Opis:: The influence of lifestyle factors, namely rationality of nutrition, on the health of the population is the strongest relative to other risk factors that may be manifested by the development and complication of diseases of the digestive system. This gain is particularly gaining in people who work in conditions of increased stress, physical and psychological overload. To such a contingent of population are also servicemen of the armed forces of Ukraine. This article describes the results of the analysis of the actual state of nutrition of the Transcarpathian military who participated in the anti-terrorist operation in the eastern region of Ukraine.

Opis:: In April 2014 in the Donetsk Coal Basin in Ukraine after an acute transition of the Ukrainian government and escaping of the President Viktor Yanukovych the wave of the pro-Russian protests began. These protests suddenly overgrew into the separatism and collaboration and the new Ukrainian government launched an anti-terror operation. This operation aimed to eliminating illegal militias formed among protesters, which stood for the federalization of Ukraine, for the autonomy or independence of the southeast Ukraine in the composition of eight oblasts and for the establishing strong ties with Russia in the framework of the Eurasian Customs Union. In addition, the aim of the anti-terror operation was to overturn control of the Ukrainian-Russian border in the Donetsk and Lugansk oblasts, which due to the pro-Russian manifestations was seized by militants. The anti-terror operation turned into a full-scale armed conflict that continues to the current day and it is not solved yet. Each of the parties of the conflict i.e. Ukraine and Russia put forward their own interpretation of the events and stand for their requirements. The aim of this paper is to present the rapid development of the separatist movement in 2014 in the southeastern Ukrainian region with its further transformation into collaboration and armed confrontation.
W kwietniu 2014 r. w Donieckim Zagłębiu Węglowym na Ukrainie po gwałtownej zmianie władz i ucieczce prezydenta Wiktora Janukowycza na fali prorosyjskich protestów stopniowo przekształcających się w separatyzm oraz kolaborację ukraiński rząd rozpoczął operację antyterrorystyczną. Operacja miała na celu zlikwidowanie nielegalnych bojówek powstałych wśród protestujących i występujących za federalizacją Ukrainy, autonomią lub niepodległością południowo-wschodnich obwodów Ukrainy oraz zacieśnieniem współpracy z Rosją w ramach Euroazjatyckiej Unii Celnej. Operacja antyterrorystyczna na terenie Donbasu także miała na celu przywrócenie kontroli nad granicą ukraińsko-rosyjską w obwodach Ługańskim oraz Donieckim, która w trakcie prorosyjskich manifestacji została zajęta przez bojówkarzy. Operacja antyterrorystyczna przekształciła się w konflikt zbrojny, który trwa do dziś i nie jest rozwiązany. Każda ze stron konfliktu wysuwa swoje wymogi oraz przedstawia własne interpretacje wydarzeń. Przedmiotem rozważań artykułu jest przedstawienie gwałtownego rozwoju separatystycznego ruchu w 2014 r. w południowo-wschodnich obwodach Ukrainy z jego dalszym przekształceniem w kolaborację oraz zbrojną konfrontację.

Opis:: Niniejszy referat prezentuje możliwości wykorzystania służb specjalnych w zwalczaniu zagrożeń terrorystycznych w Polsce i na świecie. Wskazano w nim, że zjawisko terroryzmu międzynarodowego stanowi poważne zagrożenia dla bezpieczeństwa całego ładu międzynarodowego. Dokonano oceny stopnia zagrożeń terrorystycznych dla Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Przedstawiono również rolę, jaką spełniają służby specjalne w kontekście zapobiegania, zwalczania oraz reagowania na zjawiska o charakterze terrorystycznym.
The paper refers to the possibility of using the special services to combat terrorist threats in Poland and in the world. The international terrorism remains a serious and continuing threat to mankind, to peace and to international security. An assessment was made of the level of terrorist threats to the Poland. In this article to present also the possibility of using the special services to prevent, combat and react terrorist activities.

The using of US special forces in anti-terrorist activity in Afghanistan (2001-2002)

Opis:: In the article, the author discusses the problem of using special forces in antiterrorist operation in Afghanistan (2001-2002). The analyses the course of antiterrorist operation in this area, shows the mentality of the inhabitants and also traditions of conducting military actions there. The author claims that the operations in Afghanistan have proved the special forces' great potential in both the mountainous terrain and difficult climatic conditions as well. The stresses that in the operation in Afghanistan, these forces performed also numerous tasks that are usually conducted armoured and mechanised subunits. Moreover, special forces' soldiers co-operated with the insurgents' units carrying out training and supporting in conducted operations. The author concludes that only United Stated nor democratic societes agree to it.

Opis:: This article discusses issues related to the concept of “reliability” of the information, identified, systematized and ranked sources of information about the antiterrorist operation in the southeast of Ukraine in 2013–14. The term “reliable information” in the context of informational confrontation is defined as information that is fully and correctly displays existing phenomena and processes taking place in the state, corresponds to reality and has a clear source that is trustworthy. An attempt was made to clarify the causes and consequences of this information to show the conflict in Ukraine. Among the main causes of inconsistency of information during an armed conflict the author refers to the absence of a unified plan, unified state position or strategy development and information security of the state.
Artykuł zawiera abstrakt jedynie w jezyku rosyjskim oraz angielskim.
В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с понятием «достоверности» информации, определены, систематизированы и проранжированы источники информации о проведении антитеррористической операции на юго-востоке Украины в 2013–14 годах. Термин «достоверная информация» в контексте информационного противостояния определен как информация, которая полно и правильно отображает существующие явления и процессы, происходящие в государстве, соответствует реальной действительности и имеет четкий источник, который заслуживает доверия. Сделана попытка прояснить причины и показать последствия данного информационного конфликта для Украины. Среди основных причин несогласованности информации в ходе вооруженного конфликта автор называет отсутствие единого плана, единой государственной позиции или стратегии развития и обеспечения информационной безопасности государства.
