussion methods in classes.
